Diedre bonded with Ava very quickly and Ava seemed to be very appreciative of having a lap to sit on whenever she was at a loose end, and also when Tropicsal Storm Debby was passiing by with wind and rain outside.
Had a lovely stay at Alysha and Alex’s place watching Satchmo and Santos. Their home is spacious with beautiful plants and natural lighting. The cats warmed up to us throughout the weekend and became more social and cuddly! We would definitely love to sit for Alysha and Alex again sometime!
Elli was easy to communicate with before and during my sit. Cookie was great, friendly and a super low-maintenance chap! The house was really nice and in a great location for some beautiful Pentland walks, as well as the bus into Edinburgh! Would recommend!
I had the most wonderful time cat sitting Anjuna and Javanna for Alex and Maya💛💛💛 I have now completed 2 sits with them and both times I absolutely loved every second of it. Right from the start, Alex and Maya were so friendly, they made me feel so welcome in their home and ensured I had all the information necessary for looking after the cats. The communication has been excellent both times and I felt confident to reach out to them with anything I needed. The cats are suuuuch wonderful company and so cute, cuddly and intelligent- I barely left the apartment for just wanting to spend time with them! My favourite moments were just sitting relaxing with a book and one of the cats curled up on my lap🥰 The apartment is also so beautiful and clean- and has incredible views over the city. It felt so homely and comfortable I didn’t want to leave! Plus it is in such a lovely, quiet area of the city with some very pretty and clean private gardens in the square to take advantage of. To summarise, I cannot recommend pet sitting for Alex and Maya enough- I had the best time staying there looking after Anjuna and Javanna and relaxing in their beautiful apartment- and given the chance I would always return to cat sit for them☺️
It was great to spend these days with Fifi & Mr Bones as I felt very wellcomed. They are very friendly and love receiving attention and being around us. We spent a lot of time with them in the house , on the couch in the evening and morning & afternoon we took daily walks in the village and surrounding area. Both dogs are sweet and gentle. Fifi is quiet and independent. Mr Bones is very expressive and more dependent. He likes to follow you everywhere and like to sleep in the same room as you. Belinda and Robbin are great hosts. Communication with me was easy at all time. The house is clean and warm for the winter, with a nice garden and top roof.
We had a great time watching Lucy and Lilly for a night. It was a quick stay but the dogs warmed up to us right away, and Lucy gave us lots of snuggles. Walking them was easy with two of us, as one would focus on Lucy and the other walking easygoing Lilly would clean up the poops. Michelle and Joe were easy to communicate with, and their apartment is in a nice walkable area of Berlin. We had a nice time and would definitely sit for them again.
My experience at Harriet's house was great! Starting with her, in addition to providing me with all the necessary prior information, she was also a great host: She welcomed me at the train station, showed me a little about the village, made me feel comfortable in the house, which is very pleasant. Even during my stay, she was ready to help, she was very sweet. Roger is the cutest thing, he kept me company all the time. He both slept and spent the day with me. I left there with a heavy heart, as Roger stood around meowing while I packed my suitcase, realizing that my departure was imminent. I wish to return one day. Thanks for everything, Harriet!
