We were very fortunate to find Lara! She is very professional, organized, communicative, and careful about screening pups to bring into her home. She provided us with frequent updates, pictures, and videos - it was evident our dog loved his time with Lara and her own puppy! She was very flexible about pick up and drop off- we will absolutely use her again!

I would recommend Lara to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and knowledgeable person to care for their pet. She sent us daily updates, pictures, and videos. We could tell that our dog felt comfortable in her home. We will definitely be using her services again!

Lara watched our maltipoo, Simba, while we were on vacation for 10 days. I was super nervous leaving him for that long so she sent us tons of photos and he had the time of his life! So thrilled I found Lara’s Lucky Paws for my sweet dog when we go out of town! Her place is so clean and cozy for the pups and you can tell she takes great care of them. We loved all of the positive updates and pictures we received during his stay. Also really appreciated how responsible and organized she was leading up to his stay, making sure she had all the necessary info, vaccine records, etc.

I don’t normally write these, but I can’t stop raving about my puppy’s experience at Lara’s Lucky Paws. Over the 4th of July weekend, we left him with Lara, and she was perfectly able to deal with his shenanigans. She is an awesome dog sitter. I highly recommend her.

Lara was amazing throughout the whole process of her watching our two year old mini poodle for a long weekend. She was very professional and organized, communication was excellent, and most importantly our little girl had an amazing time! Lara used to walk our dog weekly and she was always on time and super nice to our dog. She is reliable and responsible. She can be trusted with your house but most importantly with your dog. She sent me videos and pictures which was a highlight in the middle of the day. 100% recommended.

We have been using Margie and My Other Mommy Pet Sitting for nearly a decade and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. When my wife and I need to travel, our dog Spooky always stays with Margie and My Other Mommy. Margie does not crate the dogs - she has made a comfortable living space for them and a nice backyard - and she sends us picture updates to show us how Spooky is doing. Our dog is frequently anxious and visibly shakes when we have to bring her to the vet or to be groomed, but she actually gets excited when we take her to Margie's and she always runs straight in. It is an enormous relief to know that our dog is safe and well cared for when we have to go out of town, and it is very clear that Margie and her family love the dogs and that she is in good hands. We have been working with Margie for years and I recommend her to everyone.

Margie and Summer from My Other Mommy have been life savers for us and our cats. They take a daily picture of the cats so we know they are doing well and keeps us connected with the little ones. My Other Mommy Pet Services are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend their services. Over the past 10 years, they have watched and cared for 4 of my dogs (two were very old with lots of medications). We first met Margie at her house. The house is immaculate and clean with a very open back yard that is safe and enclosed so the dogs can run. Margie and her team are responsible, safe, loving and caring. They are very organized with files for food quantity and medications and follow the directions perfectly. She has taken my dogs to the vet too and cares for them like they are her own. My dogs LOVE going there. Its a very social environment for them and they get to run around safely. My Other Mommy Pet Services send daily updated with pictures while I am away! I leave on vacation knowing that my dogs are in safe wonderful hands. I HIGHLY recommend My Other Mommy.

My dogs have been there twice - once for 11 days - and they loved it. Margie goes all out to make sure they're comfortable and have fun. My one big dog wasn't eating, so Margie mixed in some ground beef for a couple of days to get her appetite back up while we were gone. That's going above and beyond, in my estimation. We love my other mommy, and wouldn't leave Tsuki anywhere else.

I have been sending my dogs Sarge to stay with Margie and Summer for almost 3years. It has been the best experience for both Sarge and us. We are worry free when we are traveling because we know he is in great hands. We would not leave Sarge with anyone else. Their home is clean, organized, and safe. I highly recommend my other mommy.

I have been leaving my 2 dogs with My Other Mommy for years now and don't have to worry! They come back happy and tired which is great for me and Margie always keeps me up to date with photos while I'm away. Margie is a gem. She was very kind, compassionate and understanding when I was looking for a place to house our larger German Shepherd while we were away. She was thorough, showed me her credentials, made sure our fur baby was a good fit, and ensured she took the time to integrate her with the other dogs. Her home is clean and well organized. While we were away, she sent pictures and updated me often. I appreciated her honest feedback and would definitely recommend her services. Our fur baby will be visiting again!

