Lee looked after our 2 dogs/house for almost 2 weeks. He made sure to get to know them on walks and house visits previous to the stay, so both of them were familiar with him and him being in our house. We received daily video updates from walks, cuddle sessions & aftermath of naughty teenage dog rebellions 😅- both of them looked very happy & having loads of fun! Lee is also very handy in case car batteries need to be disconnected or sliding doors need some WD40 & other tips &tricks 👍🏼 we will definitely be using Lee again - 5 stars!!
Hard to put into words just how incredibly impressed we were with the care, service and personal touch Lee and Jane provided whilst looking after Rocky. Lee is a consummate professional as well as a very kind and personable carer. Rocky loved his time with Lee and Jane - the daily photos and videos testament to this fact. He received superb care and love which gave us such peace of mind whilst away. The aftercare and follow up contact was unexpected and above and beyond what I could have anticipated. I cannot recommend Ashley Heath Dog Walking highly enough. My only criticism is that Lee is so good his diary is not always free when I need him! 100% trust and customer satisfaction (canine and human).
Lee recently looked after our 2 dogs ( including one quite anxious rescue) and our house / garden for 2 weeks for us. He visited and walked with us for a long time before we went, to build confidence with Ben our rescue. He became a member of our pack and we were not at all concerned about either Ben or Bess! We missed them of course, but every photo or video Lee sent showed two relaxed and happy dogs having a wonderful time! We came home to shopping in the fridge, our lawn was mowed, not to mention both dogs clearly overjoyed that we were home. We think we may have missed them more than they missed us 😂 The experience was such a resounding success that Lee is coming back very soon for a big birthday weekend that sadly doesn’t include dogs. No concern here, we know our woofs will have a great time!! So in brief - couldn’t recommend Lee’s care of our dogs more highly - thank you Lee - sincerely 😄
Lee is fantastic!! He is brilliant with my dog and it seems all dogs, he is a natural. I have no worries when I know that woody is with him…. And woody can be difficult. I get a great video each walk letting me know what they are all up to. I can not recommend Lee enough! From Woody…. Thanks Lee for taking me on the best walks. We moved to ringwood in March this year so needed to find a new dog walker we contacted Lee who came round to introduce himself to Mollie and he's been walking her since then. Mollie is very happy with our choice as are we!
Lee took over my need to have Heidi go out and socialise with other dogs last year as he was close. My experience of his service has been beyond reproach and Heidi cannot get into his car fast enough so Lee must be doing something more than just OK. I cannot recommend Lee enough. Allen
Hi, I’m Storm the Border Collie. Lee has looked after me several times. I’m always excited and happy to be with him. We have great walks and play games for treats which I’m allowed. Lee is caring and affectionate with me which I like. He’s even brought me home clean after I got muddy on walks. I and my humans would recommend Lee as a reliable, caring pet sitter and dog walker
l would recommend Lee at Ashley Heath Dog Walking without any hesitation. Lee looked after my energetic Dalmatian over Christmas and New Year. Willow can be cautious of people but let me know that Lee was ‘safe’. Lee was very efficient from the start showing me his DBS Certificate and other Forms to complete. Whilst we were away he kept us up-dated with photos and videos of Willow waking, running, playing and resting and made me feel very at ease that Willow was indeed very happy. Oh and Lee’s partner Jane was a star too who took Willow on regular runs as Willow is a keen runner. I can not fault Lee and can not thank Lee and Jane enough for taking good care of our precious Willow - Thank you 🤩 😊💗💪🐾
Lee did a great job of looking after our three dogs while we were away. He is very caring and kept us updated of all the fun they were having together. The dogs were very happy and even tried to follow him out of the door when he left! Lee kept the house beautifully tidy too. Happy dogs and happy owners, we definitely recommend using him.
Lee is fantastic. After a couple of failed experiences with dog walkers/ sitters, Lee has been brilliant. With two boisterous and playful dogs (One being a 3 year old 42kg battering ram and another being a very playful GSP puppy), Lee has been fantastic with them both and they both love him (maybe a bit too much). Lee is flexible and very accommodating. Lee walks our dogs once a week and does ad hoc house sitting for us when we are away or out all day. Lee is kind, courteous and always leaves the place how he finds it (he even mowed our Lawn!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone. Thanks Lee!
