Our first sit was here in this beautiful place, with Roco, Felly and Kiwi. We spent here 35 days. Traveled with our two small sons in the close by nature, visited some beaches, mountains, caves and enjoyed the time with our 3 four legs friends. They were very nice with our kids. Felly is the fast queen of the group. Roco is the very kind and calm dog home, but kind on the lead😂 and Kiwi… super sweet, need to be with you EVERYWHERE see EVERYTHING, but on the lead very calm. Our 5 years old son loved to take him on the walks. Thank you Maddy for the opportunity to spent great family time❤️
We enjoyed this sit so much! Julia and Paul went out of their way to make us feel welcome in their beautiful home. Communication right from the beginning was easy; they are generous and thoughtful hosts, and good fun to boot! The whole sit went smoothly. Ruby and Orca are such delightful ladies and a joy to be with. They like to be near you, and are happiest when chasing a ball or snuggling up on the sofa. We were completely charmed by them. There are lots of interesting things to do and places to visit nearby, making this a perfect sit and we would highly recommend it.
Dan and Kate made us very comfortable right away, they were expecting us with a nice meal. They showed and explained the house clearly, Kate had even made two pages’ notes with all the necessaries phone number (electricity, water etc.) and Snowie’s feeding hours, quantities and needs. We fed Snowie together the first night and Dan took us to the mountain the following day so that Snowie would get used to us. The house is comfortable with all necessary’s utilities, the good oven and big fridge allowed me to indulge my cooking’s hobby and store enough food for our stay when we arrived. You’ll have a nice big TV screen with Netflix to enjoy a good movie! The bed is one of the best we ever slept in and the wifi is very good wich is a treat in this remote area. The surroundings are extremely beautiful with plenty to see and walk around. The view from the house is a dreamy one and we were amazed almost every day by the light changing and the sun rises. You must like calm and remote as the nearest store is 30 minutes away by car so I would recommend to plan your groceries ahead. There is a nice pub 15mns by car to enjoy good beer and fish&chips, and you’ll be surrounded by very nice neighbors in case of need. The best part of our stay was Snowie! He’s the best doggie we ever pet sat for! He’s super smart and loveable. We had great time walking him around, he is the best companion you could dream of to discover that gorgeous part of Scotland. If you have the chance to house sit for Kate, Dan and Snowie, don’t hesitate to meet this beautiful family! We’d love to visit again someday and we’re missing Snoop already!
We had such a lovely time in Blonay. The pets are great, Coleslaw is a super lovable and entertaining dog, and Rasputin keeps to himself but may let you have a couple of pats! Both very low maintenance and a pleasure to look after. The house is gorgeous and the views are absolutely stunning. Would love to come back!

And let's talk about the convenience of underground parking - downtown Halifax, I'm ready for you anytime, without the parking hassle! 🏡 Secure & Serene Living The building itself is a fortress of warmth and kindness. Secure, clean, and filled with friendly faces, it felt like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of community spirit. And the condo? Oh, the condo! Overlooking the Halifax harbour, it’s a slice of paradise with every detail thoughtfully curated by Michelle. Clean, organized, and with a guidebook so detailed, it made slipping into the pets' routine as comfortable as slipping into a pair of well-loved slippers. 🐾 Norah & Ranger: The Dynamic Duo Norah, with her sweet disposition and calm aura, stole my heart faster than I could throw her kibble! A few treats and a short walk later, we were thick as thieves. Ranger, the slightly more reserved of the two, showed me that patience is indeed a virtue, rewarding me with cuddles and playtime that filled our days with joy. Waking up with both of them snuggled up beside me? That’s when I knew I had made two furry friends for life. 💫 Michelle: A Host Like No Other Michelle is the epitome of grace and kindness. Her love for Norah and Ranger shines brighter than the Halifax harbour we overlooked every morning. Her communication was top-notch, leaving nothing to chance with her incredible guidebook and ensuring I felt right at home.
