Lori and Matt were absolutely incredible!!! Best sitters ever. They were super conscientious before their stay to make sure that they knew the dogs' schedules/food/preferences, had the right lock access etc. to the house so they wouldn't have to bother us while away, etc. They were so wonderful with our pups (who absolutely adored them) and also with our home. Our home was cleaner when we got back than when we left! They sent us pictures every day of our furballs and little updates too which we so appreciated, just letting us know that all was ok, which was very sweet. We would absolutely love to have them sit again any time - they're the best! Thank you Lori and Matt!!!
My partner George and I are just back from a gorgeous 6 weeks looking after Rose Cottage for Sharon and we had THE most wonderful time. We looked after little Bo the cat who was absolutely gorgeous and we really enjoyed spending time with her. She loved a little cuddle and was just an angel to look after. She had such a sweet loud purr!! For us, this sit was our first experience with trusted housesitters and I couldn’t reccomend it any more. I think we were especially lucky here! Sharon’s house was so cosy, homely and clean and it felt like such a home from home with an extremely comfy bed!!! The house was so peaceful and quiet and we used the time to work from home and have lovely walks in the evenings and weekends. We visited all of our favourite Lake District spots- the house is in a great location! We had a lovely evening the night before the sit with Sharon and her dog Ronney, and did the same on Sharon’s return sharing wine and dinner. We were made to feel so welcome by Sharon and we really feel we’ve made a great new friend up in the lakes. We didn’t want to leave! Sharon is an inspiring woman who seems to grab all of life’s opportunities and it was fab to spend time both with her, Romney and Bo in her lovely home. What a fab experience!!!! I would 1000% love to sit for Sharon again and would absolutely recommend to anyone else if I’m not free!
Liz was an excellent host. She provided us with lots of information about her beautiful house and the local area, which made the sit really pleasant. Gwyn was an absolute delight and we loved playing with her. Would definitely recommend.
Yari and Sarah were great hosts and their home is clean, tidy and really lovely! But the kitties… so sweet and full of purrsonality! Calico is spunky and loves to be pet, Macchia relished in time out in the backyard and finding treats in her discovery cube. Charlie was my snuggle bug for the sit, following me around the house and napping nearby. Anyone would be lucky to sit with those three! Quick drive to the beach and neighborhood is very safe/walkable. Thanks for a fabulous sit!
I had an awesome time with Ojitos and Eusebio in Merida. They’re the sweetest and I miss them already. They can get really excited when leaving for a walk and pull a little bit at first but Karen let me know since the beggining so I was prepared and we always had great walks. Karen and Jacobo are really nice hosts and make you feel at home. We were always in communication with Karen and she makes sure you are comfortable and enjoy the sit. They have a nice and comfortable house which is located in a great neighborhood. While in this sit I got to visit some beaches nearby, the pyramids and some cenotes. Merida and Yucatán have a lot to offer! I highly recommend this sit!!
We had the absolutely privilege to lock after Leigh and Ian pets and wine estate property. Set in a beautiful rural wine fields. Surrounded by hills and rivers. We had an amazing experience during our time in a fantastic home. From the beginning to the end the communication was superb. They gave us a very warm welcome and made us feeling home right away. The House was very tidy and clean. Then they spoiled us with a Italian dish for dinner and the best wine in the region. Our accommodation was luxury and comfortable. They also left us a car to take the dogs around what mad it very easy to go for interesting walks with Chloe and Theo. Chloe is sooo curious and a big sniffer. The three best mini schnauzer ever. Casey is already a old lovely boy but still the boss. The dogs have all different character and we fall in love with all of them immediately. We had so much fun to watch them, and to cuddle them. The dogs got so excited when it was time for there walk, a pur joy for us. It was so easy to take care of them and receive a lot of love. Big thanks for giving us this experience. Leigh and Ian are very generous warm and open minded People. We highly recomend this housesit and happy return for us. We miss all of you.
What a wonderful sit with two adorable dogs! We stayed 2 1/2 weeks in Joanne and Pete's extremely comfortable, well provisioned home. They picked us up from the train station and whipped up a fabulous gourmet dinner in no time. We immediately felt welcomed and at home with them. Woody and Hugo are loving, friendly and very well behaved dogs. There are great walking/running trails right across the street and the nearby charming village, Topsham is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride away. Topsham has some great pubs and restaurants, all of which are dog friendly, There are also great parks and fields in Topsham to let the dogs run freely. The bus, which runs either direction to other villages and Exeter, is right at the end of their small street. Jo and Pete are lovely, engaging people and I feel like we made lifelong friends! Googled Pet Boarding and found Kiara in time for my trip to Cancun. I am always hesitant when leaving my dog but Kiara reassured me she would be in good hands and she was right. I called A Day in Cali very last minute to watch my going-on-senior pug. From the start, Kiara was very responsive and patient with me, answering all of my questions. As I am not from Atlanta and was just traveling through for a quick trip, Kiara made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. My plans were very up in the air, and Kiara was extremely accommodating, meeting me (and helping me navigate Atlanta!). She texted me updates throughout the night and next morning and took my dog on some really fun adventures. I appreciated how cared for my dog was. I recently moved to Atlanta and was looking for a reliable and safe option to board my 8 year old male Vizsla. Finding a place to board had been tough because my dog is not neutered. He is very docile and has anxiety around male dogs due to bad experiences with them. Benelli and I met Kiara and we instantly got along. She was very attentive to our needs. She goes the extra mile to ensure my pup feels comfortable in the house among other dogs. She routinely keeps me updated on his day and gives him a lot of love. I travel quite a bit for work and have to leave pup behind. Kiara has earned my trust to care for my most prized possession. I highly recommend Kiara to all my dog friends!
Kiara is absolutely wonderful with bruiser and Charlie we never have to worry when we leave them with her because we know she takes very good care of them they love her. We feel very lucky to have such a great caretaker for our pets feel like our children and we trust them completely in her care.

