It’s hard to imagine more friendly people and hospitable hosts than this pair. They are warm, adventurous, welcoming, and ardent lovers of their companion animals. Marley, Teddy, Captain, Squirrel, and even the confident heartbreaker, Knoxville, have a truly caring and organized home with parents that give them the very best. Marley was incredibly sweet, Teddy was a playful goofball, and both loved easy and listened well (even to us newbies). The cats were easy going, but curious each with their own unique personality. Erin was really detailed as she walked us through their daily routines, while also openhearted inviting us to make ourselves at home, which made for a very comfortable stay. Both Brendan and Erin were every bit as concerned that we enjoyed our time as much as providing for their crew’s needs thus giving them peace of mind. This was our first sit through the platform, and it provided huge confidence in the potential of Trusted Housesitters; not only did we have a great experience, but we also met two wonderful people who we now consider friends! Should the opportunity arise we would gladly housesit for Brendan and Erin, again!

Sage is adorable! She is very kind, sweet and loving dog. Lucianda is a great person! She has been so welcoming and supportive. She was always in touch. I loved her cozy apartment, and the beautiful city where she lives! Hitchin is so beautiful, full of antique shops, parks, and cozy coffee shops. Going for a walk with Sage was such a pleasure.
Our stay at Karina and Octavio's home in the Marina was fantastic. The weather during our stay was spectacular, which made our long walks with Tansy and Bugsy truly magical and memorable! Karina and Octavio were wonderful, caring hosts who clearly love their fur babies. They scheduled a Zoom meeting prior to our sit so we could meet Tansy and Bugsy virtually, which was very informative, fun, and appreciated. Communication with them throughout our stay was seamless and prompt, making our sit even more inviting and comfortable. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and our overall stay here! We would relish a chance to sit with Tansy and Bugsy again, and would highly recommend this sit to anyone who appreciates wonderful hosts and well behaved sweet snuggle bugs!!

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.
We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛
Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.
Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!
I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.
I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

My dog Archie loves coming to stay and play at Red Rover! He practically drags me to the door as soon as we get out of the car. I love Red Rover too and have a blast watching him and his pals play on the webcams. It is better then reality television. I strongly recommend giving them a try...your dog will thank you with a shower of wet kisses.
NEVER BOARDING OUR FUR BABY @ REDROVER AGAIN It was first and last time we boarded our baby here. We were very excited to board our 10 months old playful and friendly fur baby at REDROVER thinking that he will be safe and happy. (NOT RELIABLE ) He was very happy when playing with other dogs but it only lasted for 3 out of 5 days(we saw that in LIVE camera). He was not given group play time for 2 full days which was promised. (INJURIES) He was not SAFE from RedRover’s own staff. When we left our puppy we requested the staff to “not spray water on him but if they do please dry him up.” But looks like they did extreme opposite , we saw them spraying water on him (again on LIVE camera) and left him as is i.e. drenched! He got multiple HOT SPOTS behind both his ears and we were never informed until we came in to pick him up even. See the photos attached. REDROVER staff was very chill about our baby’s injuries and took no care of it but Vet confirmed that this was as worst as it can get. We spent generous amount on examinations and medicines for our baby but our pet’s health and safety is more important than anything. We were so disappointed with how our fur baby treated. We hope people first read this post before making their decision of leaving their babies with irresponsible staff of RedRover so that they don’t go though same pain and safety issues.

My Pomeranian Jax has never been the most social with other dogs as he’s just more interested in people, but each time I bring him here for a few day stay he comes home happy and exhausted! The caretakers say he makes new friends every time! They truly love taking care of dogs! I enjoy watching him on the cameras too!
Look after our dog really well for short or long stays. He enjoys his time there and the little customization they do. Priced reasonably to make it financially possible to take him one or two days a week.
I have uses Red Rover Milpitas multiple times in the past year. The facility is very nice, spacious and clean. The have different options for boarding, including baths which is very handy if you drop your pets for long duration. The camera access gives you peace of mind as you can see your loved ones playing with their friends daily.. My dog always goes in happy and comes back safe and healthy. I definitely recommend Red Rover for a safe and healthy stay for your kids.