I have taken my dogs to My Other Mommy for over five years. I have always felt they were very well taken care of. Margie is a very well organized person with strict rules and I appreciate that. It insures that all the dogs under her care are vaccinated, healthy and manageable. I am glad to fill out a detailed form on my dogs’ doctors, that is for my dogs well being. Margie has gone out of her way with my dogs to give them eye drops, or stick pills down their throat (epileptic dog), she is a woman to be trusted. My dogs are glad to go back to her place, that says a lot too.

From day 1 Your Favorite Pet Care stood out to us! Joan is amazing and really cares for all the dogs she encounters. During the initial evaluation to see where our boy Rio stood with training was very thorough and helped us get a better understanding of how to help our boy. He needed help on the leash from tugging to being stubborn and not wanting to get up, I can say with the 6 sessions we don’t have those problems anymore. Not only do you see the progress but the price is affordable too. I went to two other trainers and they didn’t seem to truley care about the dogs like Your Favorite pet care does. Our boy Rio loves when Joan comes over for his daily weeks and for the training sessions. The improvement in his walks makes my family so happy, as we rescued him at 1 years old and thought it would be significantly harder. As he got more comfortable on the walks, Joan was able to incorporate her dog on their walks which has helped his interactions with other dogs! He doesn’t get crazy or too excited, it’s normal for him now which is amazing! We have used Joans waking services, training sessions, & day care!! The day care is amazing, Rio spent the day with two other goldens & I received so many pictures of how happy he was! Such a trusting company couldn’t recommend enough!

Joan and Cali took care of our two pit bulls long-term and overnight while we were away for almost two weeks. They provided picture and video updates for my peace of mind and even transported our girl Skye to her vet appointment while we were gone. This was my first time boarding my dog anywhere so I was a little nervous going into it. I had nothing to worry about though because Joan took excellent care of my dog. Anytime I texted for updates, Joan responded almost immediately and with photos. My dog has some trouble getting distracted when walking on a leash and Liam and Joan worked with my dog during her stay and made great progress. Obviously she isn’t perfect since she had a short stay, but they laid the groundwork and walked me through what to do as well. My dog was returned to me very happy and safe. A great choice, especially if you’re boarding your pet fir the first time!

Joan-Marie is excellent. She has been working with Gino, my 9 mo. Shiba Inu, for several months. Originally assisting me with overnight boarding & day care, she then helped come up with a plan for training that would be specific to my dog's breed & introduced me to a trainer that she partners with to help set me & my pup up for success. This 5 star review may best be summed up best by saying if you & your pup have the opportunity to work with Joan-Marie, run don't walk. In addition to complete comfort when he's in her care here are some of the things that Gino & I are benefiting from in everyday life. We can go anywhere with confidence that he won't jump on people, he will be gentle with kids & smaller dogs. Learning commands is a game changer. He's learned leave it. My experience with this Company has been great. Paula has come out to help with Walking my Dog on several occasions. From the very first time Paula took my Dog for a walk my Dog was comfortable and sensed right away Paula was an Animal lover. Well since that first time there has been many more occasions where Ive booked Paula for my Dog. Each time my Dog came home happy, relaxed, and you could tell it was because she was just so comfortable with Paula. My Dog can be quite difficult to walk. In fact it's a main reason I was looking for help with walking. I have an Elderly Mother who absolutely can not walk my Dog because the dog is to strong. Fetch of Boca Raton was a godsend when I had to go out of town for work! They took excellent care of my 2 cats, sent update photos and notes and did everything to ease my anxiety. They were sweet, knowledgeable and communicative - they even were able to shift when I had a last minute change in travel plans. Everything about my experience with them was comforting and easy. I will use Fetch any time I need to go out of town!

