We have a very nervous Aussie/Collie mix and have checked out a number of different daycare & boarding locations (3 others to be exact). Christopher Robins is by far the best (by a mile), with amazing staff who are kind and professional and actually understand dog behavior, and a great facility with plenty of outdoor space for running and playing. Clean building with zero "kennel smell" and a great location (not in a noisy or high traffic area). I'm so happy to have found a spot where I'll actually feel comfortable leaving my dog for short day trips and longer overnights. Thank you to Karen and staff, you just made my day!

We have been using Christopher Robbins for a long time. I think our dog looks forward to her vacation from us when we take her there. The daily updates are great. We see her mingling/ interacting with other dogs. We strongly suggest using this facility.

We bring our puppy to puppy daycare at least once a week, and everyone loves it! He's happy to go in the morning, gets a ton of social time with other dogs, and is tired when he comes home. We get a day to run non-puppy errands, or just have some downtime. The staff are really excellent, whenever I've had a question or concern they've been super friendly and accommodating. The pictures we get mid-day are great and always make us smile. We're looking forward to having a place that he knows and we know when we have to board him. I can't recommend this place enough, and it's just incredible to have such a resource so close!

Great interactions with my dog, very gentle and no-fear communications with her. Super clean, good prices, friendly staff. If my dog could leave a review, it would be 6 stars, I'm sure! Love this "home away from home."

My dachshund Maggie and I have been so fortunate to use Christopher Robins Pet Care fabulous local small business in Avon, NY. Maggie has had quite a few stays there over the years and always has the Best time!! The owner and staff are beyond wonderful with the way they care for our precious pets!! Amazing place!! I take my 2 labs there for day care and boarding and they love it. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. I love getting pictures of my dogs after each day they are there. Highly recommend to anyone!!

We have tried several boarding facilities in the area and hit the jack pot with Christopher Robins! Our two small dogs would lose weight at other facilities, but when we pick them up at Christopher Robins they look healthy and happy. We love the pictures the staff sends us and everyone there is extremely friendly. You can tell they enjoy working here and our dogs get plenty of playtime and love.

John-Paul has an exceptional pet care facility in Avon. He offers top-notch amenities for pets that are boarded/daycare and clean, large areas inside and outside for your pets to run and play. I have the up-most trust when leaving any of our pets for a day or longer. If you contact him, he immediately responds and provides excellent information for your needs. I have recommended Christopher Robin Pet Care to my family and friends over the years.

We have been sending our dog, Worf, to K-9 Playtime a few times a week for about five years. He is always greeted with an excited welcome by staff and is happily exhausted by the end of the day when we pick him up (pick up and drop off process is also very quick and easy). All staff are incredibly kind and thoughtfully communicative--they also clearly love dogs! Worf also boards at K-9 Playtime and we have complete confidence in him staying there.

I highly recommend K-9 Playtime. Our dog Bailey has been attending daycare and boarding while we travel for the past eight years. He loves going there to play and the amazing staff loves Bailey as much as we do.

K9 does an excellent job whether it is doggie daycare or as a boarding location. We have used both services. The staff is attentive to detail and passionate about their work. I would not hesitate to use them for another pet if the situation presented itself.

Our English Bulldog Corden literally begs us to go to K-9 playtime each morning before work! The staff is amazing, the whole place is clean, and Corden has developed great social skills (and bonus is tired out when we get home!) I can’t thank you all enough for all you do for our boy! I look forward to the daily photos on Facebook and all the fun he had with his friends!

Our dog Cooper always has a good experience at K-9 Playtime. The staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly, love dogs! It is clean and there is a lot of indoor and outdoor space. They provide a great bath and accommodate daycare or longer overnight stays. We highly recommend them.

Adopted sage today. Have owned dogs my entire life. Never had one as loving and playful as her. She has captured my heart and I never want to leave her side. You can't put a price tag on love. This dog is truly beautiful inside and out. Thank you so much for allowing me to adopt such a loving dog. God bless all of you for the work you do! It takes special people to do special things for these beautiful dogs. I feel honored to have been approved to adopt such a sweet girl. I’ve been sending my pup for a few weeks now and he loves it. Comes home exhausted at the end of the day and eagerly runs in each morning. His first day he got a “report card” that my friend joked was more detailed than her human children’s report cards at their daycare. I originally planned to have him at daycare once a week and hire a dog walker for other days but they’re only about $10 more than my dog walker for an entire day of activity and attention so I send him multiple days a week instead.

Been taking my dog there for 2 years and he loves it and I love it. Frankie comes home tired which is good for me and my wife. The staff is always friendly and very caring.

We love the people who work there... especially our dog, Keanu. They are welcoming and friendly. Best part is how flexible they are to work with our needy schedule. They have fair prices and always treat us and key with respect. Love k9.

My puppy loves coming to K9 playtime ! She has been coming here on and off since she got all her vaccinations! Great place for socialization and also great for a confident puppy who loves to play. Only good things to say about the staff and the facility, keep up the good work!

