My petsitter was Jess! I boarded my cat Winnie with her for 3 weeks. Jess was really reassuring and frequently sent photos and updates. I was worried because it was such a long stay but I’m really happy with the care my baby received :)

I was blessed to find Jessica at the spur of the moment and what an amazing person and sitter she is for both my cat babies! Took great care of them , trusted her completely with my home as she was able to stay over for 5 days and her communication is impeccable along with great daily videos and pictures of my babies. I worked with Jessica and she was outstanding! I was very nervous leaving my cat with her so we we arranged a meeting beforehand and within 10 minutes my cat was all over her. Even when I had my flight delayed by nearly a week (thanks Southwest), I texted Jessica and asked for extra days and she was more than willing. I’m absolutely going to use her again.

We had Natalie watch our kitty for 11 days. It was the first time our cat left home. Natalie was wonderful. She was very responsive and texted us each day with updates, photos, and sometimes videos. She even offered to FaceTime so my son could see his kitty. We picked up our cat and we knew she took good care of him. I would highly recommend Natalie. She takes care of lots of pets of all kinds, too.

I've been taking my dog here ever since he was a little puppy and he absolutely loves coming to Planet Doggy! He always shakes with excitement whenever we pull up to the front of the building. Fabiola and the Planet Doggy staff have always been so kind and sweet to my Oso and they genuinely care for him and his safety. It's very comforting to know that my dog is having loads of fun and is being cared for on days when we can't watch him. They also offer grooming services which has been very convenient for us. Its a one stop spot! I highly recommend Planet Doggy to anyone who is in need of daycare/boarding services for their fur baby's!

This is the best doggy daycare/ boarding I've taken my pup Prince Dior to. He gets so excited when I mention the words daycare, and believe me I've tried other places before and no other place compares. I usually board him around the holidays and I always get a cute festive picture of my Prince Dior. Fabiola is always so accommodable and her team is awesome. I highly recommend the place for your pup!

I bring my black lab Brady to daycare here. He loves going everyday. I am here for a short term because I am a travel nurse and the staff worked with me to get my dog into daycare everyday I work! Staff is very friendly when I drop off and pick Brady up. He also smells good after daycare and the facility is very clean. Brady plays all day and sleeps when I get home and these pictures are him after daycare which is a nice relief after working 12 hours. I recommended this to any dog parents looking for daycare in the area! :)

I've been nervous about finding the right dog day care for my 10lb, sometimes shy pup, Houdini. I'd taken him to a few other centers for temperament tests and he left horrified. Planet Doggy was the opposite. Every morning Houdini is excited when we get to the gate. He loves Fabiola and staff. Their instagram (@planetdoggydaycare ) shows happy dogs and engaging activities. Attached is a picture of Houdini and the mother's day gift he came home with from day care <3. I feel blessed to have Planet Doggy and could not recommend more strongly!

The crew at Planet Doggy is simply the best. From the moment we met Fabiola, we knew our dog Stevie would thrive in this environment. She took the time to understand our dog's needs and provided a safe, comfortable space for boarding. Planet Doggy is unique in a few ways: the space is a converted bungalow with indoor/outdoor spaces. It is setup to accommodate both group play and solo spaces (important for our dog). The crew invests time and resources for games, puzzles, and other enrichment exercises. Planet Doggy's policy caps the amount of dogs much lower than other daycare/boarding places, meaning all dogs get the individual attention that doggy parents hope for. This place provides a HUGE improvement to our lifestyle compared to previous places we have taken our dog. We now have peace of mind to drop Stevie off for a day, weekend, or week with this lovely crew. Kudos to the Planet Doggy team!

Our family loves Planet Doggy, we have boarded our dog Maverick with them many times since he was 6 months old and he is always so excited when we get there. He is a very social husky so we love that he has a space to play with other dogs instead of being locked up by himself. They always take wonderful care of him. I would definitely recommend it!

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Fetch Pet Care and in particular Marieclaire has taken wonderful care of my two cats while I've been away several times now. They are easy to work with, take great care of my animals, provide daily pictures and updates and all at good prices.