I moved to Florida with my Boston Terrier and found Fetch through the Thumbtack app. The best luck I could have had. As I have many last minute appointments, Paula is extremely accommodating. She and Jorge are reliable, on time, careful, through and loving to my 3 year old Boston. Jorge is amazing. He plays with Orley and has taken interest in his tricks. Plus, Jorge has the best smile ever. It's a joy to know my dog is appreciated and enjoyed in such a happy way. The overnight last week worked out very well. Orley came home clean and with shorter nails. Much appreciated. Don't hesitate to contact this company. Fetch has a user friendly app. You receive information on what your pet did, photos and tracking of your pets walk. I was impressed with the company the first time they came to take my two cavapoo puppies out. The owner " Paula" brought the dog walker and observed. She then called later in the day to say exactly what I had been thinking.... that the girl was not a good fit to handle the two puppies together and she offered to take them on herself. Paula is forthcoming, easy to communicate with and best of all... we feel that she truly cares about the pups and enjoys her job. She also brought in another walker a few days to train her with our dogs in case she is not available and now I trust her implicitly with making that call. We are gone now for the season but we look forward to using Paula and Pet Care Boca

I strongly and heartily recommend this particular Fetch franchise run by Paula. And definitely not the neighboring one for Boynton Beach. Paula and her team were great with my big dogs, one of whom has some special Medical needs. They were good at communicating, being available for transport to vet visit if necessary, and able to skillfully handle my dogs when they were reactive to other dogs. I wish I could have continued to use this franchise but the scheduling office for this area switched me without notice and warning to the awful Boynton Beach franchisee who never had the courtesy to introduce himself.

I love Fetch!!! I have been using them for over a year now and have never been disappointed. We travel often and they are always available. They take superb care of my fur babies! Last week I had a death in the family and needed them on super short notice. They took care of my kids so I could go be with my family. Last summer our air conditioning went out while we were out of the country and Lucia met the A/C guy at our house several times to let him in to do the repairs. These guys go out of their way to take care of our babies. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Melinda has been wonderful the past few years caring for our cats when we're out of town. Very reliable and the cats love her. We postponed a move cross country to keep the cats here while on vacation so she could take care of them! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place and would recommend for boarding! I just got Mocha a week ago and I had to go out of state, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to leave her. I was extremely worried about leaving her, but the staff at this location did an amazing job. She is healthy, happy, and exactly like how I dropped her off. If you get the forever connected add-on, the report cards and photos they take are so wonderful and thoughtful. They really made me feel at ease and that my baby was being well taken care of. They really do care for the dogs and do their best. Thank you guys!

The only good thing I have to say about this facility is Dr Zwiilling. He’s great! Otherwise the staff is overall disorganized and very inefficient. The vet side and daycare/grooming side is separate and it’s as if the staff have zero communication. Multiple issues with making and confirming reservations, vaccine record and “I can’t find you in the system”... The groomer did call to confirm a “lion cut” but I asked to trim the face and neck, take off the hair on the legs. I have no words for how bad my dog looks right now. It’s like they stopped grooming him in the middle. I appreciate her calling but what’s the point in confirming and me telling you what I want done then not doing it?

We are so happy to have found this gem of a place! Our dog Lucy wags her tail and even cries of excitement every time we arrive! We try to leave her once a month for play days, and we’ve boarded her twice in the past year with nothing but great things to share! I’m so glad we didn’t let the “negative” reviews on here deter us from trying it ourselves. I LOVE that we can watch their play time through the app, they don’t get crated overnight. Having plenty of space to safely roam is a huge plus. We also really appreciate the ease if booking, we even extended our stay this last time without a problem. Let’s keep place like these up and running!

This location is AMAZING! The employees at the front were super welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. They really made me feel comfortable dropping off my 2 year old dog for 3 nights and assured me that I could call anytime of day to check on him. I loved the report cards they sent me with pictures of my boy while I was gone and it made me so happy to see how much fun he was having. Usually when I pick my dog up from other boarding/day care places he is distressed and upset but when I picked up my pup from Coconut creek Pet Paradise, he was happy and full of excitement... I knew that he had the best time and was treated with lots of love. The employee at the front told me she enjoyed his presence and he gave her lots of hugs and kisses during his stay! When I dropped him off the girls at the front gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the room he would be staying in. I could go on and on forever... this location is great. Thank you guys for being the best and taking such good care of our animals!

