We had such a great experience looking after Semi, Loupie and Bindi. They are the sweetest girls and and are so well behaved! It was really cute to see the 3 of them sleeping together or Loupie cleaning Semi after the walks, they really get along all together. We really enjoyed every moments we spent with them, either in the house or on the lovely walks around Derek and Hilary's home. The house is wonderful and very cosy. We had a very nice room with a super comfy bed and with an en-suite. The kitchen was perfect and we had some good wifi which allowed us to work without any problems. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels and pheasants come to feed in the garden all day. And the location is great, close to Newbury but in a quiet setting with different walks for the dogs that follow the Lambourn River (we saw 6 deers run in the fields on our first walk!). Finally Derek and Hilary were very welcoming and they provided us with all the useful information to take care of the house and look after the girls and they were available if we needed anything. We would highly recommend to house-sit for them and would be happy to return in the future if we have the opportunity.
What a wonderful stay! It'd be an absolute pleasure to sit Kenna again! Kenna was a dream to look after - very well-behaved, sleeps fine downstairs, is easy to walk and enjoys being in company almost as much as she loves chicken. Nicki kindly collected me from the station and stopped en route home for me to do my food shop. We enjoyed a dinner she'd kindly cooked up & chatted together with Neal. They gave me a good tour of the house & instructions. The house is gorgeous. I had a well-sized bedroom and very comfortable bed. I felt inspired to cook more in the beautiful kitchen and had some nice weather to enjoy the BBQ & the garden with Kenna. The area is pretty green quiet countryside with 2 pubs & a village shop in walking distance & buses to Reigate, Guildford & Dorking.
I loved sitting for Jeff and Linda. They have a seven year old golden retriever named Shelby. Jeff had written out lots of details and specific instructions for how best to care for Shelby. We had two Zoom calls prior to the sit and then a walk-through upon arrival. Everything was as Jeff explained (no surprises). I so appreciated all of the preparation and preplanning which made the sit go very smoothly. It was a bit hot during the sit and so Shelby was fairly mellow. She really enjoyed being brushed and always wanted to be near her people. Jeff and Linda's home is beautiful and comfortable. It's located near the magical Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. The community they're in has fantastic club-houses and the neighbors are some of the dearest people you'll ever meet.
I had a great time house sit for Paige. Walking Cider is a delight, and this cuddly little cutie came to sleep with me which melted my heart. The neighborhood is quiet and the grocery and cafe are within 10-15mins walk. I enjoyed my sit at Paige's.😊
I have really enjoyed my time with Boots! He is a very sweet cat and I immediately fell in love with him. His routine is really easy and he is fun to play with. He is also extremely cuddly and loved sleeping on my lap the most :) Jake and Charlie's home is more than just tastefully decorated and modern - it really has everything you could want. I felt very safe and comfortable in the area - I also appreciated the quick connection to the city centre. The detailed welcome guide meant that I was very well prepared for my trip to the house. Thank you Jake and Charlie and lots of kisses to Boots! I would love to see you again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my sit at Liz's beautiful home in Carlsbad. It's a short walk from the beach and close to many fantastic restaurants. The dogs love to sleep and chill out at home, but they also enjoy their walks, where see their different personalities really come out. Beatrice is a stop to smell the roses type of gal, while Herkie is just bursting with energy. I would definitely recommend this sit!

John and his team are outstanding! We’ve used Bakers Dog Care services weekly since we got our English Bulldog and it’s been such a positive experience. Our Millie gets excited when they come to feed her and take her out. They care so much about the dogs, the bowls are always washed filled with fresh water treats given etc. My work schedule changes weekly and John has been so accommodating always available. It is with great enthusiasm and not an ounce of hesitation that I recommend Baker’s Dog Care. They have been professional, reliable and all around wonderful since the moment I called for them to walk my pup. This may be a little long, but… I came home from work one day too sick to walk my dog, so, I called them based on a friend’s referral. They walked my dog 3 times a day for the next 10 days as I was unable to get out of bed. They also checked on me every time they came to the house. When one of the walkers was concerned that I looked worse than the day before, John, the owner, called to see if I was ok and offered to bring soup or whatever I needed. Since I began using their services I have taken in 3 fosters, 1 at a time. The walkers have been super helpful and accommodating with each new foster and the owner even let me borrow a crate. One of the fosters has had some trust issues due to neglect / abuse / no socialization. John spent some time visiting with my foster pup to build trust, a few times, before taking him for a walk. They are all professionals who truly love the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🐾💕
We used Baker's Dog Care a few times and each time Lila came home so happy. She reminded me of a child who didn't want to leave their day care because they were having too much fun! The second time we went to Baker's, Lila started barking when we were at the top of the block! By the time we parked she was pushing against the car door. This was a few months after our last visit! Both John and his wife took care of Lila like she was their own beloved dog. They were so respectful of our needs and concerns. We had used another dog care facility before so we know what Lila looks like when service is NOT good. This was not the case here. Lila came home buoyant, clean, smelling great, and filled up with kisses and love. She had none of the trouble that other dog places will tell you is "normal" when you bring your pet back home - no "readjustment" or feeding issues at all. Quite the opposite. Lila came home happy and content. I highly recommend Baker's Dog Care with no reservations.

