Laura was an absolutely extraordinary pet-sitter and housesitter! She is organized, honest, flexible, and patient. She was an absolute pro with my temperamental kitty, in fact my cat was rubbing up against Laura's legs within a day of her arrival (this is amazing). Had a wonderful stay looking after Amber and Zoe. Charlotte the owner very good communication before and during my sit. I had a video meet going through a detailed welcome guide that covered everything. Video call was most helpful as I had a couple of queries that were resolved. Amber the most sweet natured dog ever so quiet, well behaved and so easy to look after. Zoe such a character typical kitten always around flying about in the garden, purring and affectionate. Charlottes home is huge, beautiful!! my room was located on the second floor with a four poster big comfortable bed. Aga in kitchen was great no preheating - very well equipped. Great WiFi, sky television with the apps eg Netflix in the very cosy tv room. Very well located for visiting north Norfolk coast 30 minutes - local village community pub serving great food 10 minutes walk ! Thank you for giving me my second sit on Trusted House Sitters

Evie Willow is a joy to be around. She is highly intelligent, obedient, curious and a huge snuggler. We met a lot of friendly faces on our daily walks. Everyone seemed to know her. She lives with her mum in a cosy cottage tucked away at the end of a brick paved driveway in inner Newcastle. We had no issues with finding a place to park but just in case Kerri has kindly organised a parking pass for guests. The large bedroom the sitter uses is up stairs. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of hanging space for clothes and large fluffy towels. The location is wonderful and is walking distance to everything you need and all the exciting amenities a large city offers. New Annual was on when we were there and we enjoyed Chalk the Walk and the local art gallery. Another highlight was taking the tram to the start of a walking crime tour at Customs House. Communication before and during the sit was great. Kerri clearly outlined her expections and sent a digital copy and also had a printed copy available on arrival. She even provided an extra set of keys in case our daughter visited from Sydney. We were grateful that Kerri trusted us to care for Evie Willow and their house. We would glady sit for Kerri in the future.
Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to meet. I enjoyed talking with her. She and her husband Rudy were very kind and thoughtful. The Welcome Guide included easy, clear instructions. On the first day of the sit, they, the doggie and darling granddaughter picked me up and treated me to a delicious lunch at the organic restaurant they own, Charlie Hong Kong. It was excellent! Shakinah is so adorable, beautiful and well-behaved. She was fun to walk with her spunky, inquisitive energy as she sniffed her way through the quiet neighborhood. And she loves to be pampered. I had no problem obliging! :) Shakinah enjoyed “spa days” to include endless belly rubs, neck and back massages and even reiki and meditation. If we were not outside in the beautifully landscaped gardens of their immaculate home, we were at the beach. I mean, what’s not to like about Santa Cruz! I loved how well-organized their home is as well as the separate cottage where I stayed, with all the amenities I needed. Sitting on their deck overlooking the Arroyo was majestic. I miss that sweet pup. I would jump at the opportunity to care for Shakinah again. She is her name: the feminine presence of God. Thank you Carolyn and Rudy for the honor of serving as your inaugural petsitter with THS. Hugs and Peace and more Peace. You deserve it.
We absoutley loved our stay at Penny and Euan's house. They were very accomdating hosts making us lunch before showing us around the property and made us feel very welcomed. The house is set amongst beautiful scenery and you will see all the wildlife of Scotland. All the animals had such beautiful personalities and are incredibly trained. Fizz, Basil and Beth are very lovable and just want all the cuddles. Fizz had us constantly laughing with her stares wanting more pats when we gave the others attention. Murdo was the coolest cat, very chilled out and snuggly. Not to mention he often joined us for the walks around the gardens. An absolute added bonus were the farm animals, we really got the true Scottish experience. Highly recommend staying here, you will have the best time with the loving animals and a beautiful house. Thank you very much for this incredible stay.
