We didn't get to meet Kylinn and Scott in person, but their communication and instructions were clear from the start. Their home is comfortable and their garden is lovely. Their sweet kitties, Checkers and Shadow were easy to care for and no litter box since they went in and out through their cat door whenever they wanted to. We would happily house sit for them again whenever we're available.
My stay at Sandra and Franck’s home was a dream. The home itself is in the most beautiful and serene location with rolling hills, a stone’s throw from la Loire. The nearest train station is about an hour and a 15 minutes walk away (I can’t drive manual so although Sandra kindly left me her car and took me driving, I was too worried to try on my own!) which can take you into the nearest towns Roanne and Balbigny, or Lyon. There is a castle nearby and lots to see, this area is perfect for someone who loves to walk and be in nature. Sandra and Franck are absolutely lovely — so warm and kind, I felt right at home from the moment they picked me up from the train station. They are wonderful people who clearly love their home and animals a lot. They showed me everything I needed to know about how to care for things, and I felt completely capable on my own for three weeks. The animals are of course the best part of the stay. Demeter is such a sweet girl, very independent but the moment you sit down will curl up in your lap for a cuddle. Phoebus is a very loveable boy who always wants to be near you when there’s food, but happily runs or naps outside for lots of the day when the weather is nice. The hens provide the most delicious fresh eggs, and the cows, ewe, donkey, and horse all pretty much tend to themselves, although sometimes enjoy some petting (especially Albert!) They are all very sweet and loveable — I loved to sit out in the yard with a book or my easel when the sun was shining and watch the cows nap or munch on grass. Overall, this was a perfect stay. I could’ve moved in! Sandra and Franck, thank you again for everything, I hope to sit for you again one day. Give Phoebus and Demeter bisous for me. :)
We absolutely loved sitting for Alice. It took her a day or two to warm up, but once she did, she sat on our laps and came over to us for some snuggles and rubs. Ken and Cindy's home is dreamy beautiful. We loved every minute of being there. The house is gorgeous with amazing art work every where, a great kitchen to cook in and wonderful beds to sleep in. The house is on a lake, so we enjoyed canoeing, hiking, and walking the trails near their home. I'd say it was the best pet sit we have ever done in 8 years. We hope to go back again. The best part was getting to know Ken and Cindy. Remarkable travelers and fascinating people. We loved meeting them.
Aaahhmazing! We were lucky enough to meet Collette and Laura (such cool chicks!) the day before and get the scoop on the house and the boys. Everything is very low maintenance and all the instructions were very clear. The home is very cozy and spacious; the kitchen is well equipped and the backyard was our favorite (despite all the rain, it still felt so inviting) - so lovely, just feels like an extension of the house. Loved the hot tub! There is a school with a playground that we took full advantage of (we have a 7 y. o.) throwing balls and running with the boys — win - win! George and Archer were our favorite part though! Each dog has so much character, we loved spending time cuddling with each of them and getting to know them. Archer is the older wise man and George is this goofy young puppy that doesn’t know how large or strong he is yet and we loved playing tug of war and having them in beds to cuddle with. Their curls are just so adorable! We will miss these boys soo much!
House-sitting for Brad and Deb was the best experience ever. Their home is absolutely wonderful. Extremely spacious and comfortable. They were as kind and generous as ever and invited us to stay a day before and a day after their trip. Baloo is the best dog in the world!!! He is so loving and fun! He became my G-d-dog. Leaving him was very challenging. Brad and Deb let us use their truck so bringing Baloo on adventures to beautiful trails and dog parks was easy. He's an amazing dog, listens well, gets along great with other dogs, and is a super cuddler. He's also a great swimmer. So so grateful for Deb and Brad for choosing us for this Stellar sit!!!!
