Jill was amazing! The dogs adored her and she handled them well. We had no problem leaving them with her. I look forward to our next meeting. Thanks again Jill 😘

Was a pleasure to pet sit for Sharmila! Wolf, Tommie and Stella were adorable angels who followed me around the house, always curious what I was up to. Stella is super playful and energetic, loves the laser pen feather toys, and occasionally coming over for a cuddle. Wolf loves cuddles and snuggling up on the bed at night, while Tommie is the most laid back, liking to be near me and getting stroked occasionally. Sharmila's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was lovely to stay in. Overall, a great experience!

Stephanie
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting for Stephanie, and looking after her cat, Archie, who was very easy to care for, simply requiring feeding and brief strokes, as he spent most of the time snoozing in his bed or on the sofa.

Stephanie was the perfect host. We had a chat on the 'phone ahead of the sit, so we knew exactly what was required of us and we were sent very helpful directions, enabling us to find the property more easily.

As for Stephanie's home, it is a beautiful, spacious, characterful barn conversion, set in stunning grounds, looking across the South Hams out to the sea. The barn has all mod cons, is very well furnished, and there are lovely seating areas to the front and rear of the property. We had our own room with bathroom, and slept well in the comfy bed.

The property is set in a rural location, about 15 minutes' drive inland from Slapton, so guests would need a car, but you do have some wonderful places, such as Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, a short drive away.

All in all, a highly recommended housesit/petsit and we look forward to returning in the near future, this time to look after her dog, Chilli, as well as Archie the cat.

Valerie + Jon
I had such a wonderful time with Janet and Baby Boo. They are the so adorable with fun personalities. Their care is easy and play with them very entertaining. Valerie and Jon were incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful hosts. Thank you for the wine! The home is comforting and homey. While near lots of restaurants, shops, and events, I also got to enjoy the haven of their apartment as there was minimal city noise. Perfect combo for work, exploration, and relaxation. Highly recommended sit if you are fortunate to be invited! Thank you for the invite Valerie & Jon!

Kathleen
We had a great stay with Cortina in Invermere! She’s an incredibly sweet cat, very loving and there were many belly rubs in front of the fire. She’s also chatty and will let you know if she wants to go outside!

Kathleen was easy to communicate with, and kindly welcomed us into their beautiful home. Hope we’re able to stay with Cortina in the future!

Ainslie
I spent a fabulous month looking after Sam and Eddy. They’re both beautiful loving dogs, easy to care for and love their daily visit to the enclosed dog park only a couple of blocks away. The house is immaculate and the guest bedroom is rather luxurious, complete with electric blanket, TV and chromecast, a few lovely little unexpected bonuses! A small shopping hub with supermarket etc is a five minute walk away and the bus stop is just around corner. Ainslie and Sven are very welcoming and generous hosts and I would highly recommend this sit. Thanks so much for everything guys, hope to revisit again soon X

Adam
We had such a great time spending those almost 2 weeks looking after Olive. Adam and Esther are wonderful hosts who provided us with clear instructions regarding everything. On the first day, Esther showed us how and where to walk with Olive, so we felt much more comfortable on these walks with her later. And about Olive… she’s such a sweet dog that we’re gonna miss her forever!! She liked us from the very start, and I truly believe there will be no problem for her to get used to anyone’s presence; she’s just a really sociable dog. The flat is in a great location with every cool bar or cafe close by. The Acropolis is around a 20-minute walk, so that was like nothing considering how vast the city is. All in all, an absolutely adorable dog, extremely unproblematic and lovely hosts, the best location to stay in one of the liveliest cities in Europe - it’s such a gem!! I hope we’ll be back :)