Zeus has boarded twice now. The first time our flight was delayed and they gave no issue having him stay another night. It was a very smooth process. Both times boarding Zeus stayed 4 nights or more and came back great. I love that you can text and ask for picture updates of our pup. The staff have been friendly and it honestly was a smoother process for boarding getting set up than larger organizations. The facility is clean and I like seeing similar staff there. I also met the manager this time who was very nice. Boarding has been phenomenal and has allowed our family to finally vacation after 5 years. Pics below of Zeus boarding.

Our pup has had a great experience boarding at Tails of Success. More importantly perhaps, we feel good about leaving her there! The staff is extremely friendly and responsive, answering all our questions about boarding and texting us updates so we know how she's doing throughout her stay. We took Real Life Manners class there last summer, which was very worthwhile. This is a lovely place for dog community and we're excited to be starting with Daycare as well!

Tails of Success is great, whether you and your dog are taking a class or your dog is attending daycare. All the staff and trainers are very professional and nice. My dog and I have been coming here for training/daycare for several years and every interaction has been great. They truly care about the animals and people they serve and it shows!

Tails of Success is a great place to bring the "kids"! They get sooooo excited when they know we're close and they can't wait to get inside and back to play with the other dogs! I love how they post pictures online so we can see them having fun with their friends, and they've always been very accommodating if I need to switch a day for a given week, or need boarding. The fun report cards and events around the holidays are also a nicety for both the pups and the parents! I'm always at ease knowing the dogs are in good hands when they're at Tails! Thank you! :)

Hope is truly a dog whisperer. Our delightful, but naughty puppy has made great progress taking puppy levels 1 & 2. We're excited to start level 3. All I can say is these classes give us Hope that our puppy will advance to Good Canine Citizen.

We have really enjoyed the basic training classes at Tails of Success. Hope is a great instructor and makes classes a lot of fun for the doggies and the humans! We enjoyed the classes so much that we have continued with them up to level 3 (I think there are 4). We have learned a lot and have found the homework helpful (especially with “leave it”). We have also been pleased with their boarding services. They have every dog complete a one night overnight stay to ensure that they are appropriate for a boarding (which I really appreciate)! We received a lovely “report card” from the initial overnight, which I felt was really thoughtful written. It seems like they took the time to make sure our doggie was appropriate for a stay and happy there, which it seems like he was! I have been very happy with Tails of Success and Hope and have highly recommend it to neighbors, friends etc!

I board my dog here and he absolutely loves it. While he’s on vacation, he gets to go to daycare and play with the other dogs all day and he has the BEST time. I’ve never seen him get excited like he does when we pull in here. But what’s even more remarkable is that he normally hates humans and gets anxious and scared, but he is seriously ecstatic to see everyone that works here. It makes me so happy to see this and it is a true testament to how great the staff is. Everyone is so nice and lovely to work with and they’re very responsive to check-ins. I am grateful to have found Tails of Success and it gives me peace of mind knowing that my dog is having a great time while I’m away.

My Australian Shepard/ border collie puppy Rosie just graduated from her first class and we learned so much and she even had a little playtime with the other doggies, now time to sign up for lever 2!

We are so happy to have Chandra take care of our Sammy Girl while we are away. Chandra is a very conscientious and caring person and sends us text updates on how things are going, including playtime and snuggle time activities. Chandra even takes time out to attend to our visiting neighborhood cat!

Chandra was fabulous! We went away for 5 weeks and she did a fantastic job with our animals. We loved her regular email updates so we knew our pets were doing fine. We have a bunch of reptiles and she was totally game for taking care of them, not just fluffy dogs and cats. All our pets were happy and healthy when we returned. Will definitely hire her again! Highly recommended!

Chandra did a fantastic job watching our dogs while we were away. We gave her the ultimate task of watching 5 of our family dogs while we were away overnight for our wedding and when we returned they were all safe and happy. She gave text updates, as requested, to update us on how everything was going. We felt very comfortable having her stay in our home with our pets and knowing they were in their own environment eased our mind. Chandra is very professional, friendly, and great with our dogs. We added additional time for her to pop in and give potty breaks/ feed them and she was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for care for the pets within the comfort of their own home. We will definitely be using her again for our pet sitting needs!

Incredible experience. Chandra has taken care of our two boys twice now for a few days at a time. She has been available on short notice and is very responsive. Our boys warmed up to her quickly. Chandra is like a trusted member of the family and we so appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail and of course her love of animals. Chandra is just AWESOME! Up until we met her we would not leave our dogs in anyone else's hand, but my two German Shepherds LOVE her! She is so good with them...they are always excited to see her. Chandra, from the Paw Watch, is awesome! I needed to find a friendly, kind, caring, trustworthy and professional person to take care of my dogs, and she exactly what I was looking for! She sent daily updates on how they were and even left a nice little gift for them at the end. She is now my go to pet sitter and I highly recommend her!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service that Chandra provided. Given short notice she made the effort to come out within a day to introduce herself and meet our rather large kitty who would require twice a day prescription feedings over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend. The daily text updates put our minds at ease that our boy was in good hands and had no disruptions from his daily routine. We definitely will be using the Paw Watch again and would recommend to anyone that is in need of pet care!!