We left our 4 yrs old Japanese spitz with Kiara for a week and she was great. She picked him up from our house and also shared photos during the week and messaged us a lot about how our dog is doing. She also made sure to spent time with him before so he feels more comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her.

I was nervous at first for my furry babies to have to go somewhere new but I had to find a place for the holiday because I had accidentally waited to late to make other reservations. I came across this business and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! Kiara is so sweet and awesome with dogs. Richard and Courtney took great care of my diabetic 15 year old dog while I was away for 2 weeks. They gave me daily updates with pictures and videos and expressed concern when she was not acting herself. I received a call with a major concern and an appointment was arranged with the vet to ensure my dog's health was properly taken care of. She requires injections and oral medication so they able to administer her meds. She even got a bath during her stay. Before my dog's boarding, I did a walkthrough, saw where Ivy will be (in a wide pin isolated from the bigger/younger dogs). Afterwards, I had a peace of mind knowing my little old lady would be in good hands. I highly recommend this pet sitter! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby!
This was my first time using the services of The Village Pets after they were highly recommended to me and I couldn't have been more pleased with their care! Taesia did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of our dog's well being throughout our time away and did not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Richard and Village Pets. My cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day after food. It's extremely hard to travel and find help knowing that I would have to rely on someone to feed him at 6:45am/pm, and insulin shot at 7am/pm. Village Pets allows me to travel again. I have used their services twice now and never have an issue. I receive daily updates with photos. I HIGHLY recommend using them!
I used Village Pets Pet Sitting for the first time this past week, and I was so happy with the care and attention my dog and cat received from Richard. Richard was 100% reliable throughout my 8-day trip. I received pictures, video, and communication each time he visited. My dog is a fairly nervous rescue dog, and it only took about 10 minutes for her to warm up to Richard during the meet and greet. It was obvious how well he understands and connects with animals. I will definitely use Village Pets again!

