We thoroughly enjoyed housesitting forJane and Rob. Their house and location was lovely. We came to chill and and take it easy and Meadow Cottage was ideal for this. But also lots of historical things to do if you want. The information provided about the house, the pets, their village and surrounding areas was first class. We came a day early and met Jane and Rob. We would love to stay again and will welcome Rob and Jane downunder if they ever come.
I truly enjoyed spending time in Judi’s home with her fur babies. Judi left thorough instructions and made sure I had everything I needed prior to the sit. I had a chance of meeting prior to the sit to get to know Gracie and Quinn. Quinn is one of the most easy going and sweetest dog I’ve watched. She is fun and full of life! She loves her walks and treats. Gracie is also sweet but more skittish. She takes some time to get warmed up but once she does she will meow when she wants some attention. Judi’s home was nice and cozy and had everything I needed. I’d recommend this sit to anyone and would love to come back.
Emily and Adam were incredible hosts! Emily went out of her way to tell me all about the amazing things around the home, how the home works etc. Miso and Mochi were soooo relaxed and chilled, with Mochi loved cuddles at night, specifically she came to lay in my neck and on my shoulders while i would read a book. I loved it :-) Emily made everything super easy to do (food, treats and water!) very very organised. I LOVED the coffee machine, thank you for loving coffee so much Adam! Would absolutely love to sit Miso & Mochi again. Such a lovely time, and a really cool area to explore ! I hope our paths get to cross in future again!
You are looking for the perfect place to stay and live in Munich? Explore the city to take a rest from your daily routine. And as cherries on the cake you are looking for two adorable, playful and lovely cats? Then the place of Petra, Monsieur Antoine and Coco is the first choice!!! We had three wonderful weeks at hers with the two little cuties. While working from there we had great rests filled with cuddling and playing. When not being at home, there is so much to explore in Munich super close to the flat, that you can just walk everywhere. The two cats are totally different, but both charming in there own way and together just a perfect combination. While Monsieur Antoine is very curious, welcoming, woken up, but also cuddly and looks for your attention (e.g. finding a good place on your lap ;-) ), Coco is a bit more shy and needs some time to get to know you. But after a few days she turns into a fur ball of power and excitement, especially everytime you pick up the laser pointer (her favorite toy). And after letting her chase the red dot around the flat she definitely wants as many belly rubs as Monsieur Antoine. They play together very well, cuddle each other and even clean each other, too. Very clean by using their toilettes as well as very politely, you won't have any troubles with them. Just share as much love as you recerive from them with every little meow and purr. That friendly and lovely kind is definitely a copy of their owner. Petra is such a wonderful, funny, friendly and helpful person! She prepared everything perfectly for our stay. We had great hand overs with her with funny talks about the time we'll have and had with her two cuties. Everytime we had a question or wanted to know something she was always there for us and told us about the best places to visit! The flat itself is the ideal stay you could imagine. There is plenty of space to work and relax there. Even with two people working in Home Office. At Petra's place is everything you need and could ask for. Allthough it is very central (big plus!) the flat is totally calm. You hardly hear anything from outside and the bedroom is at the back of the flat, so no traffic or other noices. On top of that the neighbours are absolutely great! If you need anything, have a question or just look like you could need an advice they will be there for you. Everything you need for your stay is around the flat, so you can walk there or take a bike (bike station only 2 minutes from the building). Supermarket, bakery, restaurants everything can be reached within 5-10 minutes by walking. Even the center of the city with the most favorite sightseeing spots are reached within 20 minutes. If you want to be faster, no problem, the metro is 2 minutes away as well. We highly recommend to make a stay at Petra with TOINI and COCO, it's perfect!!! You will have a great time!!!
Mike was a great host and we enjoyed a lovely boat trip & dinner with himself & Janene before they left. Rex is a lovely dog, very soft natured, well behaved & affectionate. Rou is an energetic pup who kept us on our toes and is a lot of fun and equally loves a cuddle when he can sit still! It’s a beautiful spot, lovely house and the outdoor bath is a real bonus!
Michelle’s stay was such a wonderful experience. I enjoyed my time with Vinny so much! Vinny is very very sweet and cuddly. He likes to sit out on the balcony with you. He will definitely keep you company. And he’s such a BEAUTIFUL cat! One of the cutest cats I’ve ever seen. No exaggeration! Michelle’s place is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Her place made me feel at home away from home. Vinny is a dear cat to care for and I can’t wait to care for him again!
