Great sit ☺️ Jono had great communication, the house was clean and well equipped for a lovely stay. Dorking is a quaint town about an hour train ride to London. Short walking distance to shops and anything else you may need. Nimo and Ollie were very sweet, independent cats. They’ll take their time to warm to you but then join you in bed if you allow it. Would recommend!
John & Margy were very sociable hosts prior to my stay in their home with Tosh & Star in the Snell's Beach area. They were excellent communicators about their expectations of the house and pet sitting role. Most notably, during Freddy's last visit, he developed an infection in his eye.( he is very sensitive in this area and he often has similar issues.) The team handled the situation with utmost professionalism! I was far away but I was kept informed at every step, which gave me great peace of mind. They immediately took him to the vet and started the necessary treatments while I was receiving twice per day an update of how he is doing. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for the best care for their furry family. It feels for real Your Dog's Home Away From Home! ❤️🐶
Lucky Dogs has been great for our playful pup when we go away! It is so nice to know that our pet is being wonderfully taken care of during vacations and trips away from home. They send a "pet postcard" each day and send lots of pictures/videos to make sure we know she's having a great time. They go on several long walks, play time in the yard, down time inside, and she gets lots of attention. When she comes home, she sleeps for 3 days straight recovering from all the fun she had! We recommend Brian and his team 100%! We trust them to take excellent care of our girl in our absence and can enjoy a worry-free holiday.
Our two basset hounds Watson and Bessie enjoyed Lucky Dogs very much. Lucky Dogs is very well organised, Brian and the team are very professional and friendly. Every day we received a photo report of our beloved hounds, which made it easier for us to be separated from them. We are especially grateful to Lucky Dogs for their efforts with taking care of old Bessie who is undergoing medical therapy. This was our dogs second visit to Lucky Dogs. She is quite nervous so we have taken it slowly but everything was great and she stayed for nearly a week. The staff are so kind and listen carefully to you so they know your pet. We are so pleased to find somewhere that works for her and she is a lot more confident with other dogs generally as a result of going to Lucky Dogs. I would highly recommend to others
We have had a bad experience prior to this company and were a bit nervous to give our dogs away for 2 weeks again but they restored our faith in kennels and we are so incredibly happy. The dogs were calm, happy and ate all their food during their stay and kept their weight, (one of our dogs is very prone to stress and tends to not eat when stressed) so we knew they had had a great experience. You hear from them everyday and get photos which is very reassuring. We will use them soon! Thank you to the team of Lucky dogs!
A colleague recommended Lucky Dogs to me over the summer, and I am very pleased to have found them for my 2.5 year old golden retriever named Bean. In particular, for my last booking, my dog was (at last minute) requiring medication to be administered throughout 7 days, so for his entire stay, due to upset tummy from something he ate. I was 50/50 debating to cancel my flight back to USA because I was so worried about Bean getting his daily meds. Lucky Dogs owner Brian reached me directly ahead of drop-off to assure me that his team would take great care of Bean and make sure his health was top priority during his stay. I was relieved to get daily updates and photos, as well to know he was soon feeling back to his normal self and playing with the other pups as he normally does (full of golden energy). He loves going on all the daily walks, and I always trust that Bean will get along with all the other dogs due to their rigorous evaluation process before being accepted as a "Lucky Dog." Rates are reasonable and communication is also a strength. Wide range of languages spoken, as well. Highly recommended. Thanks, Brian and your whole team.
My Silva was very well taken care of by Lucky Dogs; she was taken for a walk every day, no matter how miserable the weather was. She socialised with the other canines and relaxed in the day-room, and all the rooms were perfectly clean. Also, I was sent a few photos every day, so I could relax during my holidays too, knowing she was happy! To be recommended.
Duke loved his week at Lucky Dogs, and we loved knowing he was in safe, professional hands! From the first moment we visited Lucky Dogs and met Brian, we were confident this place would be perfect for our dog and we were not disappointed. We received adorable photos daily while we were on holiday and even noticed that Duke walks better on the leash now that he went on so many pack walks with his crèche buddies! Duke already looks forward to coming back :)

We really liked lucky dogs, lovely staff and owner, and they know what they are doing in terms of dog handling. During our dog’s stay, we got daily picture update of him going on walks and playing with other dogs. It was such a lovely touch, and our whole family looked forward to the update everyday! He seemed to enjoyed the stay and the company.
Lorenzo is the best at his job! He is passionate and caring. He puts your pets needs before anything else. He is eager to learn with every dog and continues to do research in order to improve his services. Your dog is definitely in good hands! Can’t recommend him enough 🧡 Plus he makes the cutest little videos of your puppy so you know he’s having fun:)

Dog paradise :-). Our Giaco loves to go to Lorenzo and seems to have a loooot of fun there (tired as a dog in the evening ;-) ). Dogs have more than enough space to roam around inside and a huge garden to play and run around besides the regular walks. Highly recommended!

Top and highly recommended!!! Lorenzo does it very well - it's been a long time since I've seen such a crèche - my dog likes to go there, always gets to know new colleagues and has fun there. They are well pampered, they are never alone - and they lack nothing. And what is important to me is that he is not saved and lives with his family in the house.
