Bakers Dog Care did an AMAZING job taking care of my pup! John was thorough when asking questions about my dog’s routine, diet, supplements and walks. He communicated with me and even included photos of how my pup was doing! I was 100% comfortable that my dog was safe and being well taken care. I will definitely be using Bakers Dog Care again!

I had been using a cat sitter for sometime and was no longer using her. My neighbors recommended Bakers Dog Care. From the moment I met John I knew my kids were in good hands. He goes over all details of when to feed, what to feed and anything he would need to know. I went on a 5 day trip and he texted me everyday to let me know everything was good. It felt great to know my cats were in such good hands. They are our kids and to find someone who shows his love of animals is hard to find. I would highly recommend Bakers Dog Care for all your pets

John and his team are outstanding! We’ve used Bakers Dog Care services weekly since we got our English Bulldog and it’s been such a positive experience. Our Millie gets excited when they come to feed her and take her out. They care so much about the dogs, the bowls are always washed filled with fresh water treats given etc. My work schedule changes weekly and John has been so accommodating always available. We would be lost without Bakers Dog Care. Millie thanks you all from the bottom of her doggy heart.

The best around! We've been using John and Baker's dog Care since we found out about him and couldn't be happier. John is more in tune with dog's than anyone I've encountered. I just want to share what a great person John is. His love and compassion for animals is beyond measure. He took care of my dogs like they were part of his family. He had also given me some food suggestions that helped my boys eat a more healthy diet. His partner who also came in to walk my dogs spent time with them that they needed while I was away. John was nice enough to help us out last minute and watch our black lab Adonis overnight and he had the best time ever! John and his wife are so sweet and clearly love animals. It is with great enthusiasm and not an ounce of hesitation that I recommend Baker’s Dog Care. They have been professional, reliable and all around wonderful since the moment I called for them to walk my pup. This may be a little long, but… I came home from work one day too sick to walk my dog, so, I called them based on a friend’s referral. They walked my dog 3 times a day for the next 10 days as I was unable to get out of bed. They also checked on me every time they came to the house. When one of the walkers was concerned that I looked worse than the day before, John, the owner, called to see if I was ok and offered to bring soup or whatever I needed. Since I began using their services I have taken in 3 fosters, 1 at a time. The walkers have been super helpful and accommodating with each new foster and the owner even let me borrow a crate. One of the fosters has had some trust issues due to neglect / abuse / no socialization. John spent some time visiting with my foster pup to build trust, a few times, before taking him for a walk. They are all professionals who truly love the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🐾💕

We used Baker's Dog Care a few times and each time Lila came home so happy. She reminded me of a child who didn't want to leave their day care because they were having too much fun! The second time we went to Baker's, Lila started barking when we were at the top of the block! By the time we parked she was pushing against the car door. This was a few months after our last visit! Both John and his wife took care of Lila like she was their own beloved dog. They were so respectful of our needs and concerns. We had used another dog care facility before so we know what Lila looks like when service is NOT good. This was not the case here. Lila came home buoyant, clean, smelling great, and filled up with kisses and love. She had none of the trouble that other dog places will tell you is "normal" when you bring your pet back home - no "readjustment" or feeding issues at all. Quite the opposite. Lila came home happy and content. I highly recommend Baker's Dog Care with no reservations.

This dog care service is the BEST! Took care of my dogs (and sometimes even me;) post surgery when I couldn’t walk my two by myself. They are amazing, caring and love your dogs like their own! I’ve also observed them coincidentally walking my dogs on my way home from work and they looked so happy and treated SO well! The first call we made for dog service was on the first day of a 1,500 participant event where we realized we didn’t have the services our clients would need. Robert currently walks our 2 year old American Rottweiler weekly and they are a fantastic pair together. Alberto walked my black lab for a full year. He did a great job, even with my dog not being comfortable with men he was able to form a great relationship with him. Additionally, if I needed a last minute walk he was always able to fit my dog in. The only down side I wish they did have was GPS navigation but other than that the app was easy to use and helpful. We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

I recently boarded my dogs with Donna, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! It was their first time boarding, and I was a bit nervous, especially since one of my dogs has epilepsy. However, Donna and her amazing team took incredible care of both of them. They made sure my epileptic dog was well looked after, and I felt confident knowing they were in such capable hands. When I picked them up, not only were they happy and healthy, but they also looked better than ever! Le Pooch Chateau is wonderful! Donna and her team did a great job taking care of our 5 month old puppy Maddy last month! They showed us around and sent us pictures. I can't say enough great things about Le Pooch Chateau! Donna and her team took such good of my pups! It's the first time in 5 years that i was able to tear my husband away from our dogs!!! He's always worried that no one would care for them the way we do. NEWS FLASH!!! Le Pooch Chateau did just that!!! We have two smallish dogs (9lb and 23lb) and the accommodations couldn't have been better! Clean, spacious, and Donna did everything to accommodate my rheumatoid arthritis girl. I highly recommend Le Pooch Chateau to everyone who's looking for a highly reliable dog boarding facility. I will definitely be boarding my dogs with Donna and her team from now on.

