The house sit was great, Lindee’s home is well prepared and everything we needed was readily available. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Kaya is lovely so it was such a pleasure to be able to care for her, she likes a cuddle and she is very happy to go for a walk as well as spend time at home with you. She is very easy to look after. Such a great sit in Mooloolaba looking after Baxter, Jack & Shady. Chris & Nicole picked me up from the airport which was so nice and then we had a lovely meal together that night before they headed off to the airport the next morning. The house is spacious with very tasteful decor and very clean. The kitchen and living area overlooks the pool and canal and is so relaxing. I walked everywhere including having a few dinners at Mooloolaba Wharf. All the animals were so easy to take care of, Baxter & Jack are besties and were so easy to walk. There is a nice walk across the road and Baxter loved having numerous swims in the canal fetching his ball. Shady the cat enjoyed spending time with us, sitting on. my lap in the evening and sleeping on the bed. Nicole and Chris were very welcoming and have a great welcome guide, they made me feel totally at home. I would definitely recommend this sit, it is such a great area with a fabulous bakery just up the road and the most amazing Japanese restaurant as well ( Flaming Sushi) A real pleasure to take care of their home and wonderful salt water pool and very easy going animals. I really enjoyed my staying at Fefe´s house in company of lovely Saké, she´s a very active cat that loves to play and being brushed, it was easier that I expected to gain her trust and one day after my arrival she was sleeping with me. She´s so smart and I spent funny moments with her. Fefe´s flat is well located, a tram takes you to Flagey and Louiza and there´s a bus line directly to the Groote mark. Walking you can easily reach the European quarter, the Leopold´s park or the Cinquantenaire park. There are supermarkets around so it was easy to get everything what I needed. Communication with Fefe was nice, easy and she was always able to answer my questions or doubts. I would take care of Saké again without a trace of doubt!
Raven and Dan are awesome! We had the pleasure of getting drinks with them before the sit to meet the dogs and get to know each other, which we really enjoyed. Radio and Ludo are sweet boys who will keep you entertained! They love to bring you their toys to show off and to hang out in the backyard. They also have automatic feeders which is helpful. Radio is so patient while Ludo starts eating before him. Ludo can get a little anxious at times, but he generally just wants to be wherever you are! Overall, we really enjoyed this sit and hope to come back!