This is our go to spot for our dogs when we take week long vacations and when we take weekend trips. They take good care of our pups and our pups love the time they spend at Red Rover. I love the fact that they have a bath option because sometimes when you return home from a trip you don’t want to bathe your dog but it’s necessary.
My 2 year old Husky had the opportunity to be boarded with Red Rover for 9 days while we were visiting family across the country. From what I could tell she had an amazing time, the staff was attentive to her and all her puppy friends. On top of that the ability to check in on her throughout the day on the camera in the play area was great. I will say that she likes to hide around the corner in the blind spot of the play area, but she would pop out for love from the staff who was monitoring the pups, to check out the little pups through the fence or grab water. I additionally loved that she was featured on their instagram page/stories. We will be back for sure!
I took my husky and Petti for grooms both looked great and happy when I picked them up plus I like the fact they have a open space area to play while waiting to get pick up. When I called to book another grooming appt for both my furry babies gentleman said they could only take the petti because my husky was to difficult which is a first for me to hear since he does so well at PetSmart and Lush Spaw never have I ever gotten a complaint for my husky.
Ok, first and foremost, I've used Calero (now "Golden Hour") a handful of times this year after moving the Bay Area. I drive nearly an hour to board my dog there because 1) Kristie is incredibly knowledgeable and super caring (above and beyond) and that became obvious after our first conversation but I continue to be impressed and grateful for her deep knowledge, 2) the premises are really great, the dogs get tons of beautiful outdoors space (acres!), 3) Kristie and her husband have been only outstanding to work with, 4) I know my dog loves it there... she pulls to go in, 5) my dog comes back happy and calmer than at drop off, 6) Kristie has directly helped me with some simple but key issues that I could not figure out myself as my doggie transitions into her senior years, and 7) Kristie holds a wealth of information for some random questions I've had through the months. Lastly, she follows up with me on whatever topics or themes come up. That I why I drive an hour to drop off my dog with them.
Dedicated, caring, and genuine pet-lovers, both Kristie-Miranda and her husband! My dog Toby balks at the groomers and the vet, but he cruises right into Kristie-Miranda's place without hesitation. It is so wonderful not to worry about leaving my beloved pet in their capable hands. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended!
Looks like a great place for med or big dogs. We went to see the place, thinking they could be a solution while we're away on long trips. A farm with a line of quite large fenced cages to keep the dogs. One of the cages is used to keep the chickens. There's a meadow for running around. They're also building a dog run. Owners seem keen on caring for animals. Our dog of 15 lbs wouldn't be able to run around with the big dogs - owners fear an attack, so would keep her in the office (?) overnight, but said she could follow the owners around during the day while on chore duties. So there wouldn't be a lot of social opportunities, but this is still a far better solution than having our dog in a small cage all day! Prices are said to be half what many Bay Area boarders charge (also just casual evidence - we've never boarded our dog).
I've been going here about 2 years now and it's absolutely the best place for your dog!! My dog Snickers can't wait to jump out the car as soon as he sees Kristie! If you're looking for great care and a place where your pup can play throughout the day, this is it. Kristie and her team are the best and I know I can always count on Snickers being safe, cared for, and having the time of his life!
Kristie really loves dogs, takes care of them seriously, and has a lovely property in the hills with nice outdoor space. On top of that, her rates are really great. My dog gets *dirty* when he's there, so for long stays he'll get a bath before I pick him up. The most important thing is that when we're almost there, he's clearly excited.

Allie‘s Doggie Day Camp is nothing beyond amazing! she is so flexible with my schedule and is very prompt with communication. you can tell how much love she pours into each one of her dogs at camp. My pup gets so excited everytime he arrives at the front gate. Allie’s is so clean and organized with plenty of water, mini pools, fans (when hot outside), beds and activities to keep the dogs busy throughout the day.
We were very lucky to find Allie’s Doggie Camp to look after our dog Butter while we’re on vacation. Allie is a delightful lady who genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about her job. Her spacious and well-maintained backyard provides the perfect play area for the dogs, and she keeps us informed with regular updaters via text/email. We just got back from a three week vacation and it was great to receive a video of Butter enjoying a relaxing massage while we were away:). Butter always returns home healthy and happy, clearly having a wonderful time there. Big thanks to Allie for taking great care of our dog and being there to help us whenever we needed it! So glad I found Allie's! The facility is gorgeous, kind of a spa for dogs, and very clean. Allie is very professional, very knowledgeable about all things dog and obviously really loves dogs. I trusted her with my Chiweenie, Elliott, for almost 2 weeks while I was away last month and I can happily say I have no regrets about it! I know Elliott got THE BEST care and I know he had a fantastic time with Allie and all the other dogs. I highly recommend Allies Doggie Day Camp.