Stephanie is amazing, great customer service!!! I’m so happy with the way that she groomed my dog he was cut exactly the way that I requested. They use great quality products he smelled so good when I picked him up. The price is very reasonable and I was able to get an appointment quick. I highly recommend this groomer this is the best grooming service my dog has ever had.
I have been knowing Stephanie for a little over 10 years. I came to GA from Ohio with my 7 year old Yorkie Beanie (RIH). I was interduced to her boarding services because I traveled back and forward to Ohio all the time. Of course if I am using boarding I am going to use grooming as well. But what really moved me was the hospitality. Now yes there all the "Facilities" that offer all of these services! But ask yourself, do you want someone that is at work 9 to5 and when it is time to go home your baby is sitting in a cage wondering if someone is coming back until 9 or 10am when employees come back to work? Or would you like your baby's at home with someone who will give them 24 hour care like you would give your baby. I am spending my $$ TLC... Fairy Dog Mother has my 100% vote.
My baby Bentley has been here twice now and every time he SMELLS amazing! I literally can’t get enough of him smelling sooo good! She takes her time to properly groom him and cuts him exactly how I like it! I can’t recommend this place a thousand times, if you’re in the area definitely make this your to go spot and you’ll never regret it
My mom took my white and brown pit terrier mix and I almost didn't recognize her because she was so clean. I didn't see her until 2 days later and she still looks and smells so good. She has never been fully cleaned since I got her from a friend. She was an outside dog with so many skin issues and you wouldn't know it now! She looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Great price and service!
Stephanie is amazing!! I can tell how much she cares and shows my baby love because he’s always excited to see her! When I would take him to the vet to get cut he’d always have separation anxiety, but with Stephanie he’s always just as chipper as when I dropped him off. She does great with his cuts too! He always looks like a new pup. He loves his cuts too because he never wants anyone to touch him after. She gets my baby nice and bougie and I love it!! The only one I’ll let groom him!
I can't believe I've never left a review. Our dogs have been going to Stephanie for grooming and boarding for 4.5 years now. She truly loves our dogs and we trust her. Grateful for the care provided by Cherish Pet Services. Destiny stayed in my home for 5 days while we went out of town and went above and beyond for my senior dog who struggles with change to routine. She was patient, caring and truly took the time to figure out what my girl needed to feel comfortable each day. My other dog has separation anxiety and can't be alone so the care provided was a big request but Destiny and Debbie both worked it out so someone could be there at all times. When we got home the dogs were relaxed and fell right back into routine easily. Thank you!!!
Cherish Pet Services is the absolute best. We needed a 10-night stay with our 4 beagles. Debbie and Destiny at Cherish Pet Services not only took care of our hounds with the instructions we left but also took care of our home while in Europe. They sent daily pics/videos. We came home to an immaculate home. No dog hair on floor. Beds with fresh sheets. Clean water bowls. Mail neatly stacked on table. Trash taken out. Brought in trash can after collection. Watered our plants and even took care during 1 night of frost by covering them. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Cherish Pet Services were chosen since they are bonded and insured, back-up staff, and provided an in-person interview. With their exemplary services we will continue to choose Cherish Pet Services for our taking care of our fur babies!

I have Maximus (Max) a Great Dane pup with lots of energy and he can be a handful! He is pretty good overall but still working on some manners! I needed someone to visit 3 times a day while I went home for the Holidays and I have also used them for daily visits when Max needed a midday visit while I was as work. Cherish Pet Services has been invaluable to me knowing my BIG baby is in great hands! And they are always flexible if I need to change the schedule or add additional visits!! They also update me if they notice anything different with Max's - eating, making sure he does his business, anything physical they see….which is very helpful to make sure there are no bigger issues! And Max loves his visits - especially with Josh!! Thank you for all you do Cherish Pet Services!!
We rarely leave our pups, but we felt so comfortable leaving them with Allie from the team at Pampered Pet Care and Sitting! Since one of our dogs has terrible separation anxiety, we did the 24 hour overnight in home pet sitting which worked out perfectly. We had, I think, am unusual request to have a dog sitter at our hotel while we were visiting Atlanta. I was afraid my Bichon would bark while we were out to dinner and the symphony. Pampered Pets was able to accommodate us, and we had a great sitter in Veronica. Prompt, friendly, attentive to our dog, and a joy to interact with. Mareese met with us a month before our traveling plans. He talked with me and played with my boy for over an hour. I was confident he knew how to handle my 4 yo boxer. He sent pictures and videos every day and was prompt replying to my texts. When I picked him up, my dog was happy to see us but depressed for a couple days afterwards. Not only did he have four to five walks a day but he made two new friends who he obviously missed. Petaholics will definitely be my go to border/sitter next time I head out of town. We’ve been booking with The Petaholiics for a few months at this point— found them on Rover at first so when they became independent I was 10x more excited that not only has the standard of care they bring of course stayed amazing, but now I’m also getting the chance to support a small Black-owned business directly :o) Mareese is very communicative, punctual(!), professional, & always shows an awesome compassion + flexibility when it comes to working with our schedule. What I really love that sets them apart is that they actually tailored their service specifically to my dog’s needs— I usually book walks & they know that she is a high energy dog, so a lot of the time he specifically takes her on runs to really get that extra energy out. She is definitely in love with him for that & I am SUPER grateful for it, & for the PUPdates they send as well! Overall if you’re looking for dog care services in Atlanta/Cobb without having to wade through Rover or Wag for someone you know is doing this work because they really & truly love animals, I’m telling you stop here & get right lol. I’m seriously not boostin, Mareese & Julie are the best thing to happen to my dog’s life 😭 The prices are also very reasonable & I will be continuing to book with them for the foreseeable long future!☻
Petaholics was a life saver for me and my family. We have an older cat (Prince), 14 years old, and we were afraid to leave him home alone while we went on a family vacation for a long weekend. We have never left Prince home alone before and we have never boarded him. Being an older cat, we were nervous about leaving him with our vet in the kennel. He has never been boarded before and we did not know how he would react. The staff at Petaholics were professional, timely and accommodating. They even picked him up from our house for a small and reasonable fee. The took numerous pictures and videos of him throughout that weekend. Prince was relaxed and happy. I am so happy with the service that I will not hesitate to have Petaholics watch Prince again. I recommend them without any reservations. They are amazing.

