Abby lives in such a fun area of Atlanta just a few blocks from Grant Park and the Atlanta Zoo as well as within walking distance of plenty of cafes, restaurants, and the amazing fun and healthy Grant Park Market! This is a perfect area for dog walking with lots of friendly neighbors and sidewalks, Grant Park walkways and an outer sidewalk loop around Grant Park. I also loved visiting and walking Sully in the beautiful, historic Oakdale Cemetery which is about a mile away. Abby has done a phenomenal job training Sully and he is such an intelligent dog, wow is he! Sully was a real treat to have as a companion for such a fun filled week! He did great in the car so we could check out some more fun places to walk; we had a lot of fun also exploring Chastain Park and parts of the Chattahoochee River Recreation Area. Abby provided clear and complete instructions and was very responsive to any questions as they arose, she provided great communication and directions, and was such a warm and helpful host! I had so much fun getting a lot of exercise with Sully, getting to know Grant Park a bit and Atlanta better, checking out art exhibitions at area museums-- there are so many more wonderful places to explore and walk in the Atlanta area, I hope you'll have me back, Abby, yes! Unfortunately, I was not able to complete this house/petsit. However, I have nothing but positive experiences and feedback for the homeowners. We met via a FaceTime interview and communication has been clear and consistent since then. I appreciate David & Debbie continuing to check in as we got closer to their travel dates. Unfortunately, they had an unexpected medical emergency that caused them to cancel their trip last minute. These things happen. David & Debbie contacted me immediately and still offered to host me while dealing with their unexpected life challenges. You will not meet kinder and more dependable homeowners. I do hope our calendars align again when they reschedule their travels. If you have the opportunity to house/petsit for David & Debbie, I would recommend it.
Amy’s house was clean/organized and she was incredibly nice when we met. The house was hidden a bit and looks much smaller from the outside than it actually is. The little dogs we cared for were also super sweet, well-trained, and they had adorable personalities. I would definitely petsit for Amy again and I recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting the Atlanta area!
Tamara, Coby and their son Adam were very welcoming ! They were always happy to chat and take the time if i had any questions. Lio and Coco are two fun and affectionate dogs. They are well trained to sit, wait and have a good recall. Lio and Coco communicate well their needs. They love to play together and run around the garden. I really had a great time taking care of them! The location and the architecture of the house are truly amazing and unique! Thanks again for having me! :)
Had a lovely time watching Scarlett! Kevin and Meg were both so sweet and communicative. Their place is very homey and in a great Santa Monica location—Scarlett and I went on some great walks to the beach!
Polo and Nina were a delight to look after friendly affectionate and always up for a beach or lake walk. The house location is magnificent with beautiful views to the ocean.