My two dogs have been attending Allie's for almost 2 years now. So many places crate the daycare dogs constantly or have tiny spaces to play. Allie's Doggy Day Camp and Boarding is amazing. The first time we boarded our sweet dog there, we got little videos showing him running around playing with other dogs or chasing a ball that was being thrown for him. It helped us miss him a little less. More importantly, the peace of mind that we had knowing our family dog was being so well cared for and that our pup was having fun was so important. Another reviewer mentioned it was more like a doggy retreat or spa, and we fully agree on this.

Our two cats spent 10 days in the care of Paws Crossing. They were relaxed when we picked them up, and adjusted well when we got them home. They were clearly well cared for. The people running reception and their care couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this "resort " for pets!
I have boarded my dog here a number of times over the years and I have always felt safe doing so. I always choose the kennels that have a video camera so I can see my dog any time of day or night. I have also booked nail trims here and have been satisfied. The staff have always been very friendly to me and my dog seems to like them all (she lets them carry her around with no trouble at all). Will continue to board here as long as I live in the area.
Love this place for our dog! They clearly take care and make you feel comfortable for leaving your loved pet while out of town. They welcome anything you want to provide for your dog beyond the necessaties (toys, blankets etc). Our 9 year old German Sheppard is on medication and they take care of it and we know she is well taken care of. We love the cottage so she has the space she needs and we are able to check on her via their webcam. Highly recommend them for your pet if you need to leave your pet at home.

