Nikki was a great sitter! She seemed to appreciate Nico and all of her little quirks and sent the cutest photo updates. If I hadn’t seen the photos I wouldn’t even know Nikki has been in the house everything was exactly as I left it. Nikki was flexible when I asked her to arrive a little later than we had discussed (I was running late in cleaning and packing per usual) 🫣 neighbors who met Nikki while she was here all how sweet she was. We’d love to have her sit in the future. Thanks again!!

Gia was fantastic! We were away for 2 months and had a 6 hour time difference and despite all that, Gia made us feel comfortable and trust that everything was safe and stable. Unfortunately, one of our cats had a few issues that required regular attention and cleaning as well as multiple trips to the vet. Gia kept us informed about our cat’s condition, gave us feedback from the vet, and managed his recovery all while sending us photos and taking equally good care of our other cat and keeping our apartment spotless. Gia is someone we would definitely look for if we ever need to spend a long time away from home again.

From the start Meredith communicated well and was very organised . The sit was easy to arrange and went well. Meredith sent us regular updates on Scooby who was contented in Meredith care. A 5 star sitter! Daphne was an excellent communicator throughout the stay, and took care of our multiple animals with ease. She was particularly great with our pup - playing with her, taking her on long walks and even taking her to the dog park. We would recommend her to anyone!

Max is a true delight! It’s always a risk choosing someone who is new to the app but I’m so glad to have found them. Clear, consistent, and reliable communication. I can always tell my cat was well cared for by a genuine cat lover when I return home and Simon (the cat) is so chill it’s as if I never left. We could not have asked for a better house/dogsitter than Shawn. She took great care of our baby, Arya, and sent us lots of photos and videos while we were away. Roko was an absolutely amazing house/cat sitter! She stood out from all of the other applicants with her stellar reviews. We chatted by phone before my trip and our conversation only confirmed I’d made the right choice. 

We had a seamless transition the day I left and went over a few last minute details. 

She was great about keeping me informed how my cat was doing and even sent a few pics and a fun video. Before I knew it it was time come home. Roko was great at communicating the details to wrap up her stay and was kind enough to stock up on some staples for me to make my return home easier.

When I returned home, William gave me the cold shoulder. He was expecting Roko to walk in the door, not me :-)

I can’t recommend Roko highly enough! She will definitely be my first choice when I go traveling again—hopefully she’ll be available.

Donna and Douglas were supreme pet sitters...not only did they provide excellent care for Oscar and Riley, they also successfully addressed several unusual situations in taking care of our house.

From dealing with unexpected snow, ice, wind and rain to coping with repeated power outages and flooding streams, they gracefully dealt with each challenge presented.  Additionally, they checked on our boat after a wind storm to make sure everything was as it should be.  They are very resourceful and when our power went out, resulting in a damaged heat pump and lost heat, they were creative in making adjustments to assure everyone stayed warm and safe.  They worked closely with us to line up technical assistance, making calls and dealing with the repair company.

We greatly appreciated Donna's and Douglas' detailed updates and pictures and their repeated assurances that they had everything under control - which they obviously did.  Their enthusiasm and competence allowed us to continue to enjoy our vacation.  It was such a relief to have them here!

When we returned home we found an immaculately clean house and a most welcome stocked refrigerator and welcome home snack.  We can't begin to express our gratitude for the help Donna and Douglas gave us and our pets.  They truly are top-tier sitters.  If you're thinking of having them stay at your house, you won't be disappointed.
