I had so much fun with these animals! Everyone had their own characters ,cats dogs and chickens! I must say I was happy my daughter joined me for this sit to help a bit ,it’s probably a two person job! The house is really nice and comfy with a lot of land for the dogs to run,John and Sonya showed us to the land where Archie and Poppy have been trained to catch and fetch.It’s really amazing to watch,and also great exercise for them!The village nearby have a couple of great tavernas and a shop within walking distance We also had use of their van to go and explore the nearby swim spots. All in all they have a lot of animals but once we had the routine down it was easy!
The pet sit at Maddie and Harsimrat's place in Berlin was really nice. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had wonderful days taking care of Freja. We fell in love with her from the first moment. She was a lovely companion for us! We enjoyed many walks with her. Maddie and Harsimrat did everything to make sure we were comfortable and were easily contactable. And their provided clear instructions on what need to be done. This was our first sit, and we are very grateful for their trust in choosing us. Would definitely recommend!
This sit was perfect for me and my husband! Zasu and Taro were inseparable- she always wanted to be in his arms and he always let her! Blondie prefers women so that was great for me, she is spunky and loving and I loved brushing her hair and getting sweet kisses. They are both so sweet and easy to care for. The house is so peaceful, so clean, and has everything you need! It really is more like a resort stay. We loved the hot tub and used it every night! I loved sitting out on the lanai to work, and getting some sun down by the boat. All of the animals outside are so cute and love getting fed in the morning. It’s really fun! Ken and Cheryl are truly kind and hospitable people, they go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home and are well prepared for your stay. We really appreciate them trusting us with their babies. We will miss this place!!
Drymen is a very vibrant village. The old house is cosy and comfortable, and is positioned right on the square. There’s a good restaurant on the square and pubs too. The village shop is right round the corner, as is the bakery/cafe. Many varied great walks in and around Drymen and it’s really close to Loch Lomond. Brodie is a lovely dog, very easy going and loves cuddles. A great pet in a wonderful location.
I couldn't have wished for a better sit. First of all Kerry & Dom have a lovely house, very cosy and very well organised. Everything is there to have a relaxed stay! There is a very big supermarket around the corner, a bus stop that takes you to the station in 5 min and the town center in 7 minutes. St Albans has lots to of things discover and the people are friendly and less rushed compared to London. London is only 30 minutes away by the way. And lastly: Bean was fantastic. In all of these years of cat sitting, this has been my favorite cat to take care for. She feels right at ease from the first minute. She's very playful and incredibly cuddly. You'll get a lot of love from her and for me, that's what cat sitting is all about. Thank you Kerry & Dom, I had a fantastic time at your place and I'm happy that I got to know St Albans, Bean and the two of you.