So, we wanted to board our cat for a few days, and decided to try Paws Crossing Pet Resort & Spa. The website indicates several methods to make a reservation, which all ends up contacting them in various ways, and they'll call you back to make a reservation. Well, I tried leaving voicemails. I tried sending emails. I tried their online form. I never got any contact back. Luckily, we managed to find another boarding place which would let us make a reservation in time, but this was overall a stressful experience due to losing time in locating a boarding provider.
I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!
Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.
While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.
We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.
We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!
I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3
We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)
Hands down the best place for my dog. The staff are so warm and caring, even staff members I haven't met before greet my dog by name and seem to know who he plays with and how his days go. I have a very intense, extremely high energy, easily bored, destructive puppy. In a previous daycare (equally warm staff, but less staff members present and no toys/equipment for playing), my dog would come home tired but his manners would deteriorate after his time there. Sometimes he'd play a little too rough with other dogs and often he would smell bad. I believe this was due to poor supervision (dogs urinating and it not being cleaned promptly, unsupervised play getting too wild and rough). My dog has as good (or better) manners after going to Downtown Dogs and this was evident after his first week there. I work a lot and really appreciate that there is a place to bring my puppy where he gets to play, interact with other dogs and humans, and just be himself and thrive. I also appreciate that all the work I put into his training doesn't go out the window when I leave him at DD. They also offer a lot of a la carte activities, treats, playtime, etc. and sign up for these and regular services is really easy (online, by phone or email, or sign up sheet in lobby). Can't express how grateful I am to have found DD and that they love my dog so much!
Super care givers and handlers. Our dog is happy to go and happy when we pick him up. We love the one on one activities and being able to look in on the streaming video. Go Amber and Jackie, Clipper loves ya, and so do we!
My pup absolutely loves it here! I don't have to worry about him when he's here; I know he's having a good time and, as a bonus, he comes home exhausted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and responsible. They provide honest feedback about your pup, both good and bad. Additionally, they meticulously keep track of everything your pup needs, including food, treats and enrichment activities. They also ensure that my dog doesn’t get overstimulated by giving him enough breaks during the day. Their evaluation process gives me confidence that my pup will get to play with dogs of similar temperament and won't get bullied.
10/10 would recommend this facility! I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me, but the employees here made me feel comfortable doing so. They are all kind and clearly love dogs. I love that I am able to check in on her through their live webcams, as well as having the option of “pupdates”, where they text you pictures/videos throughout the day. They have so many enrichment options to choose from to add something a little special to your dog’s day, which I always choose! My dog has gone here a few times and each time she is excited to go in and greet the workers/other dogs. I still get nervous leaving her, but knowing that she is genuinely being looked after/cared for makes me feel a little bit better. Definitely check this facility out if you are considering doggie day care!!
Both San jose and Palo Alto locations are great. The staff is friendly and always doing special events for the dogs. I appreciate that your dog will also learn how to play well with other dogs and can practice other skills like obedience and agility.
Downtown Dogs offers great enrichment activities and weekly treats that pet parents can choose from. My boy is never bored when he’s there. The great staff really get to know the dogs and best of all they really like the dogs who are in their care.
we love the staff and facility at DD! Our dog loves it here soooo much. We are never concerned leaving him when we go on trips. We know he is safe and taken care of and the little add ons of activities, treats, play time, and photo shoots make the experience that much better and cuter. 10/10 we love our DD family
This is a gem of a dog care facility. The staff are truly amazing. Their understanding and patience with Bernard’s quirks, like his playful habit of going through legs or his less charming moments of mounting, have been great and they handle correcting behaviors well. Bernie has been a regular for a few years now and absolutely adores his daycare and overnight stays. Whether it’s for a day or a week, I recommend this place!
I’ve been bringing my dog to downtown dogs for 2 years now, and would absolutely recommend them to others! It’s always a good sign when my dog is eager to go through the day care door every day. I love they have an evaluation before allowing any dog into the daycare, they put a cap on the staff to dog ratio, they have a they have 2 hr lunch breaks during the day to feed them and let them relax/digest, they are so accommodating of my pup who has his unique personality quirks, and they are great about giving feedback on my pup’s day each time I ask. Also, the staff is always so friendly and provides great customer service!
We absolutely love this place. From the first time that we brought our 11 week old to a puppy social here, we knew we had found an awesome group of people that we could trust. They are usually booked for daycare 3 days out and extended overnight boarding needs a month or more notice. We've been coming here for a year and a half now and every Thursday Artemis gets super excited and bounces off the garage door hoping to get to go for the day. The webcams are clutch and let parents watch how much fun our furbabies are having without us! This week we went through another puppysitting agency and we thought we were going to be ok being out of town for a week. Boy were we wrong. Even though we had introduced Artemis to the sitter beforehand and they seemed to get along, the sitter just couldn't get Artemis to trust her. It took a neighbor and their pup coming over to get her to feel safe enough to be leashed. Fast forward to a repeat of the situation the next day at the sitter's place. We were out of town and there was absolutely nothing we could do. Artemis was stressed and didn't feel safe, so was the sitter! Downtown Dogs really came through for us. Even though they were already fully booked, they listened to our situation and agreed that they were the safest place for Artemis to be, so they took her in! I am soooo glad that we had been bringing her here for soo long! Artemis is in a happy place where she knows and loves everyone and she gets to play with her pupfriends.
The grooming here is wonderful! Kristy is always so sweet and helpful and my golden retriever Taz looks brand new after every visit! You can tell they have a heart for animals - we appreciate you!
My dog is super happy here! Always excited when we arrive. The staff that works here is super sweet. The lady that always checks us in is the best. My pup is tired and happy when I pick him up.
We’ve been taking our mini Aussie here for about two years after trying multiple kennels. It’s a bit far from home but so worth it! The prices are great, it’s clean, and the staff is so friendly. We do short weekend stays and extended stays (7+ nights) and our dog always comes back happy! We’ve never had an issue and it eases our mind that there’s a vet on sight if needed. Thank you to the loving staff at Springdale for taking such great care of our pup when we are away!
A wonderful place that we take our siberian husky Lulu. She always comes home exhausted from playing with the other large dogs. She bounds with excitement the 2 days a week she goes. We have also used the groomer services there a couple of times and She looked and smelled wonderful.
We boarded our insanely energetic puppy, Dot, and very anxious senior dog, Rosie, with Springdale. We’ve always used Rover and have had a few bad experiences but I was still apprehensive about boarding our dogs at a kennel. As soon as we arrived I felt at ease and knew they were going to be safe. The pups have a large, shaded, enclosed play area that a bunch of dogs were playing in when we pulled up. The gal who checked us in was so friendly and made me feel like our dogs were going to be well taken care of. It feels like a Vet office and there was an intake process where we told them about Dot and Rosie. What made the biggest difference for us was when we picked them up. Firstly, we were late getting in and the same gal who checked us in stayed an extra half hour so we could pick them up right from the airport. I could have cried I was so relieved, I didn’t want to go another day without our dogs. She should get a raise. Springdale was also $420 CHEAPER than Rover for the same number of days. I had always thought kennels would be way more expensive. Our senior dog typically loses weight if she’s away from home but when we picked her up from Springdale she hadn’t lost a pound. I know she was at ease enough she was able to eat regularly, which made me feel so much better. Dot was smiling, covered in dirt, and stunk like dog so we know she had a blast with her new friends. As soon as we were home Dot and Rosie instantly relaxed like they had never been away. AND Rosie has a cherry eye that pops in and out. It popped back in the morning after we picked them up! We will use Springdale as long as they stay open and I would highly recommend them to anyone who are anxious dog parents like us.
This place is all about loving animals more than money! The vet is so down to earth and made me feel like my dog was in the best hands and he was understanding about my limited budget... The techs, Alexis, and i did not get the other girls name, were very knowledgeable and just great with LilMan. This was our 2nd visit with this place and this is where we will remain. Thank you all for the care and for seeing us without an appointment today.
Our Husky has been enjoying his stays here for years! The staff always happily greets our dog & they are very friendly. What's also super conveinient is that there's a Veterinarian located next door, just in case you may need to schedule an appointment to get caught up on your dogs' vaccinations or any other needs. We use Springdale Kennel for long term boarding, but i've seen many just drop off their dog for a few hours at doggy daycare! That's a great idea too! Our dog loves the socialization & the caring staff here.

