We went by Ali's home soon after we arrived in the UK to meet her and the family, Pickle and Alma included, discuss the routines and what needed to be looked after. Ali and Orlando are very nice and friendly, making us feel quite relaxed. Pickle and Alma behave really well, and they are trained. We kept both on the lead and walked them twice a day. The home is lovely, very confortable, nice garden, with a much appreciated barbecue area and great surroundings to walk Pickle and Alma. We had bicycles and could easily reach Shalford to have a nice coffee and cake but a small supermarket is just around the corner for last minute groceries. Ali is very responsive, so we kept in touch via WhatsApp frequently while we were there. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this sit!
We had a great weekend looking after Toto, he is so sweet and very easy to care for. The house is beautiful and very cozy, Wendy and Chris were very kind, it couldn't have been better. I definitely recommend this sit, and would be happy to return.
It was a lovely stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and Dhaka is the sweetest cat, she keeps you company but in exchange she demands a lot of cuddles!! Joachim was very helpful, providing clear instructions before he left and remaining responsive to my questions during his absence. I already miss Dhaka!!
We have to start this review with a mention of the pets. Two golden labs, Maggie & Flora, easy, gentle, loving, well behaved and absolutely gorgeous to be with. Maggie is older and loves smelling everything on her walks whilst Flora charges off into the distance but always returns. They have to be in our top 5* dog chart! 'Pointings' is a gorgeous home so comfortable and well appointed and we were fortunate enough to be there whilst their early summer garden was in full bloom. We stayed in their very comfortable spare bedroom with ensuite - with empty cupboards and drawers to unpack into, a big plus when travelling. Haselmere is a sweet little town set in beautiful countryside. Walks are hilly - you either need to be fit to manage them or you certainly will be fit by the end of this sit. Lindsey & Clive gave us a warm welcome the night before they left with a tasty meal & a thorough tour of the house & gave us useful titbits of local knowledge. Lindsey then took us on a quick tour of Haselmere showing us the shops & paths to walk before they left. Sadly for us, Lindsey & Clive returned earlier than planned due to bad weather on their sailing holiday. This was the only disappointment of this sit. We highly recommend it *****

We had a great sit with Banks. Gabe was super hospitable and let us stay with him the night before the sit time. The sit itself was super easy as Banks was so well behaved and sweet. I really appreciate him taking a bet on us as a family of house sitters!
