Jennifer took great care of Freddie and kept me posted with updates and cute photos. I felt totally confident he was in good hands. She also helped deal with a minor issue affecting the flat/building which I really appreciated. She left the flat in spotless condition.

It was a pleasure to have Renan at our house. Its always hard to leave for such a long time and leave your companions behind but Renan took fantastic care of my 2 pups and the house. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and we talked about a next possible sit already. :)

Luz was very caring for my dogs. She took them for walks and cleaned up after them. She cleaned them of ticks and they were both very happy when I returned. I am very pleased with how Luz looked after everything while I was gone, and with her interactions with me before and after the sit.

Luciano and Agostina are a lovely young couple who care for my dog very well. She adored them. My dog tried to go back into the train station where we parted to go with them!

It’s the second time Nika takes care of our Croc 🐊 As usual she was super nice, accommodating when we met to give her the keys and she kept us updated with pics and videos. They got along very well and we were carefree knowing that our cat was in the best of hands. The apartment was super tidy when we got back and she even bothered washing the sheets, which was something we told her not to worry about. In a nutshell, she always goes the extra mile in every aspect. We will be delighted to have her back 💕

Natalia and Raul were really great, their communication was excellent and they were very organised. They looked after our whippet very well and we returned to find him happy and very well cared for. They really listened to all our requests and carried out all responsibilities. It was our first time using this app and we felt that we could completely trust them so it really put our mind at rest. They kept us up to date with pictures and videos of Charlie having lovely walks and playing with his ball. The house was completely clean and tidy on our return, we would thoroughly recommend Natalia and Raul and would be happy to have them back anytime.

Tatiana is very communicative; she sent us photos every day and kept us updated on how everything was going with Lea, our Border Collie. Lea has been very happy with Tatiana, accompanying her everywhere, including morning walks on the beach! Thank you, Tatiana.

Sol was a lovely sitter for Gus and Nola! I felt very secure and confident with her in my apartment with the cats. Everything was left clean and tidy, and she sent lots of photos :) Thank you again!

Helene and Paula have been fantastic house and dog sitters! We met over a video call before confirming and I could tell they would be a safe pair of hands and they haven’t disappointed. They listened well during the handover before we left and followed all our instructions and wishes to the letter! Lenny, our goldendoodle , was very happy and well looked after. Helene & Paula showed him plenty of attention and affection, with required walks and meals all delivered. No issues at all with the house either - they even cleaned before we returned! We were also delighted to have the surprise of a fresh Spanish Tortilla waiting for us when we returned home - a lovely gesture. No hesitation in recommending Helene & Paula.

Carolina was very lovely since the first contact by phone. She arrived and was well organized. During my vacation she gave me updates every day and I was happy to know that my cat Lucy was quiet so I could relax. When I came back the house was clean and everything was in order. I had a truly positive experience and recommend Carolina as petsitter. Hope to see you again.

Pierre came to us to look after Flo, and from the moment he arrived he made Flo his priority, getting to know her and understanding her routine thoroughly. I was immediately confident that she would be beautifully looked after, and the house too was also very clean and tidy on my return, with a delicious meal as well. I cannot recommend Pierre more highly, he was good company, very kind, thoughtful, reliable and the perfect house/pet sitter. I hope he will always consider returning to look after Flo, she was very happy in his company, and we wish him the best of luck in the future.

Babette was excellent in all respects. Her communication with us before and during the sit was very good. She arrived in good time for the sit. She is a very easy person to get along with. Our dogs loved her and had a great time with her. When we returned the house was in perfect order. I would recommend her without hesitation.
