Highly recommended!!! Serious and organized company. Very attentive to the needs of the animals and kind. With my dog and cat, being far from my house and not being able to transport them both, they agreed to go to my house every day and take care of my animals. Plus I was more relaxed about the house and they also agreed to water the plants. I had a great time with them, exceptional service!
Flavio was fantastic! Our dog is a bit challenging because he is deaf and of a certain age. Plus we leave it very little and this makes things even more complicated and it's a pain every time. Flavio listened with patience and curiosity to all our directives as anxious mothers and was very attentive to all our dog's needs. He sent us photos and videos daily and explained how Ollie was doing via text with updates on what they were doing together. For the first time after many negative experiences we found a calm and comfortable dog and this filled us with joy and gratitude! Thanks so much Flavio!
I called just an hour before following an emergency and they immediately took action to help me with Sally. In constant contact throughout the day. I highly recommend them. They are very reliable and very kind.
