Sally and Jeremy are so friendly and welcoming.
We did a pre-visit so we could see the llamas feeding routine and meet and walk Alfie.
Sally and Jeremy's family home is warm and spacious, and the garden is beautiful.
Alfie is totally adorable. He's very affectionate and easy to look after and warms to you very quickly.
The llamas were very straightforward to feed. So inquisitive. I just loved their eyes and eyelashes.
The surrounding area is beautiful. There are footpaths straight from the door, and we had some lovely walks.
I would not hesitate to recommend this sit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Thank you Sally and Jeremy!!

Deema
We had a really good time pet sitting for Deema. She sent us a very detailed welcome guide before our arrival. We knew exactly what we needed to do to care for the animals. Bailey, Timmy and Delilah are easygoing pets. Bailey absolutely loves his walks so it was a pleasure to walk and discover Harwell with him!

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF). Another THS, which reinforces my view that there is a bit of heaven in Hampshire; a real life escape to the country in the South Downes Park. You will consider your self most fortunate if your are invited to care for these ladies and fabulous home.

Pets. Purdy and Cotinga are a wonderful pair of kissing, and cuddling Labradors who love to be with you. Equally, they are happy to be left in their 'quarters', and the welcome back is wonderful. Louise's instructions on her ladies behaviour is ''spot on'; read, apply and the sit will be a joy.

Place. Your accommodation, separate from Diary House, is superb. A, generous, 2 bedroom barn with a very well equipped kitchen and living space (plus a cricket pitch to look onto!). Also, a beautiful garden to enjoy with the ladies when not wandering the 30 acres of parks and beyond. My stay coincident with woods carpeted with bluebells. Plus, 'springing' lambs in the park, dancing deer in the fields beyond and rabbits (et al) roaming the hedges made this a very special sit.

Further draws include a pub (dogs welcome) that serves great food within walking distance, the small towns of Alresford or Petersfield with the major shops a short drive away and Alton with it's new sports center (great pool).

People. Louise and Bumble are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing their company over a glass of wine and tasty supper. Communication with Louise, from the off, was clear, concise and prompt. The Welcome Guide is 'best of class'. So, it would be possible to read and seamlessly transition into caring mode without fuss or fluster.

Recommendation. A MUST apply for a THS who loves the country, adores loveable - licking - Labradors and wandering in the woods. If fortunate to be invited, this is a THS favourite - no doubts. * I hope to have the luck and time to be able to return indefinitely.

Rachel and Mark were very welcoming hosts. They gave us a run down of everything we needed to know and their home was very warm and comfortable. There was also some delicious homemade bread!

Sasha was a lovely dog, very well natured and affectionate. Her recall and company on walks was great. Well trained for taking her food etc.