I’m a new dog owner, and the idea of leaving my 1-year-old Wheaten, Bee 🐝, with anyone caused me some anxiety, but The Pawhouse Estate completely exceeded all my expectations Their team is clearly passionate about animals, and after the first of several uses of their services I felt completely reassured that she would not only be well taken care of, but that she actually loved going, and was going to have a fun time, every time. Here's why I'd highly recommend them: Frequent Updates: I loved the regular Instagram posts/stories featuring the dogs – seeing Bee having a blast with her new doggo friends was fantastic. They also sent me direct videos and photos that made my day when I was too busy to check 😀 Top-Notch Communication: Super responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Ultimate Flexibility: When my plans changed last-minute, they were so accommodating with adjusting pickup times. Excellent Socialization: Bee got tons of playtime with other dogs and even some kids – which was great for me, because as important as that is, I don’t really have a way to make that happen. Amazing Value: Their pricing is really reasonable for the high quality of care. I called a few other places, and though they seemed capable, the vibe wasn’t quite right. Do yourself a favor, and take your dog to someone who is doing what they love, to take care of your pup, while also supporting a great, hard working, local small business!

My dog loves Pawhouse! I was very nervous to leave my dog for daycare and boarding because my dog has some separation anxiety, but he had the best time. They kept him so entertained with activities that he didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. We’ll be returning so my dog can have fun with the Pawhouse pack.

We left our fur baby here for her first boarding experience and she had the best time. It was the hottest weekend in LA and she had the chance to go for a swim. We also loved all the IG story updates. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place that you can easily trust to take care of your furry child.

Great doggy daycare and boarding place. We take our beloved Tango there, and he always has a blast. Erika sends us videos everyday we’re traveling, such a special way to stay connected to him. Plus he gets at least two dog park/hikes or mud hikes per day. I really can’t recommend Erika and Pawhouse Estate highly enough!!

Aries and Apollo, my 13-month-old Pitbull puppies have been attending day care since they were 7 months old. They enjoy it so much and love Erika and Dom to the point they don’t want to leave the shop and even try to get back into the van when they are getting dropped off. Ericka and Dom are so great with my pups and have helped me work with them through their ‘teenage years’ providing advice on setting boundaries for them and separating them so they can both be confident independent dogs. In addition to day care, I have also boarded my pups with them and Apollo has enjoyed one-on-one skating adventures with Ericka. I am grateful to have met such wonderful people who take such great care of my pups. Highly recommend Pawhouse Estates.

Over the Christmas holiday, finding the perfect caregivers for my four-year-old French bulldog, Ocean, became paramount. Erika takes such good care of my dog Falcon! She is flexible with drop offs and pick-ups, and my dog is always ready for a nap when I pick him up. He stays very active whenever he is at Pawhouse Estate! Highly recommend their services!

This is a phenomenal place to board your furry friends! I’ve been boarding my boy here for about a year and a half and it’s always been a great experience! He can be a bit of a handful but Dominic and Erika are always up for it and always treat him like one of their own! I love seeing him so happy and I always have that little extra peace of mind when he’s with them!!

I have visited this location upwards of 20 times in the past 3 years. The most recent time I visited which was the third week of December 2024 my dog was denied access to group boarding. I had only bought my dog to the pet resort for him to have social. At the first the attendant told me my dog was too large to go to group boarding he is a miniature poodle and 16 lbs, lie number 1. I told her he is not too big for group boarding as he has been multiple times and he is still considered a small dog. I had been to this location for years and he had been in group boarding many times. He is 3 years old and not aggressive at all. I’ve personally escorted my neighbors dog to this location who is a golden doodle and is 25 lbs and he is put In group boarding and high energy! When I picked him up and found out he was not In group boarding they said he was jumping around other dogs. I said okay, was it sexual in nature? (Answer is no) was it aggressive in nature (the answer is no). So what is the problem? I do not plan to return to this location as I feel they decide when or how to apply rules. It was upsetting I bought my dog there to interact with other dogs and instead he was placed in single boarding and he could have stayed at my home for that.