Mareese and Julie are extremely professional, communicative, and do their best to work with your schedule. My dog Scoop seemed to have a lot of fun with them during his overnight boarding. Hopefully they’ll have a daycare option soon!

I found this team on Rover, and they were wonderful with my dog while I was out of town! They communicate well— always wanting to make sure they have all the facts to do a job well done. We did a meet and greet first at my house, then we had them scheduled for dog walking appointments and pet sitting. They were super flexible and kind. Will definitely be using them again!

Ed is my go to for dog boarding! And that isn’t just because he’s conveniently located near the airport, he takes great care of my pup. I can tell by my dog’s temperament when I pick him up and also when I’m dropping him off. Ed takes great care of him and it’s not a stressful transition for him coming or going, that’s something I can appreciate. And my wife loves the daily updates we get including pictures to know the pup is doing well when we’re away!
I have a Doberman that has never been away from me for any extended length of time. So I was worried. I visited a few days before I left her there. Travelers Boarding is clean and spacious. He gave me daily updates with pictures. Mr. Riley is a very good care taker and his prices are affordable. I will be using Travelers in the future.
My dog has the best time here, I leave him with Ed when I need to travel for work and he is very flexible! There are multiple dog runs and my baby gets lots of attention when I am away. I love getting picture updates of my dog and Ed is great about doing that, HIGHLY recommend!

She’s been boarding with this company for a few years. The staff are very friendly and really, really love the pets. They treat them as if they were their family and that’s what I enjoy and love about them.

Where do I begin? All I can say is if you have any doubts, DON'T. I had to board my puppy Beau for over a week. Carmen and her staff did an amazing job. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention all the dogs received. Petport Boarding Kennel is Beau's home away from home. Carmen treats all the dogs as if they are her own. She is very knowledgeable and clearly LOVES dogs! I trust her 100% with my fur baby.
It was Chief's first stay. Carmen put us at ease and took great care of our Chief. PetPort is a clean, comforting, almost whimsical place where there is plenty of room to keep Chief comfortable, busy and intrigued. Carmen and staff provided Yeoman's Work and offer grooming as well. They sent us pictures which always never disappoints while we were away. PetPort will definitely be Chief's home away from home. Thank you Carmen!!!

When I tell you this is the best boarding facility in Georgia I mean it with all my heart! I always feel so at ease when my boxer comes here because I know she is treated like family! All dogs are created equal here lol Carmen and Mark are amazing and ensure everyday to give all their love to each baby with their staff and take time out to take adorable pics!! I truly appreciate the care they provided our dog by uploading pictures and videos on FB of our dog while on vacation, we were able to see our dog being kept in great hands. Excellent choice for boarding and grooming needs! My bully loved his experience and looked refreshed after a long weekend away from home. Owner is absolutely amazing! He watched our dog while we enjoyed ourselves for a day at Six Flag since they no longer offer their kennel services (which he is conveniently only 15 minutes away from). He updated with photos and videos playing on his land with other dogs in his care. I 100% recommend his to anyone! He is also open 24 hours so there was no need to rush ourselves.