Pam and Pat were very welcoming to us despite us arriving very late following a severe flight delay. Their home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and includes a thorough instruction booklet covering Toby and Tigger's needs and the local area. We would advise any future sitters will need a car to reach a market etc but there is plenty of free street parking so we had no problem with this. The home is very close to several freeways so you can explore the area very easily. We enjoyed our daily walks and sofa snoozes with Toby, and Tigger was very self sufficient. They were both affectionate and very easy to look after. Unfortunately the house sit had to be cut short due to flight cancellations because of the extreme weather over Xmas, however Pam communicated everything to us and generously offered us alternative accommodation in Portland. Pam has been extremely supportive despite all the change in plans and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this sit to future sitters.

Starr and Chris are Toby and Mina's home away from home. I am no sooner driving by Brookdale Lodge and they know where they are going and get excited!! Starr and Chris have been a lifesaver for me in last minute needs, as well as a peace of mind so I can relax on long vacations. What a better place for my pups to be where they have a yard to run around with new dog friends. All the cuddles and love at night inside the house.
Starr and her husband Chris have been an absolute god send for our coonhound, Albert. She genuinely helps even the most sensitive and wary of dogs flourish in the most organic and comfortable way. My dog LOVES visiting Starr and he is not a dog that likes to be away from his family. We have stayed with Starr a handful of times now, and for however long she has space for our loud fart machine; we will absolutely continue to go! We actually travel 40 min to take Albert to her. We have a more high energy and working / hunting oriented minded dog that can not necessarily find balance somewhere soley catering to a lap squishy. I don’t believe a lap squishy wouldn’t also LOVE Starr as well tho, I think her unique gift is how well she is able to understand all dogs. She goes out of her way to make sure she is brining all the dogs a very unique and necessary level of security they all need.
This place was so wonderful. Up until this point I had always taken my little guy Charlie to be boarded at a kennel and felt really bad for doing so. Starr and her family were wonderful. She sent me photos and updates and was incredibly understanding of the fact that he is a rescue boston terrier with a ton of energy. I read another review that stated she and her family treat dogs like family and they really do. It was such a comfort to know he had other dogs to play with, human company, and a comfy bed to curl up in at night. Many thanks to her and the wonderful service I received.
Starr and Chris are a Godsend! I have a 22lb, 15 year old, blind, deaf, special needs dog who is also currently dealing with severe separation anxiety after the passing of his original caretaker of 11 years, followed by a cross-country move. Starr and Chris babied him better than I do, which I didn't think was possible. Starr literally carried him everywhere, so much so that he didn't even need his leash during his stay. They administered his eye drops, ear drops, and antibiotic perfectly. They kept him clean, warm, and most of all, loved by the whole family. Starr even sent me photos and updates, and let me know he was eating and took his meds. I am so, so grateful I found them and will absolutely be back anytime I have to go out of town again. Starr and Chris have given me such peace of mind that my baby will be taken care of. I feel comfortable going out of town because I found them to care for my little old boy. My 13 year old pup loves it here. She was timid at first and they knew that and gave her the attention and love she needed and now she is acclimated and happy. They are a cool, sweet family and treat the dogs like family when they are there. The yard is clean and awesome. All good over here at Brooktails!!!!! ❤️👍🐶 Oh, oh plus they send pics when I’m at work of her playing. They make me smile when I get them
We have two pups that we love very much and are very protective of as they are of us. We wouldn't take them just anywhere to board. Over time and through experience, we have built good repour and trust with Brooktails and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Starr, in my opinion is fast becoming a dog Whisperer. She has an innate ability to connect with the dogs, what I find most genuine is her great love for dogs. Starr is caring and compassionate and what impressed me was even carried her own pet insurance which tells me she really cares and is attentive to the needs of her fur babies
Our two dogs had such a great time with Starr and her family. They have a great backyard where dogs can have plenty of time outside playing and zooming with their friends. Starr and Chris were very careful and nice with our dogs, sending plenty of photos, giving me daily updates. I would definitely recommend this family if you want your dog being well treated and part of a family. My dogs went back home happy! Thanks again!
