I really enjoyed having M'lyn sit for Kiki and me. She communicated regularly with me using WhatsApp (because I was overseas), and I never had any concerns about the house or Kiki. She also communicated with my neighbors as needed. My house was spotless when I came home. I would welcome her and Cory back.
Bethany and Jason were absolutely wonderful. We came back to find the house and garden immaculate (in fact cleaner than I had left it.) They had taken the trouble to compile a list of all the sights that they had visited and left brochures for future house sitters They had very kindly bought food for us for when we returned and have given us a beautiful rose for our garden. Laura is wonderful! I’ve gone on several week-long trips and she has reliably fed my cat and given her snuggles, while giving me individualized report cards and photos. I’m also very particular when it comes to my cat’s feeding schedule and my home door lock/security system can be finicky, but Laura handled both like a pro. Highly recommended!

I have used Laura for my dog probably 6 times. I know my dog is well taken care of when I am out of town and I always receive updates throughout. I HIGHLY recommend, especially if you want the type of care that a boarding facility cannot provide. My dog adores Laura and feels so comfortable with her.

She does little things beyond just pet care that make a huge difference, like bringing in packages and mail, and taking care of plants. She also is always willing to jump in at the last minute when plans change, which they often do. Having Laura taking care of my cats takes a huge weight off my mind when I am away.

Despite a busy schedule, she not only took care of feeding and watering my cats, but gave them the love and attention they needed. She sent many pictures daily to assure us that they were doing well. Toni is just great. I originally asked her to take care of my two cats about three years ago. They both had health issues and needed meds two times a day. She was able to take good care of them both until I had to put them down. Now she takes care of my healthy young Rocky boy. She really loves pets and is a joy to work with. All of my guys love her. Max must have been a very happy camper. He scarfed up every bite of food left for his 2 week stay and seems to have checked out the other guests at the cat resort. His person was relieved that he had behaved politely, enjoyed his stay among other cats and was also glad to enter his special travel compartment. As for Max's human, I am most grateful for the kind attention, the care in administering his meds which required tinkering with his food and the very reasonable cost of these services. Thank you Heidi for your gentle pet Care, with a capital C. It's so good not to feel guilty about leaving your pet on the holidays.
Heidi is awesome! We’ve been taking our cat there for years. We’ve had our cat there for a long weekend and for a week. She is so accommodating and very flexible. We had to change dates a few time for our cat to stay, and there was no issue. One of our cats passed away that we use to take to Cornell’s and Heidi sent us a card in the mail. She is so personable and caring for the cats and I can’t see us taking our cat anywhere else.
Heidi took wonderful care of our cat while we were away from the Capital Region. The first time I called her, she cheerfully answered the phone and made me comfortable right away, offering me the chance to come and get a tour of her facility. Upon touring, we quickly decided to enroll our cat in boarding, which was a very simple process. I felt very comfortable our cat was in good hands throughout our trip. When we picked her up, she wanted to stay! Heidi made sure our cat liked the food given, too, and showed she really got to know our cat. Thank you, Heidi and Cornell's. We will be back!
My cat is quite the picky girl but she absolutely loved her stay. She was a little stressed being away from home for a two week period but they took excellent care of her. They acknowledged her stress and catered to her needs with no issue. The cats are let out for daily exercise and they have no issue with a pet mom checking on the fur baby. Highly recommended.
We had a very good experience boarding two cats with Heidi. We were referred to her by our Vet. She provided great care and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Cornell's Cat Boarding.
This place is NOT closed! My cats love it here. Google dishonestly listed them as closed after the owners declined to pay Google for extra advertising. Greedy, greedy! Later: I am pleased to see that Google relented and put them back on the active list again. My cats love this place. They used to complain about getting in their carriers (meant a trip to the vet). Now they hop right in and don't even complain in the car, because they think (usually correct) that they are going to Cornell's.

Cornell's Cat Boarding Where we where looking at we wanted to board our 2 cats there but the place was too small. They didn't have an area where the cats could play in. Too narrow cages but price is right!
