From the moment we met Gowri we knew we had chosen the best Housesitter for our cats, who are very spoilt ! We too felt that Gowri was like a friend arriving to our house and she fitted in immediately, wanting to ensure she knew everything about the cats. We have a Burmese Truffles and Siamese - Sam both on daily medications, Gowri looked after their daily meds no problem, she spoilt them both lots. We also have two tabbies Belle and Millie again they were also spoilt and looked after so well ensuring they all got to sleep in their favourite places and eat all their favourite foods. Gowri spent lots of time at home with the cats which we could tell made the cats feel secure and happy to have so much company. We had no problem to trust Gowri with our home and Gillian’s bike to get around our area. We would highly recommend Gowri to any Housesit and would be happy to give further reference. Gowri will for sure look after your animals and house 110% plus you will return to happy four legged children and gleaming house.
We did a 3-day sit for Ruth and Huw, who were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Their little dog, Stanley, is a cutie and easy to care for and liked to snuggle on the couch. Bath, of course, is a lovely city, and their home was both comfortable and within easy walking distance to the center. Would recommend this sit to anyone.
Biscuit and Sundae will charm you instantly- the first time we met them, Biscuit greeted us like we were her long lost best friends. Sundae carefully follows Biscuit's lead, and eventually warmed up to us. These are very special rescue pups, so sweet and endearing. Sundae is still learning about asking to go outside when she needs to do her business, and has the occasional accident inside. But with hardwood floors throughout, messes are easily handled. They're well behaved on walks, and Sundae really came alive outdoors, wagging her tail, happily trotting beside us. Biscuit is a little more sluggish, but content to follow Sundae. Anne's home is cozy, very clean, well-stocked, conveniently located close to shopping and lovely parks and lakes. Her hot tub is a great perk! Anne is a doting dog mom with a great sense of humour and a kind, generous nature. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the info we needed. She always responded to our texts quickly and was keen on getting feedback on our stay to make sure the next house sitters would be comfortable. We'd be happy to care for Anne's sweet pups again! 😊
Sarah is such a lovely person & a natural host. We couldn’t meet her in person before the sit; so she arranged a video call just before & walked us completely through her home to explain how everything works. When I arrived, she had prepared a beautiful dinner table & left us a gorgeous basket with some little goodies to make our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions & even put us in contact with her good friend who ended up being a really fun walking buddy:) What to say about Harry? We were ‘holding hands’ in minutes and sharing snuggles shortly after. He’s a very big boy, but seems to think he fits perfectly in your lap! Harry grabs a slipper and prances around the house to let you know it’s walk time … how can you not love him instantly? As much as he loves being with people; he absolutely shines on his forest walks. You can see how happy he is to be running and jumping at will & you can’t help but feel his glee. It was so hard to say goodbye to this sweetie but we’re so grateful we got to spend the time we did with him. As an aside, Sarah’s house really is as gorgeous as the photos ( better than any hotel). We highly recommend sitting for Sarah if given the chance!
