Ollie was a DREAM pup. I had the best 2 weeks hanging with him at Alyssa and Ricky’s place in Jamaica Plain. Their home is a quaint clean apartment across from a great park that Ollie loves to play fetch and hang with his dog friends. They were extremely accommodating and very easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. I’m local so I met with them twice prior to my sit and got to meet Ollie and get a walk through of his typical routine. The location is super walkable to a lot of great restaurants and not far from downtown Boston as well. Ollie was such a joy. He’s trained so well and is so cuddly and playful. We played fetch a few times a day which is his absolute favorite thing to do but he was very happy to nap and chill while I worked from home as well. He came into my dog friendly office with me one of the days and had a blast hanging with all the other pups. We went to the beach and enjoyed long walks in the arboretum as well. I was sad to leave him! I would love to sit for Alyssa and Ricky again any time!

Very good experience and service with this cat hotel. It's very well organised, everything was super clean and the cats were relaxed and obviously well cared for. Our cat settled in nicely (we were worried because she's not used to being amongst other cats) and even made a special friend of one of the cats, they were inseparable! She spent 3 weeks at the cattery and I found her to be in excellent form, relaxed, happy and healthy, when I came to collect her. Shout out for Ellie, who was extremely helpful and kind, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Many thanks to Victoria for providing this excellent service on the island.
Going on positive verbal reviews from all year residents we left our beloved cat Mimi with dressed to the canines for 10 days whilst off the island and could not be happier with the care received. We rescued our Bichon/Maltese last December and the poor mite was in a dreadful state. Pre rescue - Victoria gave us so much info and support! The day we got her victoria managed to get her straight in for a much needed bath, the care of the staff at DTTC is outstanding. From that day on, we have had continued love and support. Elsie is booked in every few weeks and the reminders are so helpful 🙏 she’s a nervous doggie but the loving arms of Victoria (and her staff) make us (all) feel loved, wanted and cared for. Like leaving Elsie at nursery I always get a good feeling about knowing she’ll be in fantastic hands! She comes back tail wagging smooth soft and smelling divine. Perfectly trimmed every time. Victorias wealth of knowledge re food for Elsie’s funny tummy has also been well accepted, she’ll even research the latest and order it if she can. We always feel like Elsie gets ‘best friend’ love, but I think EVERY furry gets this fabulous woman’s welcome. Cannot thank you all enough what a different Elsie we now have! ❤️
In addition to being the healthy cat food delivery lifeline in Ibiza, Victoria literally saved my cats from moving company nightmare where they would have been trapped in limbo for an entire drama-filled week for endless hours in crates, possibly even lost, as my moving company from Ibiza to Mallorca, failed to deliver my belongings on a day meticulously planned. Intuitively sensing the impending logistical nightmare, I posted in the Ibiza residents Facebook group, my conundrum on getting my cats moved from Ibiza to Mallorca with minimal time in transit. Victoria offered to host my cats for a few days and her cat hotel during my last days of packing mayhem, and then timed with my arrival in Mallorca, so that she could car courier my cats to me by ferry. in addition, she recommended cat CBD to keep them calm stocked me up on healthy cat food, and introduced me to the best cat litter on earth. This was the best decision ever and she definitely knew how to transport kitties! My fur babies are safe and sound!

Perfect Cat Hotel If you are traveling for an extended period of time and your friends or are not "cat persons" or you have expensive furniture they don't want spoiled, this is 100% the best solution! The booking process is easy and you get to meet Victoria who will be looking after your cats. All cats need to be jabbed and bring a passport. We've used the service the 3rd time already and are delighted with the outcome. Our cats made new friends. Both kitties get all the attention they need. That's soooo important for us, since they are with us all day long as we work from our home and be around all day long.
So happy with my experience with Victoria today. My yorkie seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up, which doesn't usually happen after a visit to the groomers! Love his hair cut <3

We are very happy with Alicia and how she has taken care of our dog Ellie. It was the first time we left her with someone other than family and we were a little nervous.