This is a great place to board your pet. The price was reasonable and they took really good care of my two dogs. Their grooming service was great as well.

We take our dog everytime we go on vacation and she loves it. Everyone is so kind and knows the dogs by name.

This is the first time I've ever left my 6 yr old dog at a pet resort. I was more nervous than my pet. Four days and my little puppy was equally as happy for us to see each other again. Crew at the resort made the entry process very easy and answered all my questions. When that time comes again when we must be separated, I will not hesitate to use Heavenly Pet Resort again.

My husband and I went to the Temple City Heavenly Pet Resort this afternoon, to tour the dog boarding area. We were greeted by Jessica, a very nice young woman, who walked us through their premises. It was very loud back where all of the dogs were, because most of them were barking. (Instead of thinking of it as barking, I'd like to say instead, that they were welcoming us as a choir and the barking was the song!) The facility was very clean, it did not smell, and we did not see any dog pee or feces. The temperature today was hot, but the facility was a very comfortable air-conditioned temp. Jessica spent a generous amount of time with us. We went ahead and booked our fur-kid for a few days later this month. Jessica is very knowledgeable with respect to how the "H.P.R." runs. She did not rush us to decide on anything, but she was up at the front desk to help us. Go check out "H.P.R." for yourself...you owe it to yourself and your fur-kid.

The staff is very friendly when you walk in. I’ve taken my dog here about 4 times now and I have never had an issue. She’s gotten used to being there and is now able to be part of the communal area since she’s spayed. Prices are fair and you can take your own food for a very small fee if your dog is on a specific diet. I normally book a couple of weeks or months in advance to secure a spot for my dog. If you’re dog is not spayed or neutered, they have to stay in a “French suite” aka private kennel or you can opt for that if you can’t or don’t want your dog with other dogs which is what I had to do in the past. They have a daily daycare ($30 for dogs $22 for cats) option if you don’t plan on leaving your dog or cat there for a couple of days. They also sent remainders of your pet’s future stay. I highly recommend if you’re in the San Gabriel Valley areas.

This is a wonderful place to board your pet. It's clean and has many play areas and the staff is very nice. I turned in the paperwork in advance so everything ran quick and smoothly the day I brought in by dog. They even provide the food with no extra charge. Pick up was also very quick and easy. He came out happy. Thanks for taking care of Kona.

It’s not a dog spa, not a super fancy place. However it is a safe and clean environment for your pets to stay while you’re away. Their prices are very reasonable and that’s important to us because we have 3 dogs.

When we first moved here, we needed reliable and trustworthy dog walkers to help make sure our dog got walks while we were taking care of our newborn baby. Gabby and Sebrina were our 2 main dog walkers - they were both so reliable, communicative, and kind to our dog. Our dog got so excited every time they came, and we always looked forward to reading their journal entry and seeing their photos from their time together. I could not recommend them enough! I included some of the photos they would include from their walks :)

I have had such a pleasant experience with Fetch for the past year. Initially, we worked with Javier to help our puppy learn important commands and leash training. Afterwards we relied on Gabby to do pet visits in the afternoon while my husband and I were at work. After each visit they will give a detailed description about whether my dog went potty, the distance of their walk, and that they gave her fresh water (along with adorable photos of my dog during their visit). I feel so lucky to have found Fetch because they have taken such good care of my dog and have really helped my husband and I be responsible dog parents. We love you, Fetch!

We’ve been using Fetch for pack walks and loving it! Gabriela is the sweetest and understands our dog can be shy at first. She takes the pack out for a walk around town or a hike in the mountains, and it’s been a great socialization tool and confidence building for our dog. I also love that they do a pre screen to check the dog’s temperament before enrollment so I know they keep our dogs’ safety top of mind. The app and site are also user friendly and I trust the team 100%. I mean look at how adorable the pups look together!

I have been using Fetch Monrovia for over a year and had Gabby as the dog walker for my two poodles. I can’t ask for a better walker than Gabby. She’s excellent at communicating and always took the best pics for my boys.

