Jamie is an exceedingly thorough and careful person, and she even submitted her own lengthy questionnaire to us prior to the sit. We enjoyed meeting her in person and were very, very grateful for the lengths she took to make it to Mexico from California despite very difficult travel delays. Our cat developed an allergic reaction in one eye during the sit and Jamie kept us well informed the whole time about the situation; when we decided veterinary attention was prudent, she helped manage the in-home vet visit and administered medication. Jamie kept us supplied with pictures and videos of our beloved pet and clearly spent a lot of time playing with her, which is incredibly important to us. Upon our return we found a happy, healthy cat and a perfectly well maintained apartment—along with a lovely note and a package of cookies as a parting gift.
Kristen was so great and I would highly recommend her as your next house and petsitter. While I was away, my dog had a bit of an upset stomach, and she kept me informed with any updates and made me feel totally confident she could handle the situation. She was kind, easygoing and responsive. When I came home, my place was very tidy and clean and the guest room sheets had already been washed and dried. I would definitely have Kristen house and pet sit again!
Teresa and George were dream housesitters! Clear communication prior, during and after the sit. Kitties were happy and healthy and they made us an adorable little picture book of the cats' week without us. My home was sparkling clean when we came home and Teresa even left us some chocolate pumpkin muffins which were a real treat. I would love to for them to come back anytime we travel and highly recommend them to any prospective pet owners looking for reliable and responsible housesitters.

Superb service. We have 4 cats, one diabetic requiring injections twice a day, and 2 others requiring medication. Pet Maid keeps in touch, giving me the reassurance I need to relax on holiday. The cats are completely at home with her, she gives them lots of love and attention, and when we return the cats behave as if we haven't been away. No sulking!! I find leaving the cats in their familiar environment much better than putting them in a cattery and I thoroughly recommend Pet Maid as a trustworthy and reliable cat sitter.
Fantastic service. Barbara takes such great care of our cats while we're away, we never need to worry about them. The cats love her. We get regular updates including videos or photos so we know they're happy at home. All the little extras are taken care of too including watering plants and putting the bins out when needed. I would recommend Barbara to EVERYONE! My cats were amazingly looked after by her. She kept me up to date with videos and messages of them whilst I was away, and went out of her way to ensure they were healthy, comfortable and well looked after the whole time I was away. For the first time I felt fully relaxed that my babies were absolutely fine whilst I was on holiday. She went over and above and I shall be telling everyone with fur babies about her.

Barbara is absolutely fabulous. She has looked after my cats for years and they love her. Even semi-ferral Bramble loves his 'Aunty' Barbara. I totally relax on holiday because I know the cats are in such good hands.
Sara was absolutely wonderful. Things didn't quite go to plan and we had a very poorly cat whilst we were away and she dealt with it so promptly and professionally, we can't thank her enough, she kept in touch, nothing was too much trouble and most importantly our cat is now doing very well :)

Andrea has been house sitting and looking after my 2 pups for holidays for a couple of years . They now go to her house and they clearly love going.
