Tracey was lovely. She left clear instructions and was super easy to communicate with. Elvis and Cee Cee took a bit to get use to having 4 people in their space. By the second night they were both out looking for pets. We would definitely sit for Tracey again!
We absolutely loved this sit. Tilly kept us entertained, Perry was a constant cuddler, and Catniss came around to be petted. Wonderful location and cute house and town. Great communication. Would love to return!
Olivia was kind and charming and we really, really wish we had been able to spend more time chatting with her - she is definitely one of those who has had 'a life worth living' and I'm sure is full of wonderful stories. Floss and Olive made for excellent company during our week-long stay. For only six months old, Olive is an impressively proficient mouser! Apart from her tendency to perform medical experiments in the kitchen, she's a totally gorgeous cat to be around. Floss is calm and easygoing - loves walks and snuggles in equal measure. Her and Olive are best friends and ridiculously cute to watch together. The house was lovely: the aga keeps it toasty warm, plus there's a proper be-footed bathtub and a huge, cosy, comfy bed. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you, Olivia, for choosing us, apologies again for the rug situation - fingers crossed you have a magic trick for that - and hopefully we can all meet again in 2024.
We had the best time in this delightful home looking after the wonderful rabbits and delightful cat. Our hosts couldn't of been more helpful.
Great opportunity to experience Colorado outdoors in the company of two terrific guides: Kiki and Bella, capital canine companions. Typical Day: Wake to brilliant nature-scape outside a huge bedroom window and watch the sunrise on to The Famous Pike's Peak. After a hearty breakfast, exercise with hike through the Pike's Peak Forest that backs up to the property. Enjoy nature's breathtaking vistas for minutes or hours; Your stamina is the only limitation! Return to a midday snack and glass of wine on the sun-drenched deck. Even in February this was delightfully temperate. After a refreshing nap, head to the many local attractions: Garden of The Gods , Cave of The Winds http://caveofthewinds.com/, or Cliff Dwelling Museum http://www.cliffdwellingsmuseum.com/ Or go to Starbucks to use the internet and engage in lively conversations with local denizens. Return after an afternoon of entertainment to a quick hike with your host dogs, a quiet evening meal, more wine, and stargazing on the deck while enjoying a soak in the hot-tub. HEAVENLY!
This was indeed a wonderful and easy sit. The two boys were very good dogs. Mighty and Nova were perfect gentleman. Jose has a spotless one bedroom apartment with everything you will need. There was a very nice walking trail immediately behind Jose’s apartment building to take the dogs on a walk. Jose was easy to communicate with through text and very prompt in responding to any texts I sent. Thank you Jose for trusting us with your home and your fur babies. This was a very pleasant sit and would recommend this sit you anyone.
