Yvonne
We highly recommend housesitting for Bobby and Dixie - 2 extraordinary CockaPoos, who live with Yvonne and Declan, 2 extraordinary people. We had 10 days of great fun (south of Dublin) taking good care of the pups. The routine that Yvonne has established is to drive the pups in the morning to a beach park where they run off-lead. In the afternoon we walked them to a large park close-by their home where again they could run off-lead. They and we had lots of fun while getting great exercise. Both dogs love chasing the tennis ball although Dixie could out run Bobby most of the time. Bobby is the larger of the two and could not be sweeter. She’s calm, gentle and enjoys her naps. Dixie, on the other hand, is energetic and jumps and spins around when she gets excited. This was an adorable antic and made us laugh every time! Bobby and Dixie are 2 sweet pups that we will never forget.

Yvonne was an excellent communicator before, during and after the housesit. She had very detailed instructions and was always available for any questions we had. She had prepared lots of extra food for Bobby and DIxie and, when mixed with dry food, was a meal both dogs enjoyed twice a day. She and Declan have a huge deck and backyard filled with beautiful flowers and a lovely garden. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Our weather was perfect - sunny and warm - so being outside often with the dogs was our favorite pastime!

We were very comfortable in their large, lovely home in their beautiful neighborhood. The flowers were blooming which enhanced the beauty of the surrounding area. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. There are parks, villages, pubs and restaurants nearby. This truly was a wonderful housesit and we would enjoy returning there.
Consider yourself very lucky to be considered for this sit and definitely say “Yes!”, if asked. We would love to return one day.