Hands down this guy is amazing with dog's. I started bringing my dog Bella to him for day care. In two days I noticed my dog gain more control of her unwanted behaviors. Thanks to him I have no worries of what my pet is doing while working a 12 hour shift at work.

I used “That’s So Fetch!” for many years with my sweet pup. Lauren and her team were always so understanding with my complicated work schedule. They were always prompt and took great care of my dog. If I would move, I would make sure it was within their service territory before I would commit to a place- that’s how great they are! When my pup passed, they made me a book with a collection of photos they had taken over the years- it was the absolute sweetest gift. Y’all I’m telling ya, they’re the best!
Had to board my babies last minute and they were so helpful! The website wasn’t working but we were able to text with them and they took care of everything. The team was super responsive over text and sent me photos of all three of my dogs whenever I asked. They also got a cute holiday photo! If I ever have to come to Atlanta again I would 1000% use them again.
I couldn’t imagine a more perfect and safe place to leave my Dog Hercules. He is cared for, loved and he truly thinks it’s the greatest place on earth. The excitement every time he knows he’s going, or when he’s getting picked up, You can’t put a price on that. It gives us extreme comfort knowing he’s well cared for and loved by the best staff when we are busy working. We are very lucky to be apart of such a professional and reliable group of dog lovers. We love That’s So Fetch! We’ve sent our high-energy pup Marzen to TSF for daycare and boarding, and she always comes home happy and wiped out from playing with her new pals. Definitely recommend adding on a bath with boarding so your pup comes home clean and relaxed, and the dog taxi option for pickup/drop-off is a game changer. Highly recommend!
My bear loves daycare, he's made awesome friends! My dog goes crazy with joy whenever they knock on the door to pick him up- he loves everyone that works there. Definitely really happy I listened to the reviews.
We boarded our two dogs and they seemed very happy after their stay! They were very communicative and send daily pictures! We would definitely use them again! We liked how they aren’t too big so our dogs definitely get good care without it just being too many dogs in one area.
This is hands down the best place in Atlanta for your dog boarding, daycare needs, or home visits. Our pup Desi has been acquainted with Lauren and That's So Fetch since she was three month old (she’s now 5 years), after a recommendation from a friend. Since then, That’s So Fetch is truly Desi’s second home, and I can’t imagine at this point ever finding another place I feel as comfortable boarding her. I love that That’s So Fetch is a small, locally owned business, and not a chain, as I feel that the level of attention and care we receive goes above and beyond. TSF is extremely communicative, flexible, and reliable, and has always been able to accommodate last minute daycare requests without any hesitation. The pick up/drop off taxi service is one of our favorite parts, an absolute game changer, and makes working with TSF so easy. It gives us peace of mind to know that TSF will be taking care of Desi, and sometimes we joke about leaving our dog to Lauren in our will ;). Besides all of this, the staff is amazing with our dog, knows her well, and truly and treats her like their own. They know her buddies, and remark when one of her friends is in the car or at daycare that day. We love getting photos of her throughout the day, and joke about her other life she leads with all her dog friends. She always comes home smiling, smelling good, and exhausted. Since Desi has been going since she was so young I attribute her excellent socialization to the time she has spent there and feel that TSF could do great with any dog. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends/neighbors.
A part of me wants to gate keep this facility, but that'd be a huge disservice to other dog owners in ATL! My fiance and I had a couple of poor Rover experiences in the city for boarding purposes, and we decided to try That's So Fetch since the reviews were very positive and it's convenient to where we live. Turns out, our two Australian Shepherds love this place and have done really well for the last few times we've boarded with them! We've interacted with a few different staff members, and everyone has been kind, professional, and responsive to our questions. They're also really great at handling any medical needs/special instructions, which provides a lot of peace of mind. Side note, the taxi service is SO clutch, and makes our lives so much easier! To sum it up - I feel really at ease having my dogs here at That's So Fetch, and I absolutely plan on using them again in the future.