Our 2-year-old golden loved this place!!! She came back in the happiest mood I’d seen her. The check-in and out was quick and friendly. They gave the special food I provided in bags.
This place is absolutely amazing!!! We’ve had such an awesome experience every time we come! The business is always extremely clean, all the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Julie was the one that always helped us originally and there are a few other employees that have taken care of our dogs who have been just as perfect! We’ve been coming here for about 6 to 7 years with our previous dogs and now we bring our dog Hunter who actually enjoys coming! They have unbeatable prices! I would highly recommend bringing your pets here because they are super trust worthy!
We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia on Branham for a few years now, just to use their grooming (bath) services (not daycare.) The staff have always been great and friendly and very helpful. But this morning, our dog got sprayed by a skunk (gaaah!) The Dogtopia team found time to fit him in for a bath less than an hour later, and he came home smelling a million times more amazing than I had ever dreamed. They did such a great job, and really went the extra mile to help us ASAP. Thanks Dogtopia!
So happy we found Dogtopia, and now we can travel guilt free! Our corgi pup, Lola, came home exhausted and happy after her first night boarding. I love the webcams they have set up and how much free play time they get. It’s so nice to be able to check in on your pet. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and cheerful. While it took a while to get an assessment (4-5 months), I’m happy they do it because we have assurance the other dogs aren’t aggressive. Booking seems fairly easy though once you’re passed the assessment.
I love this place and more importantly my dog loves going to this place for daycare, boarding and Grooming. He always starts jumping in the car when he realizes he is going here. The owner and staff are very friendly attentive and helpful. I don't worry about my dog because it feels like I dropped him off to a family member
Dogtopia is the best dog boarding/ daycare in the Bay Area! The facility is clean and odor free, the staff/owner are very kind and obviously care about our dog/s. 100% would recommend boarding or having your dog stay the day for daycare at Dogtopia!