Alberto walked my black lab for a full year. He did a great job, even with my dog not being comfortable with men he was able to form a great relationship with him. Additionally, if I needed a last minute walk he was always able to fit my dog in. The only down side I wish they did have was GPS navigation but other than that the app was easy to use and helpful. We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

I recently boarded my dogs with Donna, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! It was their first time boarding, and I was a bit nervous, especially since one of my dogs has epilepsy. However, Donna and her amazing team took incredible care of both of them. They made sure my epileptic dog was well looked after, and I felt confident knowing they were in such capable hands. When I picked them up, not only were they happy and healthy, but they also looked better than ever! I can't say enough great things about Le Pooch Chateau! Donna and her team took such good of my pups! It's the first time in 5 years that i was able to tear my husband away from our dogs!!! He's always worried that no one would care for them the way we do. NEWS FLASH!!! Le Pooch Chateau did just that!!! We have two smallish dogs (9lb and 23lb) and the accommodations couldn't have been better! Clean, spacious, and Donna did everything to accommodate my rheumatoid arthritis girl. I highly recommend Le Pooch Chateau to everyone who's looking for a highly reliable dog boarding facility. I will definitely be boarding my dogs with Donna and her team from now on.

Le Pooch Chateau is the one and only place i take my babies to. The entire staff is amazing. They treat every dog with love and kindness. They pet them and play with them. The rooms are cute and clean. My dogs love everyone there (and trust me when i say that my male dog barely likes people hahah) The owner, Donna, is the sweetest lady ever! She is very kind, respectful and wants to do the best for my babies to have a great time. She was able to get my dogs to socialize with other dogs and she did that by being very patient, professional and kind. Debbie, Danielle and Chris are also very loving with my dogs. Everyone is! And you can really tell they do it with passion, not as a job, but as something they love doing. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do Le Pooch Chateau. You treat us like family!
Donna and her staff are fantastic and true animal lovers. We boarded our 2 dogs there for a night and they went above and beyond for our boys - from special accommodations for the grumpy guy to playing fetch with the younger one. The place was immaculately clean and they have a variety of spaces for the pups. Extra bonus, we had them groomed as well. Our dogs came home handsome and happy! Donna was super great at communicating and flexible to meet the dogs needs. You can tell she just wants the best for the dogs. It felt like leaving them with our favorite trusted aunt who happens to be in the dog boarding business - we had complete peace of mind while out of town.
I brought my Woodle, Willow here for a week and it was wonderful. This was our first year trying to plan vacation while owning a dog. We trusted LePooch Chateau to take care of Willow while we were away and I'm so glad we choose them. They sent pictures to keep me updated and let me know how she was doing during the week. Willow was comfortable in the home like environment and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely use them again.
Dropped our dog off for the day and we are so pleased with what this place has to offer! The ladies were extremely friendly and caring, and they took such great care of him! We cannot wait to bring him back for daycare and for weekly boarding when we go on vacation!
Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.
Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!
Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.
New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!
My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!
As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

Excellent service! I use Trusty Tails on an adhoc basis for my foster dogs. There are many options to choose from based on your dogs needs, and it's super easy book and manage through the portal. The walker Emilio was very kind and caring, and uploaded the visit reports and photos very quickly.

Trusty Tails takes away the anxiety of leaving a pet at home! Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and courteous. We have appreciated the opportunity to meet our petsitter ahead of time and introduce him/her to our pet. The journal entries with details and pictures that we get after each visit are so thorough and fun to read. The staff is also very responsive via email or phone if we’ve had questions. I can't say enough about the people at Trusty Tails, if I could give 10 stars I would. They bring a combination of professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and flexibility that is unmatched. We were very nervous about leaving our new pup, but the people at Trusy Tails put us at ease. Whenever we have questions we hear back immediately, need to change something they are incredibly accommodating. The amazing people who come to be with our pup are attentive and treat our dog like a queen. They really seem to love what they do and it shows. I could never imagine using anyone else.