We love this place. We started out as clients of Lauren and Jawad on Rover after our beloved dog sitter left the business of pet sitting. We gradually started booking with them directly. It’s really, really hard to find affordable, high-quality pet care in Atlanta. We had gone through a half dozen people on Rover - all were okay, but we never felt totally comfortable leaving our dogs with them. We had also tried several boarding facilities, but we have a pit mix, and many boarding facilities turn her away due to breed restrictions. Our dogs are high-energy rescue dogs. Both have their own quirks, and despite working with them to try to round out their quirks, they’ll probably never be perfect. We love them to death, and it’s understandably hard to find people who love them as much as we do. Lauren and Jawad changed the game for us. They’ve turned the task of booking pet sitting into something that we actually enjoy doing. We look forward to dropping our pups there because we know they’re in good hands, and we know they are going to have SO much fun. Each time we pick them up, they sleep for hours afterwards (see photo!). We no longer stress about the pups while we’re out of town. We get daily photos of them having the time of their lives - they truly look SO happy in every photo. Also, every single person who works for TSF is so sweet. They are all very kind and patient people. I don’t know how they keep up with all of their clients, but it’s really cool that they recognize the dogs when they come through the door. And at pickup, we have never waited more than 2-3 minutes for the dogs to be harnessed, leashed, and ready to leave. Feels like family! This past booking, we had a flight cancellation resulting in an extra day away, and I texted their number to see if we could extend the booking. They were so kind and quick to respond. They were able to get it sorted quickly and painlessly. Took a lot of stress out of an already stressful day. Really, really appreciate that. Flexibility is really important when it comes to pet care, and they consistently exceed expectations and are understanding when life gets a little crazy. Outside of all of the amazing things I can say about the staff and owners, I think it’s also important to point out that the service price is very reasonable, especially given the quality of the service. It’s priceless to know that your dogs are being cared for, but it’s also nice to not have to take out a second mortgage for pet care. All-in-all, TSF is the best-kept secret in Atlanta. I have no doubt that they will continue to thrive with their truly over-the-top customer service, professional warmth, and genuine and obvious love for animals. We will continue to book with them, and we will always recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Lauren, Jawad, and TSF staff - y’all truly rock!
I can't say enough good things about this place. They were so great with our pups. They even sent us photos during their stay. Our pups loved it so much they came home and immediately passed out. I think that's the best review possible.
Our dog is an important part of our family..to me, trusting someone with a member of our family means that we can know they are happy, in good hands and safe and cared for. I am quite used to doing research and asking many questions to make sure that decisions that affect lives are well vetted and I can account for..so clearly, I took the search for finding the best dog walker for our pup that we love beyond words, very very seriously. David and his company, which have become more like a family is the BEST of the BEST. Our Finn started as a puppy to learn to socialize 2x a week, he then clearly wanted more hike time with his new buddies so we added another day and then another until finally, he goes every day during the week. He has made great doggie pals, loves dogs now in general, and is a very happy puppy. David , his walker is one of Finn’s favorite people in the world! When our family members are happy, we're happy, right? Connecting with Fetch changed our life and made Finn the happiest dog around!
Dave from Fetch has been walking my pug Cleo on a daily basis for almost a year now. He is reliable and friendly and is great with giving me updates about their daily walks. Dave is also always willing to do extra walks on weeknights if I have to work late or weekends if I'm gone for less than a full day. I have also used their service for overnight stays at Dave’s home on numerous occasions - and have always been pleased with the care & attention my dog receives. Dave clearly loves dogs so I know mine is in good hands. He also did a great job of informing me when an alternative dog-walker would be walking Cleo while Dave was away or off. For the price and quality of care you receive with Dave, I highly recommend his services!
David has been helping us with our Labradoodle Priscilla for over a year and he has been absolutely wonderful! We trust him completely in our home and with our dog. I would highly recommend his services.
I was recommended to Fetch Pets by my concierge, who was incredibly familiar with David and he came highly recommended. This was our first time away from our cat for any extended period of time without a family member being the one to watch him. David was so wonderful, he checked in daily, provided photo updates, and we were able to enjoy our first vacation since moving to Atlanta knowing our cat was well cared for and taken care of! David at Fetch Pets was recommended to me by two people to take care of my cat while I was out of town. He was very thorough with his questions about how to take care of my cat and my cats likes and dislikes. David kept me updated with daily updates and photos. My cat was doing great when I returned him and my place looked great. .