Very Upset. Nancy and I were at our home in North Carolina for 2 weeks. We took our dog to pet Paradise in Coconut Creek because he had stayed there before. This time we paid a lot extra for him to stay in one of their VIP suites. It was supposed to include 1 1/2 hours of group play a day. We monitored, Via the cameras, and discovered he did not get any group play, instead they took him out by himself a few times (It looked like 2 they insist it was 3 ) for 15 minutes at a time. Much less than 1 & 1/2 hour group play. Also the first 2 days the door to his room was left open so he could go into his fenced courtyard and go to the bathroom. The rest of the 2 weeks the day was kept closed so he had to try and hold it in until they gave him one of his 15 minute breaks. I paid a lot of money for him to be treated special and instead he was treated like a step child. Would not recommend Pet Paradise to anyone.

Staff is very friendly. My GSD always seems happy coming home straight to sleep til next day. We feel super comfortable leaving her overnight and in care of staff.

Stay away. This facility has gone severely downhill over the past year. We have been loyal customers of this Pet Paradise location since they opened in 2020. We used to receive updates of our dog and thorough reports of her stay. We have traveled less over the past couple of years and really only board our dog 1-2 times per year. Last year, we had an okay experience during our trip. I was disappointed in the requirement to pay more for the level of communication we had previously received at base level, and our dog ended up with kennel cough but no major complaints. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Our annual ski trip out of state and a week long. I pay for the extra communication a few days and everything seemed fine. When we picked up our dog on Sunday, she came home and started with diarrhea and vomiting extensively. A dog who NEVER messes in the house literally every hour with a new mess for a whole day and night. The saddest thing I’ve ever seen. When I was picking her up, the employee was on the phone with someone about their own dog’s tummy troubles so I thought maybe they had some information regarding a sickness. I called Pet Paradise on the way to the vet to see if I could get any information to share. I was just told that there were no notes on her account. An xray, blood test, and $950 later we end up with anti nausea and diarrhea medicine and a very very sad pup. This is in addition to the over $500 we paid to have our dog “cared for” by this location. I reached out to express my concerns and was given very nice but very weak lip service. I am not sure if my dog was just not given enough care or if the place is dirty or what, but I know that after the heartache and financial burden this place has caused us we will never be returning.

My cat was very happy when he returned. Usually he is stressed out and angry but I know he was well cared for because he came back super nice. I also loved the daily pictures I received. Excellent place !! Already made my next reservation!

The staff is AWESOME at this location! They made sure my dog (that has separation anxiety) had a comfortable and awesome time. Every time I call to check on him the staff gives me a full summary of how he’s doing. I personally know people that have other Pet Paradise locations near their home but they choose this location because how awesome the staff is. Thank you guys!

We have used Kitties N K9’s now a couple of times, and Vicki Lombardi is amazing with our 2 cats, Thor & Loki. We’ve experienced some terrible cat sitters out there, as many pet sitting services will watch cats, but don’t actually understand cats or even like cats. Our security system would show the person coming in and staying for less than 5 minutes, with zero interaction with our cats. We’d return home to the cat’s whining/crying out as yes, cats do require human interaction and stimulation! And the house would be a mess, with food and litter all over the place, and water bowls completely dry! This was NOT at ALL the case with Vicki at Kittens N K9s. We arrive home to happy cats, food bowls with extra food, water bowls filled, and maintained litter boxes. She even sweeps the floors and cleans the counters, so the food and litter isn’t scattered everywhere. Vicki is very attentive and sends multiple pictures, and videos during every visit! We can finally travel in peace knowing our 2 buddies are in good hands with a kind and patient professional cat person!

I'm new to the area and had to go away on short notice. Kitties N K9s came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They took great care of my fur-diva, are very accommodating and sent me daily pics and videos. I will definitely be using them again.

I was so nervous to leave our bearded dragon for the first time since we adopted him! It’s hard to find someone knowledgeable about reptiles too but Taylor is that person! We got daily updates, photos and videos and she even so kindly brought in our mail and packages. 100% recommend Taylor for pet sitting!

