Recently sent our junior cat away for a stay here whilst we went on holiday and was super super happy with the service! The owners are lovely with amazing communication and took great care of our cat. Pick up/drop off service was brilliant too, 10/10!

Even though my 2 are extremely nervous cats, I know they were in the best place for 2 days whilst I visited family back down south. Will use again and would recommend 100 %

Superb service. We have 4 cats, one diabetic requiring injections twice a day, and 2 others requiring medication. Pet Maid keeps in touch, giving me the reassurance I need to relax on holiday. The cats are completely at home with her, she gives them lots of love and attention, and when we return the cats behave as if we haven't been away. No sulking!! I find leaving the cats in their familiar environment much better than putting them in a cattery and I thoroughly recommend Pet Maid as a trustworthy and reliable cat sitter.

Fantastic service. Barbara takes such great care of our cats while we're away, we never need to worry about them. The cats love her. We get regular updates including videos or photos so we know they're happy at home. All the little extras are taken care of too including watering plants and putting the bins out when needed. Always goes the extra mile to provide a great service, thoroughly recommend

I would recommend Barbara to EVERYONE! My cats were amazingly looked after by her. She kept me up to date with videos and messages of them whilst I was away, and went out of her way to ensure they were healthy, comfortable and well looked after the whole time I was away. For the first time I felt fully relaxed that my babies were absolutely fine whilst I was on holiday. She went over and above and I shall be telling everyone with fur babies about her.

Barbara is absolutely fabulous. She has looked after my cats for years and they love her. Even semi-ferral Bramble loves his 'Aunty' Barbara. I totally relax on holiday because I know the cats are in such good hands.

Sara was absolutely wonderful. Things didn't quite go to plan and we had a very poorly cat whilst we were away and she dealt with it so promptly and professionally, we can't thank her enough, she kept in touch, nothing was too much trouble and most importantly our cat is now doing very well :)

Andrea has been house sitting and looking after my 2 pups for holidays for a couple of years . They now go to her house and they clearly love going. They are spoilt rotten, have the best walks and full run of the massive garden there. Andrea sends me photos and videos every day meaning I can relax knowing they are happy and chilled. Andrea is great with the dogs and they love us going away so that they can have Andrea look after them, taking them for long walks on the beach. Would highly recommend.