My husband and I and our Chihuahua love dogtopia! The staff are amazing with all the dogs, you can tell they are all dog lovers! We've taken our dog there for several years now and done both doggy daycare as well as boarded him there while we were out of town. And recently we've been taking him to doggy daycare every few weeks so our pup can see his friends and also so the good folks at dogtopia can grind his nails for us! We would highly recommend this place!!!
Great place for your fur baby. My pup is a Lab/Pit mix and being here has helped her socialize. This is the only time I see her pull away from me because she loves it hear. Cameras are great too to check in on your pup during the day. I totally trust this group with my baby
Shawn is wonderful, and I am so grateful to have found her! It was my first time seeking a cat sitter, and I contacted a few sitters in the area. Shawn responded to my online inquiry right away; shared her business license info, insurance info, and several references; and scheduled a meet-and-greet with me even with her already-packed pet-sitting schedule. When we met in person, Shawn immediately made me feel at ease - she is incredibly warm and clearly loves the animals she cares for. While we were away, Shawn sent plenty of updates and photos of my kitty. My cat is normally quite shy, but warmed up to Shawn within the first visit - and she's a tough judge of character! By the end of our trip, I could tell that kitty was happy whenever Shawn stopped by. She was pretty unfazed when we came home, and I chalk that up to her being so well-cared for in our absence. 😂 While Shawn could easily try and hire others to expand her business, she doesn't - because she is so committed to doing the best job possible for her clients. I wholeheartedly trust Shawn with my fur-baby and home.
Shawn has watched our cats in our home on multiple occasions while we have been traveling. Scheduling: Shawn is very responsive and was very polite abd helpful with pre-visit scheduling of our in-home visits. She promptly arrived to our home, became familiar with the home, the cats, and our idiosyncrasies. Visits: Shawn arrived daily as promised and took excellent care of our cats and home. She sent us updates, and it was clear that our cats were very happy to have her here. She even left our cats a little toy that happens to be their favorite toy to this day. The little things that Shawn did meant a lot to us. In the past when we've come home with other sitters, our cats were a bit frazzled. With Shawn, however, our cats seemed very pleased and happy, so we know Shawn definitely took care of them well. Summary: In summary, we were very nervous about getting a new cat sitter but we're grateful to have found Shawn! She is responsible, friendly, and took excellent care of our cats. We look forward to having Shawn take care of our kitties in the future - she puts her heart into taking care of our little family. Recommendation: I would highly recommend Shawn based on our previous interactions and cat-sitting. She is very kind, and a wonderful cat-sitter!
Shawn really cares about the pets she takes care of. My cat is a shy guy and she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Despite her busy schedule over a holiday weekend, she fit in an extra (unplanned) day when our flight was delayed, just to make sure our kitty had everything he needed.
Shawn is the most caring, capable, and loving pet sitter you can have. She is more than a sitter. She loves animals and takes care of my pets like her own. When we travel I never worry about my pets. She always goes above and beyond.
I hired Shawn to help out when I was in town for a job for a few weeks. She was incredibly reliable, kind, and adaptable for when I needed extra walks on the weekends or evenings. My dog clearly adored her and they had a great time together. I also loved that she sent me pictures and updates on all their adventures.
Shawn is without compare as a pet sitter. She has looked after my cat while I travel for some years now, and I feel completely confident that all will be well when I am away as long as Shawn is there. In fact, I feel confident that if anything did go wrong with the cat or the house, Shawn would take care of things as well as or better than I could, and that she would be in touch with me all along the way.

My dog Storm absolutely loves them, she is always so exited to get in. The staff is super friendly and nice not just to the dogs, but to the owners too. They always send me photos and videos of Storm having a blast, and are always on top of everything.

We found the #1 doggie daycare in California! We recently moved across country and looked at every doggy daycare/day/pack adventures in the Bay Area and nothing compares to PTSM. Our Shiba Inu loves her "home" away from home and always runs into daycare without a second look back. From the moment we reached out to Tommy, he was very communicative and accommodating. He even got our dog to eat on a normal schedule (all you Shibe owners will understand), which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves getting to know the dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We can tell from the photos, the staff goes above and beyond to include our dog in the pack. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew!
It is absolutely adorable how much they love my puppies, and how much my puppies love it there! Every weekday morning, Choco and Oreo head directly to the door as I'm getting ready, and run in when we arrive. Their happiness shows through the photos I receive throughout the day, and it makes my day seeing them happy!

Pet Sitting to the MAX is incredible. When my husband and I took our then 1-year old puppy to Pet Sitting four years ago, we did not know how much she would fall in love with the place and people, who have consistently treated her (and the spirited brother we acquired for her a year ago) like family despite her antics. The staff truly love animals, and it shines through. Very few things make my dogs happier than mentioning that we are taking them on a car ride to daycare, and Pet Sitting is one of the places we will miss most as we leave the Bay Area.
Amy and team are professional and go above and beyond! Outstanding service, care and love for my fur babies. My husband and I went our of town and for the first time hired outside help to come check on our 2 cats. Amy went above and beyond and provided excellent service: -vacuumed and tidied our place -changed cat liter -played with both cats -spent decent time in our apartment for each visit -gave my cats the love and attention they needed and rewarded them with some treats What I also appreciated was the updates when she did visit. Updates included pictures and video of the cats, as well as what she did while she was there. Truly professional and fantastic experience as well as great value for the price. Would 100% recommend amy and team and go through them again in the future.
Very friendly staff. My dog loves it here. He's a little old, but whenever I pick him up from here he's got a little spring in his step! The place is clean and they are always bugging me about my vaccinations, which means all the dogs are up to date so I always feel good about leaving my dog here.
Best daycare that we've found in California. Dogs play all day, unlike at Petsmart. Their 7am to 7pm hours are convenient for us. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about your dog. Our dog hates the car, but gets really excited when he figures out that we're going to daycare.
We have used their services to house-sit our cat Faye when we were on vacation. Our sitter was timely and sent us regular updates. The whole experience was up to the mark.