Taylor is amazing!! We just moved here and our dog was so comfortable with Taylor despite being used to other sitters. Our dog is older and she absolutely loved her stay! We visit family for holidays and it is so nice to have a place we feel comfortable with to leave our pup.

I am new to the area, and was very nervous about going out of town for the first time trying to find a new individual to care for my elderly chocolate lab girl who has health issues, social anxiety, as well as separation anxiety, as I work from home. Melody took the time to meet with me and find out all about my dogs and their routine. She was able to walk and even do some training with my 107 lb GSD. Throughout my time away she kept me well informed on how they were doing and sent lots of great pictures. I was so happy that they were able to stay home and get great care. Melody was very reliable and trustworthy.

We are new to the area and were looking for a pet sitter to care for our dogs during our vacation. Our fur family was loved and cared for by Melody, she was awesome. Kahlua, Pandy, and Cody adjusted well to us being on vacation. They received loving care from Melody in our absence, while being able to conveniently stay in their home environment. My dog is in LOVE! Melody is the best dog walker in the world! She comes everyday to walk my boy while I'm at work. He gets love, attention & play time with her. She has helped tremendously in bringing back his personality & zest for life. He had spinal surgery just before Thanksgiving & although he recovered very well from that, he became afraid of me, having to give him medication... Melody, the owner of Totally Wagging, is an exceptional animal carer. She is knowledgeable, professional, steadfast and, most important, has a huge heart for all animals and their owners. She has cared for our family’s dog for more than 4 years and in that time has gone out of her way to care for our dog and to help us out. I never worry when I'm away because Melody takes such good care of our cat Skyler. She spends most of her time giving him love and attention and treats him like he's her own cat. I can see how relaxed he is from the photos she sends each day, and she's very responsive when I reach out to her. She's given him medicine when I asked her to and she always lets me know if she notices something that doesn't seem right. I would highly recommend Melody to anyone who's looking for reliable loving pet care from an expert.

I have never left my babies and felt 100 percent safe and secure...until, I met Melody. I don’t believe there is a better pet sitter, she truly loves animals and it shows. From the minute we had our meet and greet I knew I wanted her to care for my Chicken, Little Man and cats. I have two awesome dogs. One of them is a 7 month old full of energy, house broken and a professional thief cocker spaniel and other one is a 7 year old, super lazy and emotionally sensitive cocker spaniel. Those two guys are bonded each other with love and hate relationship. Little one is sometimes annoying older one. I looked for a pet hotel for those two however I couldn’t find a place to make both of them happy at the same time. I saw Happy Paws, I was very skeptical at first. I thought it is a kind of scam. 33 reviews, few photos looked suspicious but I dialed the number anyways. Once Liz answered phone, I felt like “that s the right place”. That lovely, kind and positive positive voice made me sure that my guys will be happy in there! My babies had stayed almost 4 days with Liz and they were super happy. Liz sent their photos and all their info daily. Highly recommend her if you need a lovely place for your babies when you are away from them.

My dog loves staying with Liz. I feel like he gets more individualized attention during daycare than he normally gets at a typical doggy daycare. Additionally, prior to using Liz’s services, I’ve never trusted any place to leave him overnight for “boarding” because he has separation anxiety and he doesn’t do well in a cage or kennel but Liz never keeps dogs in cages so long story short, her first ever overnight stay was a huge success! Finally, Liz is very flexible in terms of hours and is very quick to respond and keep you informed of how your furbaby is going. Thanks so much to Liz and her family for taking such good care of someone who I consider part of my family. 100% recommended!

I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to Liz at Happy Paws! I have never felt so comfortable and safe leaving my pup while I go away. He was so cared for while I was away and Liz is so nurturing and treats the animals as if they were her own ! I was sent pictures and updates the entire time and I never once worried about my dog. I even went home with pictures from his stay! She is the only one I trust and will use to watch my dog ! Highly recommend!

Liz is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions, the last one for a period of three weeks.
