Andrea
It was a great pleasure to meet Andrea and to look after her beautiful home and take care of Simon and his visiting "cousin", Maise. Simon is just a great guy, and we were best buds in no time at all. The gated 55+ community is a very quiet, very safe, and I felt right at home. There are so many things to do in the area, and Andrea had a great list, maps, etc. all prepared. I warmly recommend to any potential housesitters.

Hanna
We had a wonderful stay at Hanna and Guy’s beautiful home! We received a very warm welcome, comprehensive handover and guide, and the pets are so easy and lovely to look after.

Star and Sunny are gentle and love a treat and cuddle, Chocolate loves her hay pellets and greens and Luna is the most well-trained and loving dog - they all get on beautifully too. We loved taking Luna on walks to the green opposite, beaches and coastal paths, and spent lots of time playing fetch, which is her favourite thing!

The location, house and communication from Hanna and Guy was great - I hope we can come back again sometime! :)

Tessa
This is my first international house sit with THS. A country I've always wanted to visit (country #60) in my travel journal. What an experience so far. I was fortunate enough to meet several people from all over the world on my first day in Athens, the day before I started house sitting. I will be returning to house sit for Tessa again which is scheduled for September 1-12, after I return from Istanbul, Turkey and Bucharest, Romania. It's very easy to travel from Athens International Airport to her place. Just one train (M3) and the stop is literally right in front of the building. She has a corner flat on the six floor with an amazing view of the city and mountains. The grocery store is right next to the building. There are plenty of coffee shops and clothes shops really close by. Also very easy to take the same metro to go sightseeing in the city center and all the sights. Her flat is spacious and you can sit on the balcony to have your meal, read or take a nap. Her cat Birch is very playful, curious and affectionate. She loves to snuggle for long periods of time, play and just hang out with you. Very easy to communicate with Tessa when I needed to ask any questions. The Welcome Guide Package and video instructions of her flat were really helpful. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never had any issue walking on the streets to explore the area.

Thank you Tessa for selecting me and trusting me to house sit for you and the chance to finally make it to Greece.

Claire
We had such a lovely weekend at Claire’s lovely home. The dogs, Otto and Sammy, we’re just so lovely, funny, chilled and cuddly. They were great with the kids and a pleasure to walk and spend time with. Baby cat was beautiful and very independent, and Charlie was fascinating to watch and feed! Claire was great with communication and the arrangements were very straightforward. We would recommend this sit and will miss all the animals!

A very beautiful house located in a very nice neighbourhood in front of a park. I felt very good looking after their cat and their home. I definitly recommend other house sitters to choose this property.

We made new friends !

Robin is a wonderful host! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed for the sit. She is very communicative and always available to answer any question we have during the sit. We bonded at first sight!

Her beautiful house is located right in front of a great big park where we can go for nice walks and is well equiped with everything you need during the sit.

Gizmo and Otis are easy to take care of and are both very friendly. Gizmo found his new best place to relax on Sylvie’s chest as soon as she was sitting in the living room chair. He felt secure and had lots of cuddles. He would come down only to get a sip of water and would come back right away! LOL

Otis is such a special and lovable boy who likes to be in a quiet environment which we made sure to surround him with. He loves sunbathing on the grass which we both did a bit every day. When walking around the neighborhood, he’ll make sure to take you to Robin’s mom’s house for a visit when you’re close by ! He knows his way around!

It has been a great sit and we strongly recommend it to other sitters. We would definitely be happy to return anytime.

Thank you so much Robin for trusting us with your adorable little family. We miss you all already!
