Cat Sitters in Selby On The Bay, MD

Laurie, her daughter Ellie, and her husband Bryan were all involved in looking after my house and my dog Juno. Juno can be challenging the first day of a sit because of separation distress and a tendency to be skittish with new people. Laurie and her family handled all this in stride and by the end of the sit, she reported that Juno was enjoying her walks and playing with Ellie. Thank you Laurie, Ellie, and Bryan for your patience and care in looking after my shy little dog and my home.

Jane and David were great sitters. Our home was clean and tidy when we returned and our dogs were happy and well cared for. We would be happy to have them sit for us again sometime.

Charles and family were great! I highly recommend them for anyone. They were especially accommodating when our flights were delayed coming home. I hope they will help us out again in the future.

Amanda was such a big help to us with our dog Bella! We really appreciated all of her hard work & effort to make sure our pup had everything she needed. We got daily texts & photos. This was the second time I’ve had Gretchen watch my 3 cats and home. Her calm temperament is well suited to my 2 semi-socialized, previously feral cats. My indoor cat also loves pampering from Gretchen. Besides cat tending, Gretchen was tasked with a list of outside duties which included keeping bird feeders stocked, squirrels in peanuts, water stations filled, decks and fish pond clear of leaves and debris. She was in frequent communication, and kept me abreast of kitty activities. I will be inviting Gretchen back to sit in the future!

Andra and her son were wonderful guests and sitters. Everyday she’d send videos and photos with updates. Our cats seemed to really enjoy all of the love! Our home was left clean and well cared for. I highly recommend Andra!

Kaitlin was amazing. She sent me daily updates and I loved seeing how affectionate our dog was with Kaitlin. Our neighbors also commented that they saw a lot of Fern and Kaitlin, and Fern's tail was always wagging. Kaitlin left the house neat and clean, and spent lots of quality time with Fern. I think Fern actually had some withdrawals when I got home and had to go back to work! I would definitely recommend Kaitlin to care for your pets.

Hana was lovely, super easy to communicate with, very responsible, and clearly very attentive to our cat. So much so that he didn't even seem to care when we got home - I guess he liked her more than us 😅. She cleaned up thoroughly before she left (I think the place was more clean when we returned than when we left!) and kept us updated throughout. Thanks Hana!

Maria was amazing. From the beginning to end, I could not say more good things. She took care of my babies and house as it was her own. I definitely recommend and would have her again. Gracias mi amor!!!

Anna sat for our Cailie again - she was happy, well fed and medicated while we were away. Anna is neat and tidy and her communications are timely and informative. We are glad to have Anna back anytime.

It’s almost impossible to convey the peace of mind that Lesley (and James) gave us while sitting our home and pets, and how grateful we were. Lesley was not only the perfect ‘house guest’ but treated our home like her own. When we arrived home from vacation, everything was in absolutely perfect condition; cleaner than when we left it! She had changed the sheets and even put out new towels! When it came to the pets, Lesley is clearly a pet lover and we would 100% entrust her with our cats and dog again. In the photos and videos she sent us, it was clear that the animals adored her – the cats snuggled up to her on our first night away; the traitors!  Not only did Lesley keep us up to date with their antics, but we also heard from our neighbours who had encountered her while out on walks, that she was such a great support, and that it was obvious she was treating our pets like they were hers. Jackson, our golden retriever, must have been sad to see her leave, because he seemed to get more walks and cuddles than we dole out – Lesley set a new standard of dog parenting in our house! We can’t thank and recommend Lesley enough. She is a kind, reliable and all-round fantastic lady, who we’d entrust with our home and pets again in a heartbeat.