My dog Sherman had the best of care at Starr's. He was an older model with special needs and Starr took the very best care of him. I relish the photos and videos she took during the years he spent with her. Even now Starr sends me photos and videos as she comes across them. He was always so happy there. I highly recommend this business. Starr is truly a dog whisperer.
We had Pippin with Starr and Chris for 4 days - and he had a rocking good time there. He was well cared for, and Chris and Starr sent us pictures showing him settling in with his new friends. Awesome place ! Lovely large yard for dogs to do what dogs do ! Will definitely bring Pippin back here when we go on our next trip.
Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.
I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!
My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!
Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!
I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

We found the #1 doggie daycare in California! We recently moved across country and looked at every doggy daycare/day/pack adventures in the Bay Area and nothing compares to PTSM. Our Shiba Inu loves her "home" away from home and always runs into daycare without a second look back. From the moment we reached out to Tommy, he was very communicative and accommodating. He even got our dog to eat on a normal schedule (all you Shibe owners will understand), which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves getting to know the dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We can tell from the photos, the staff goes above and beyond to include our dog in the pack. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew!
It is absolutely adorable how much they love my puppies, and how much my puppies love it there! Every weekday morning, Choco and Oreo head directly to the door as I'm getting ready, and run in when we arrive. Their happiness shows through the photos I receive throughout the day, and it makes my day seeing them happy!

Pet Sitting to the MAX is incredible. When my husband and I took our then 1-year old puppy to Pet Sitting four years ago, we did not know how much she would fall in love with the place and people, who have consistently treated her (and the spirited brother we acquired for her a year ago) like family despite her antics. The staff truly love animals, and it shines through. Very few things make my dogs happier than mentioning that we are taking them on a car ride to daycare, and Pet Sitting is one of the places we will miss most as we leave the Bay Area.
Amy and team are professional and go above and beyond! Outstanding service, care and love for my fur babies. My husband and I went our of town and for the first time hired outside help to come check on our 2 cats. Amy went above and beyond and provided excellent service: -vacuumed and tidied our place -changed cat liter -played with both cats -spent decent time in our apartment for each visit -gave my cats the love and attention they needed and rewarded them with some treats What I also appreciated was the updates when she did visit. Updates included pictures and video of the cats, as well as what she did while she was there. Truly professional and fantastic experience as well as great value for the price. Would 100% recommend amy and team and go through them again in the future.
Very friendly staff. My dog loves it here. He's a little old, but whenever I pick him up from here he's got a little spring in his step! The place is clean and they are always bugging me about my vaccinations, which means all the dogs are up to date so I always feel good about leaving my dog here.
Best daycare that we've found in California. Dogs play all day, unlike at Petsmart. Their 7am to 7pm hours are convenient for us. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about your dog. Our dog hates the car, but gets really excited when he figures out that we're going to daycare.
We have used their services to house-sit our cat Faye when we were on vacation. Our sitter was timely and sent us regular updates. The whole experience was up to the mark.
I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.
We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛
Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.
Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!
I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.
I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. Heartfelt "thank you!" to Abby, Na, Evan and the entire Sweet Doggies team! You are first rate!
We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!
Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.
While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.
We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.
We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!
I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3
We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)
I have boarded my dog here a number of times over the years and I have always felt safe doing so. I always choose the kennels that have a video camera so I can see my dog any time of day or night. I have also booked nail trims here and have been satisfied. The staff have always been very friendly to me and my dog seems to like them all (she lets them carry her around with no trouble at all). Will continue to board here as long as I live in the area.
Our two cats spent 10 days in the care of Paws Crossing. They were relaxed when we picked them up, and adjusted well when we got them home. They were clearly well cared for. The people running reception and their care couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this "resort " for pets!