My dog got sick while we were away and they kept us updated and even added a 3rd daily visit to make sure he was okay. Our daily walker, Lizzie, has been great and takes such good care of our girl. One day our dog had an upset stomach and I saw from our cameras that she had to go out asap. I gave Trusty Tails a call and Dana was able to quickly help out and take such good care of Maya, she was amazing!! She was so sweet and took the time to follow up with me to make sure I knew Maya was okay. I am so happy with Trusty Tails and would 100% recommend them!
I had a stellar experience with Trusty Tails. They were professional, helpful whenever I had any questions, and always prompt with the visit update emails. My kitty's caretakers were just wonderful--kind and patient with her. The only time I ever had an issue, they addressed it head-on while taking responsibility, apologizing and providing a free service to make things right. Though my friends here (in Europe) take care of my kitty now, I wish Trusty Tails had an outpost here too!
My partner and I were struggling to find a good option for boarding our dog. Jennifer was responsive and and caring when coordinating boarding our pet. Her and her team made us feel comfortable through out the process and felt comfortable through out the week we were gone. Our dog loved her dog sitter and we plan on using them any time we’re out of town, going forward. Couldn’t recommend her services more highly!
My wife and I have been using Jennifer for about a year now since we have moved to NYC. She is absolutely fantastic with our cat Louie and we never have to worry while he is in her care. Jennifer took amazing care of our precious treasure while we were away for 3 weeks. She made sure that our cat was fed, brushed and especially played with. While we were away, she stayed in contact with us and sent us many pictures of our cat and had answered all of our questions. All in all she was incredible with our cat and I definitely recommend her to others!

Paola is amazing, she took care of my husky last minute while I had an emergency work trip. Im usually skeptical about leaving my Hazel with strangers but Paola changed that & I will forever be grateful. Definitely leaving my Hazel in her care whenever I need to leave town. 10/10 experience.

We love Lucky Tails! We trust Rita completely with our dog and our home. She sends a pic every day of our pup having a good time outdoors. Rita is also highly communicative and responsive. On the very rare occasion when she cannot walk our dog, she lets us know way ahead of time who the substitute walker will be and offers for us to meet them. Our dog loves her and we would recommend Lucky Tails to everyone.
The owner Rita is absolutely amazing. My two dogs who are a little shy took to Rita almost immediately. It is a shame that we had to move away but we are still close enough that if we ever need a dog sitter we will use Rita without a question or doubt. Rita took care of our two cats for two weeks while we were out of town. My fiancee is a huge cat person and our last cat sitter was not as attentive as she should have ..been, so my fiancee would not have been comfortable with just anyone watching over her babies. With Rita she was very happy though! Rita was punctual, attentive, and very caring. She got to know our cats personalities and played with then, and they were much happier with her too. Rita was our trusty walker for our goofy goldendoodle for two years. Sadly we moved away, otherwise, we would've continued her services. Rita is very responsive-- prepandemic, she updated us with photos and notes of her walk with our Simba. She was timely, which was a huge key in our trust in her. And we were able to tell she cared about our dog, with the way he waited for her at the dog any time we mentioned her name. When the pandemic goes away and we are able to travel again, I will definitely have him board with his best bud Rita!

Rita has been walking our older beagle mix, Rose, for several months now and we couldn't be happier! She sends text message updates for each walk and even feeds and checks on water at no extra cost. She's very responsive and happy to accommodate extra walks or changes in schedules with reasonable notice. The few times I've been home when Rita comes to walk Rose, it's clear that our pup is excited and happy to see her.
Rita has been looking after our Golden Retriever for the last few months and done a fantastic job. She is always friendly, responsive and organised. Most of all, our dog loves spending time with her!

I had a an emergency & I came across Chica Bow Wow for my older special needs furry girl child. I needed someone super special, understanding, intelligent & kind, immediately. I couldn't even give 24 hours notice. The owner Barbara called me right back. She promised to help. I texted my instructions for my girls care in the midst of my madness and she kept up with every instruction from food to meds, from quirky to specific tasks she followed. She assured me all would be fine. She has so much experience, she didn't need me to hold her hand, she took the lead and saved both me and my kid. She even came to my home because I had to leave before I could see her. I took a leap of faith & what a blessing. I am forever in her gratitude. I don't think I could have been this fortunate. I will use Chica as long as I have furry babies. Everything was perfect & honestly you expect little mistakes, but that's not at all what happened. My dog girly is older, she needs medication, special food, extra walks & literally everything was done. Barbara even went to my vet in Cliffside Park & got meds for me because I didn't have enough when I had to leave. Bottom lines... I have in all the years of being with my fur baby, i haven't left her, but i had to & I now I'm never going to be afraid again. She makes her clients her family. They're professional in the most loving of ways. There's seemingly no request to big or to small. Keep the ones you love in Chicas care, you'll never have a worry, you'll not need to be afraid. My experience has been literally life saving & my rescue was Chica Bow Wow. Don't even bother looking elsewhere. Barbara is extremely professional and reliable. My dog warmed up to her right away during the meet and greet, and my dog is very timid around strangers so it was an immediate great sign. Barbara has a very calm and soothing aura about her, which is probably why dogs love her so much. She's done overnight stays in my apartment when I travel and takes great care of my dog. She uses the DoTimely app so you can keep track of when the walks start and stop, where they walk, if your sog went to the bathroom, and any other notes. Peace of mind with Barbara. Highly recommend!