The first time my boy has been with Saran and her family… Kacey seemed to be totally comfortable and Saran sent me photos of him whilst I was away. I know Kacey had a slight issue, but Saran made me feel ok about that. I will 100% take Kacey back there x
My Ned absolutely loves his days at Saran’s house, and is always very reluctant to leave. You can see from the pictures that he makes himself at home! He can be a bit of a handful, but Saran understands dogs and knows how to manage him. I frequently leave him both for play days and overnight stays. It’s a brilliant service that I can 100% recommend.
We couldn’t ask for better. Saran and her family are amazing! I was nervous about leaving our Jack Russell puppy but knew it was best for her while we were at work. I’m so grateful we found Saran, she put my mind at rest straight away. She clearly knows and loves dogs very much. It’s great for Flo to socialise with all the other lovely dogs every week. She had a great time playing and running around in their huge garden. Saran always keeps me updated with photos and videos which I really appreciate. Thank you so much.
I highly and truly 100% recommend Cuddles and Tails, Saran is a wonderful, extremely kind person. Before I knew her I was becoming rather stressed and worried that I won’t find the care, love and attention for my puppy 🐶. One morning at 4am I woke up really stressed and I had to find someone so I searched on Facebook and I found Saran, the reviews won me over, I rang at a reasonable hour and the minute she answered the phone I felt completely at ease. My puppy is 5months old and he has been at Cuddles and Tails twice now and he has so much fun, Shadow and I feel so welcomed, it makes me want to stay and join in the fun. Saran is so good she sends me videos and photos of Shadow throughout the day which I absolutely love. Saran does what I ask and very happy with any instructions which help with my puppy’s learning. Honestly it’s very hard to find a person who will take on puppies and she is very happy to do so. I am so glad I find this wonderful place. Xx 😘
We feel so so lucky and greatful to have found Saran! Our dog Wilbur is a very active, loving, crazy dog with so much energy, who can struggle to settle in new places. We were really struggling to find a good fit for Wilbur, but then found Cuddles & Tails daycare! He loves being there, and always comes back tired after having such a good time with all the dogs! Saran always sends us loads of pictures and videos of him playing and him napping with her and her family - it’s so lovely to see. He’s now a regular visitor, and recently stayed for nearly 3 weeks whilst we got married! Could not recommend enough!!
My usually clingy and nervous cocker spaniel had a wonderful weekend staying with Saran and her family. This is a warm and caring home from home environment for dogs, with huge space to charge around together outdoors. We got lots of photos and videos showing just how happy Dottie was! I would recommend Cuddles and Tails to everyone and we will definitely be back!
We wanted somewhere Monty could stay for 2 weeks while we attended a wedding abroad, but we knew he wouldn't like a normal kennels. On a recommendation from a friend Monty had a trial day, to make certain he fitted in, followed 2 weeks staying with Saran and Rob. While there Saran sent us videos and pictures of Monty playing with other dogs which put our minds at rest. Next time we go away without Monty, we would not hesitate to use Cuddles and Tails. I can’t imagine finding anywhere better for my precious dog’s holiday. Cobweb had a fabulous time. She was well looked after in a perfect environment. Sarin is caring, well informed and great fun. Her dogs get on well with others. She sent regular messages and photos. I recommend Cuddles and Tails to any dog owner. We’ll definitely be back.
We were let down last minute and needed a boarder for our 2 spaniels, for 3 days, Saran and her family were wonderful and so accommodating. We quickly arranged a meet so the dogs could get a feel for the place and they settled very quickly, even with 2 very different personalities! My puppy is a ball of frantic energy and neediness, she was in love with the resident dog and the open space. My old boy is a lovable grump who can hold a grudge like there is no tomorrow... so much so that he didn't want to come back with me as he had bonded so well with Saran! We were kept updated and sent many pictures during their stay. Couldn't have asked for better :)
Our nervous dog is settling well at Saran's, she's helping his confidence grow and is really knowledgeable. Saran sends us photos throughout the day too which is always welcome!