Love this place for our dog! They clearly take care and make you feel comfortable for leaving your loved pet while out of town. They welcome anything you want to provide for your dog beyond the necessaties (toys, blankets etc). Our 9 year old German Sheppard is on medication and they take care of it and we know she is well taken care of. We love the cottage so she has the space she needs and we are able to check on her via their webcam. Highly recommend them for your pet if you need to leave your pet at home.
My dog Denali LOVES going to Paws Crossing. We can't even say Paws Crossing because he thinks he going and gets crazy! It's been so good for him to have play time with other dogs.Grooming does a great job too. We board him when we're away and have peace of mind he's in good hands and having a great time! So, we wanted to board our cat for a few days, and decided to try Paws Crossing Pet Resort & Spa. The website indicates several methods to make a reservation, which all ends up contacting them in various ways, and they'll call you back to make a reservation. Well, I tried leaving voicemails. I tried sending emails. I tried their online form. I never got any contact back. Luckily, we managed to find another boarding place which would let us make a reservation in time, but this was overall a stressful experience due to losing time in locating a boarding provider.
I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Extremely professional and reliable! Alexandra has been taking care of our cats whenever we have gone away on vacation over the last three years. It's always difficult to leave our fur babies behind, but Alexandra's professionalism gives us peace of mind when we're away. Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter is not some big pet service conglomerate. You will have the same familiar person taking care of your pet. It's been really important to us because our dog does not warm up to strangers easily and we feel at ease knowing that our dog is in good hands when we're away. We highly recommend them.

Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.
Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!
Ed and Alexandra are awesome. Our jack russell's absolutely love them and after 7 years of perfect pet sitting we trust them completely. My cat never warms up to people right away, but she instantly greeted Alexandra. I swear she is the cat whisperer! I have been entrusting Alexandra with my cat for over 4 years now & I would never use anyone else. She always sends updates, either text messages, or pictures, or videos. It definitely gives me peace of mind. She has also administered medication to my cat in the past, with no issues. I highly recommend!!
Shawn is wonderful, and I am so grateful to have found her! It was my first time seeking a cat sitter, and I contacted a few sitters in the area. Shawn responded to my online inquiry right away; shared her business license info, insurance info, and several references; and scheduled a meet-and-greet with me even with her already-packed pet-sitting schedule. When we met in person, Shawn immediately made me feel at ease - she is incredibly warm and clearly loves the animals she cares for. While we were away, Shawn sent plenty of updates and photos of my kitty. My cat is normally quite shy, but warmed up to Shawn within the first visit - and she's a tough judge of character! By the end of our trip, I could tell that kitty was happy whenever Shawn stopped by. She was pretty unfazed when we came home, and I chalk that up to her being so well-cared for in our absence. 😂 While Shawn could easily try and hire others to expand her business, she doesn't - because she is so committed to doing the best job possible for her clients. I wholeheartedly trust Shawn with my fur-baby and home.
Shawn has watched our cats in our home on multiple occasions while we have been traveling. Scheduling: Shawn is very responsive and was very polite abd helpful with pre-visit scheduling of our in-home visits. She promptly arrived to our home, became familiar with the home, the cats, and our idiosyncrasies. Visits: Shawn arrived daily as promised and took excellent care of our cats and home. She sent us updates, and it was clear that our cats were very happy to have her here. She even left our cats a little toy that happens to be their favorite toy to this day. The little things that Shawn did meant a lot to us. In the past when we've come home with other sitters, our cats were a bit frazzled. With Shawn, however, our cats seemed very pleased and happy, so we know Shawn definitely took care of them well. Summary: In summary, we were very nervous about getting a new cat sitter but we're grateful to have found Shawn! She is responsible, friendly, and took excellent care of our cats. We look forward to having Shawn take care of our kitties in the future - she puts her heart into taking care of our little family. Shawn really cares about the pets she takes care of. My cat is a shy guy and she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Despite her busy schedule over a holiday weekend, she fit in an extra (unplanned) day when our flight was delayed, just to make sure our kitty had everything he needed.