They seemed to have taken great care of my pups! I love that they take and post photos of the dogs so I can see them playing and being happy with other dogs. They were also communicative and friendly. Overall it was a great experience. I’ll bring my dogs back for future visits.
I’m relatively new WAGS customer. This was my dog’s second time staying there if I EVER have to board him; I will board him at WAGS if only in a desperation situation. The staff there is a GREAT young group who clearly loves their job and all of the animals that stay there which is great. However I’m staying home with my dog today who has contracted some type of virus or parasite from this location. My dog has be throwing up, having diarrhea and very lethargic. I know you are asking how and why do I suspect that he has gotten a virus there. As I was waiting for the staff to retrieve my dog. A couple arrived to pick up their young English bulldog puppy who they stated was sick when they dropped him off. (!?) They were very concerned but they had to leave him there because they couldn’t take their dog with them. The young staff member said “ Oh if you didn’t get a call from us about him then that means we didn’t have any issues or problems from him.” I really thought that my dog wouldn’t be affected by any sick dog because I paid for him to stay in a private suite, and he isn’t neutered so their should not have been any group play time with other dogs, and NO sharing food or food bowl but I was wrong. 10/29/24 day two of having a very sick dog. So sick that I had to take him to the Vet I’m now out of pocket $450 dollars due him having a bacterial infection and a pancreas infection per our doctor he had to B12 injection a treatment with Clavamox for eating something foreign and around an infected dog!😡
We stayed the weekend in Atlanta. Had plans with family to go to the Aquarium. We have never put her in a doggy daycare.. so we were a little worried when coming to the decision that we had to leave her in a daycare for a bit. We weren't sure if she would've been treated well or would've liked her stay.. We contacted many places, nothing answered & some didn't offer daycare. This place, they answered & were so supportive & helpful. I actually appreciate the hospitality that we & my dog were greeted with. We had to leave Eva for 3 hours.. We even contacted to let them know we were going to be a little late & they were understanding.. My dog came home so Happy. You can tell she absolutely enjoyed herself. My husband said the lady that took her back said she loved our dog breed & it made it more comfortable for us to know we were leaving her somewhere she was welcomed.. Thank you guys for the help! I recommend this place & definitely will consider this place in the future when we need our doggos to be watched. 🫶
Midnight absolutely loves Wag Atlanta. We let him play with his friends at least once a month. We love that Wag Atlanta offers non-scented bath options. Thanks Wag Atlanta for taking good care of my fur baby. We'll see ya next month!
My boy had a wonderful time here! The staff is so nice, Leilo got tons of playtime and the rooms are awesome - his room even had a TV on the wall! They keep you updated on everything and they are always helpful if you have questions. They take/post tons of pictures which immediately put my mind at ease. I love that they're open 24/7 and it's literally around the corner from ATL. We will definitely be back!
We needed to board our sweet girl last minute during spring break, and Wag was able to take her on short notice! They were very attentive, communicative, and we especially loved being able to pick her up late after our flight arrived. Our dog is reactive and doesn’t always play well with other dogs, so she get her own individual playtime, and we loved seeing some pictures of her during her stay ❤️ Thank you Wag Atlanta!! This is the only place I have boarded my dog and she simply loves it. She comes home absolutely exhausted. That’s how I know she loves it. I too love that she is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. A professional staff that’s always helpful. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone in need of a place to board their family dog. A place where the staff love their jobs.
Absolutely love them! I was hesitant at first because I’ve never left my babies at a boarding facility but after seeing all the pictures I saw that both of them were having the time of their lives. So glad I made the choice to leave them in such good hands. Most definitely will be going back in the future!
Love them. They're 24/7 so i can always book my babies with them even if its last minute. They treat my babies so well and send me text updates on how they're doing. They've given my babies vaccines that they're late on, they'll give them their medication with no problem. The different "suites" they offer for different size dogs and siblings and owner comfort level is awesome. They're affordable considering all they do. Love them!
Took a short trip and WAG was willing to accommodate me and my pets. They seemed very calm and excited when I came to pick them up. The staff were welcoming and kind. The facility had a pleasant appearance.
