Tom and Nicky made us very welcome, cooking us a lovely meal on the night before the sit and taking us on Buddy's favourite river walk. They have a lovely, clean, well-organised family home that has river walks nearby. Both Buddy and Merlin were very affectionate and enjoyed spending time with us. Many of Buddy's friends stopped to chat to us on our river walks, making us feel part of the community very quickly. Buddy didn't enjoy getting in the car, although once he was in, he didn't complain, promptly lying down peacefully. He was quite calm when he got out of the car, and seemed to love walking along the coast path, receiving admiring glances and praise from passersby. Merlin was very sociable and loved being stroked and fussed. He also kept his claws to himself, even when he was being tickled. We would highly recommend this sit: the Devon countryside is gorgeous, Tom and Nicky's home is lovely and Buddy and Merlin are absolutely delightful.
I had the best time in Deb & Marks home looking after their beautiful cats, Fuma & Falla. They are two beautiful cats, very chill. I had a lovely chat with Deb & Mark before the sit, so I knew exactly what to expect before I went. Everything was so detailed and the house was incredible in the most gorgeous location! I hope to come back and sit for them again, it was a real pleasure 😃