We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.
I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and at first, very anxious dog but if given the chance, can warm up and be very loving. A Pet Villa Staff gave my dog the opportunity and were patient with him. Now he loves going there every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

I can’t recommend Pacific Paw enough!! My pup Lulu is always soo excited to see them in the morning and comes home a tired happy pup. Michelle is a VERY good dog trainer. She came to our house for all our sessions with our 17 month old King Charles cavalier spaniel, Nikki. Michelle has a calm, consistent approach to her training. Our little one was very responsive. Most importantly, Michelle is really good at teach the humans how to follow through with the training exercises, leaves you with written instructions and follows up between training sessions. Unless the human is trained, the dog can’t be trained. Nikki was able to learn all the basic commands and address some specific behaviors we wanted addressed. Without hesitation, I would recommend Michelle for trying any dog.
We recently attended a puppy class at Pacific Paw with our 7-month-old puppy, Sunny, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Working with the owner, Michelle, was an absolute delight. Her expertise and passion for dog training truly shine through in every session. Both my partner and I learned a tremendous amount from Michelle. Her approach is not only effective but also incredibly engaging, making the learning process enjoyable for both us and Sunny. Since starting the class, Sunny has shown remarkable improvement. He listens to us more attentively and has mastered new tricks like laying down. Additionally, his interactions with both humans and other dogs have significantly improved, thanks to the socialization skills he picked up during the class. We are excited for more classes in the future with Pacific Paw. I would highly recommend Pacific Paw to anyone looking for a puppy training experience.
Pacific Paw welcomed us into their family 9 months ago, and I am so so happy to have met these wonderful women. They give 10,000% to the doggos daily, rain or shine. They are filled with love, patience and all speak dog fluently. I have a 90lb timid boy and they took the time to make sure he was always comfortable and loved and having a grand ol time back at day care. We call them the aunties and they truly are that to Otis. He loves them, and the whole dog crew there. Every day I get a full report on all the happenings, with occasional dress-up moments included :), and their instagram also keeps me constantly up to date if I need some dog space out time during my day. Doggie day care is so much more than just your dog getting exercise. It's about community, it's about teaching your dog independence, it's allowing them to have a stable group of friends to feel comfortable with outside of their nucleus family. Raising a dog can take a village, and I'm so grateful to have this amazing Pacific Paw community as Otey's village.

We found Michelle shortly after welcoming a new puppy to our household and had a great experience working with her. Allie‘s Doggie Day Camp is nothing beyond amazing! she is so flexible with my schedule and is very prompt with communication. you can tell how much love she pours into each one of her dogs at camp. My pup gets so excited everytime he arrives at the front gate. Allie’s is so clean and organized with plenty of water, mini pools, fans (when hot outside), beds and activities to keep the dogs busy throughout the day.
We were very lucky to find Allie’s Doggie Camp to look after our dog Butter while we’re on vacation. Allie is a delightful lady who genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about her job. Her spacious and well-maintained backyard provides the perfect play area for the dogs, and she keeps us informed with regular updaters via text/email. We just got back from a three week vacation and it was great to receive a video of Butter enjoying a relaxing massage while we were away:). My two dogs have been attending Allie's for almost 2 years now. So many places crate the daycare dogs constantly or have tiny spaces to play. Here they have tons of outdoor space, doggy pools, birthday parties, and more. They absolutely love their time there and bye Felicia me at the gate every morning.
Allie's Doggy Day Camp and Boarding is amazing. The first time we boarded our sweet dog there, we got little videos showing him running around playing with other dogs or chasing a ball that was being thrown for him. It helped us miss him a little less. More importantly, the peace of mind that we had knowing our family dog was being so well cared for and that our pup was having fun was so important. Another reviewer mentioned it was more like a doggy retreat or spa, and we fully agree on this.