Le Pooch Chateau is the one and only place i take my babies to. The entire staff is amazing. They treat every dog with love and kindness. They pet them and play with them. The rooms are cute and clean. My dogs love everyone there (and trust me when i say that my male dog barely likes people hahah) The owner, Donna, is the sweetest lady ever! She is very kind, respectful and wants to do the best for my babies to have a great time. She was able to get my dogs to socialize with other dogs and she did that by being very patient, professional and kind. Debbie, Danielle and Chris are also very loving with my dogs. Everyone is! And you can really tell they do it with passion, not as a job, but as something they love doing. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do Le Pooch Chateau. Donna and her staff are fantastic and true animal lovers. We boarded our 2 dogs there for a night and they went above and beyond for our boys - from special accommodations for the grumpy guy to playing fetch with the younger one. The place was immaculately clean and they have a variety of spaces for the pups. Extra bonus, we had them groomed as well. Our dogs came home handsome and happy! Donna was super great at communicating and flexible to meet the dogs needs. You can tell she just wants the best for the dogs. It felt like leaving them with our favorite trusted aunt who happens to be in the dog boarding business - we had complete peace of mind while out of town.

I brought my Woodle, Willow here for a week and it was wonderful. This was our first year trying to plan vacation while owning a dog. We trusted LePooch Chateau to take care of Willow while we were away and I'm so glad we choose them. They sent pictures to keep me updated and let me know how she was doing during the week. Willow was comfortable in the home like environment and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely use them again.

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. My kitty's caretakers were just wonderful--kind and patient with her. My partner and I were struggling to find a good option for boarding our dog. Jennifer was responsive and and caring when coordinating boarding our pet. Her and her team made us feel comfortable through out the process and felt comfortable through out the week we were gone. Jennifer took amazing care of our precious treasure while we were away for 3 weeks. She made sure that our cat was fed, brushed and especially played with. While we were away, she stayed in contact with us and sent us many pictures of our cat and had answered all of our questions. All in all she was incredible with our cat and I definitely recommend her to others!

Paola is amazing, she took care of my husky last minute while I had an emergency work trip. Im usually skeptical about leaving my Hazel with strangers but Paola changed that & I will forever be grateful. Definitely leaving my Hazel in her care whenever I need to leave town. 10/10 experience.

We love Lucky Tails! We trust Rita completely with our dog and our home. She sends a pic every day of our pup having a good time outdoors. Rita is also highly communicative and responsive. On the very rare occasion when she cannot walk our dog, she lets us know way ahead of time who the substitute walker will be and offers for us to meet them. Our dog loves her and we would recommend Lucky Tails to everyone.

The owner Rita is absolutely amazing. My two dogs who are a little shy took to Rita almost immediately. It is a shame that we had to move away but we are still close enough that if we ever need a dog sitter we will use Rita without a question or doubt. Rita took care of our two cats for two weeks while we were out of town. My fiancee is a huge cat person and our last cat sitter was not as attentive as she should have ..been, so my fiancee would not have been comfortable with just anyone watching over her babies. With Rita she was very happy though! Rita was punctual, attentive, and very caring. She got to know our cats personalities and played with then, and they were much happier with her too. All in all, if you care about your cats, Rita will make sure both you and your cats are happy and satisfied with their level of care. Thanks Rita!

Rita was our trusty walker for our goofy goldendoodle for two years. Sadly we moved away, otherwise, we would've continued her services. Rita is very responsive-- prepandemic, she updated us with photos and notes of her walk with our Simba. She was timely, which was a huge key in our trust in her. And we were able to tell she cared about our dog, with the way he waited for her at the dog any time we mentioned her name. When the pandemic goes away and we are able to travel again, I will definitely have him board with his best bud Rita!

Rita is so nice and responsible. My cat and dog really like her. We were looking for someone to take care of our pets while we were out for a few days and she was the perfect fit. We received photos everyday ♥️

Rita has been walking our older beagle mix, Rose, for several months now and we couldn't be happier! She sends text message updates for each walk and even feeds and checks on water at no extra cost. She's very responsive and happy to accommodate extra walks or changes in schedules with reasonable notice. The few times I've been home when Rita comes to walk Rose, it's clear that our pup is excited and happy to see her.

Rita has been looking after our Golden Retriever for the last few months and done a fantastic job. She is always friendly, responsive and organised. Most of all, our dog loves spending time with her!

I had a an emergency & I came across Chica Bow Wow for my older special needs furry girl child. I needed someone super special, understanding, intelligent & kind, immediately. I couldn't even give 24 hours notice. The owner Barbara called me right back. She promised to help. I texted my instructions for my girls care in the midst of my madness and she kept up with every instruction from food to meds, from quirky to specific tasks she followed. She assured me all would be fine. She has so much experience, she didn't need me to hold her hand, she took the lead and saved both me and my kid. She even came to my home because I had to leave before I could see her. I took a leap of faith & what a blessing. I am forever in her gratitude. I don't think I could have been this fortunate. I will use Chica as long as I have furry babies. Everything was perfect & honestly you expect little mistakes, but that's not at all what happened. My dog girly is older, she needs medication, special food, extra walks & literally everything was done. Barbara even went to my vet in Cliffside Park & got meds for me because I didn't have enough when I had to leave. Bottom lines... I have in all the years of being with my fur baby, i haven't left her, but i had to & I now I'm never going to be afraid again. She makes her clients her family. They're professional in the most loving of ways. There's seemingly no request to big or to small. Keep the ones you love in Chicas care, you'll never have a worry, you'll not need to be afraid. My experience has been literally life saving & my rescue was Chica Bow Wow. Don't even bother looking elsewhere. Barbara is extremely professional and reliable. My dog warmed up to her right away during the meet and greet, and my dog is very timid around strangers so it was an immediate great sign. Barbara has a very calm and soothing aura about her, which is probably why dogs love her so much. She's done overnight stays in my apartment when I travel and takes great care of my dog. She uses the DoTimely app so you can keep track of when the walks start and stop, where they walk, if your sog went to the bathroom, and any other notes. Peace of mind with Barbara.