I needed help walking my dogs on days that I work longer hours! Walking in to Centinela Feed Pet Store and finding the brochure for Fetch was an answer to my prayers! I was soon connected through the office with Gabby! She is reliable and great with my boys! I never have to worry about the care they are going to get when she comes! She gives them a nice walk and has taught them good manners! I appreciate the training and exposure to other people and dogs while I’m away!!

Sandy and her team are wonderful! They have a love for what they do that comes accross in how they work with clients and their fur babies! I also have to give a shout out that they were able to make a last minute request happen. My puppy Corgi has a ton of energy and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus during my meeting. I found Fetch! On instagram because I needed help with training of my German Shepherd that was 8months old. I sent them a message about their services and I wanted help with. Sandy responded quickly and referred me to their app. She set me up with a class nearby that would help with puppy and reactive behavior training. Javier the trainer was welcoming and polite and at the same time honest. He thought me how to properly walk and work with my dog. After a few now I see great results and I continue to use the service. I even recommend them to people I meet while I walk my dog. Fetch! Does a great job and care about their clients. I strongly encourage people to use their services.

For 14 years my Pomeranians have been cared for by Karen. When we arrive Stormy and Sirena race to her door showing they enjoy their time with her. Leaving my dogs is only possible because I know they will be loved, happy, healthy, and safe in her home and care. When I return they are happy to see me, but in no rush to leave. I had already committed to a weekend getaway I could not get out of when my 15 year old cat Wally got a diagnosis of diabetes. At our meet and greet, I was soon reassured that Karen knew far more about handling special needs kitties than did I. Through several texts leading up to the weekend, Karen shared some of her knowledge and important information with me. Each time Karen came over that weekend, she sent photos of my two kitties, along with extensive informational texts. She really put my mind at ease. I have a Ring video doorbell, so I could see that she was coming and going right on time. She even texted a few days later to inquire after Wally's health and provided more support. Karen has taken care of our kitties several times in the last year and a half. She takes the time to get to know them and play with them. She has cared for our diabetic cat, Felix and has been successful in connecting with our very shy cat. She gives us regular reports, often with pics. We don’t worry when we are away. We couldn’t be happier.

I met Karen thru facebook to take care of my 4 indoor and 2 community cats while we traveled by train to Lacey, WA for one week. She came over twice to meet my crew and discuss what I wanted her to do. We settled on her coming into our home 2x daily, picking up our mail and she even sat down to play, videotape our cats every visit to send to us. Karen has been taking excellent care of our Pom dog Kona for 5 years now ever since she was a puppy. She treats our lil Kona like her own and gives her lots of love. We hired Karen to look after our 12-year-old abby/tabby Sonny, and his new companion, Junior. We were concerned because Junior was a fairly new rescue who was still a little jumpy. Although fairly comfortable with us, he would startle at any unexpected noise outside the house and scramble under the nearest piece of furniture, where he’d stay indefinitely until we could coax him out. We really needed to find someone to care for Sonny and Junior, who would understand them and be attentive to their individual needs. We couldn’t have been any happier than we were with Karen. Not only did she take extra care to follow our intricate feeding instructions, she spent time with the cats and went above and beyond to make sure they felt attended to and loved. Junior ate and though he was wary, he felt comfortable enough not to disappear, which is huge for a kitty who’s only lived indoors for 4 months of his seven years. We couldn’t recommend Karen any more enthusiastically.

I have been using Karen over 8 years I think - she is wonderful. She treats my babies as if they were her own - all cats - and in my home. She sends kitty reports when I am out of town - so fun to read and some have videos. I highly recommend her services. Very sweet person too.

We have used their dog sitting services at their beautiful Arcadia home, as well as, their cat and dog service in our home. So either way, they have you covered. We love the in-home cat sitting service because they are SUPER-THOROUGH and take the extra time to play with and excercize our 2 middle-aged cats while we're away. When we come home, our house is fresh and our cats are HAPPILY PURRING!!! They are so honest and trustworthy! We have never had a problem.
