We most definetly recommend Helen and Steve as house sit. They are THE BEST "IN THE GAME". We were lucky enough to have them as our second experience on the platform and not only that but also we have had the pleasure of having Steve as our Sit Coach. Steve and Helen are very loving and generous. They explained everything around the routine with the animals and the house. Steve is very detail oriented and we appreciate that. * While we were together at the house, we got royal treatment, they made us fell more than at home, they made us feel like part of the family. While they were away, they were kind enough to share some of their expirience on their travels, sharing photos, videos, curiosities and cultural references about their journey, which gave us the opportunity to get to know England more than what we could see on our own journey. We gave Steve and Helen updates on "the boys" (Albie and Royden) as we went along. * Their home is a wonderful place, with a AWESOME garden where Albie and Royden love to play and hang out, while the house is very up to date technology wise. From the Sonos system installed in all rooms of the house to a excellent espresso machine that we really enjoyed. * The routine with the dogs were very pleasant and easy I gotta say. Albie and Royden are extremely well trained and they will follow your commands. We took them every day to the park, which is up the road, after their first feed of the day, and that was fun and exciting. We ended up making new friends at the park and we looked forward to it everyday. By the end of the day, we took the boys around the block for their last necessities of the day. * We are very grateful to have had this opportunity and to have made the connection with the Head family. We would love to go back !

Í have just noticed I didn't leave feedback from my wonderful stay at Jeff and Marg's beautiful home caring for the delighful Shadow. Jeff & Marg are great communicators and I met them both and Shadow prior to my stay I knew straight away that I would feel comfortable and safe in their home (Shadow is the best protector!). Their home is very clean, modern and so close to the beach! It was a delight walking Shadow various times through the day (because it was still very warm we would go on 'before bedtime' walkies by the beach). Marg left me a delicious home-made cake, choccies and wine - thank you! The location of their home is perfect for beach walks and 'Shadow & me' coffee times:) and the local surf club members all knew Shadow:) Marg & Jeff have asked me to house-sit again in 2023,and I am very much looking forward to spending time caring for Shadow again! Thank you so much for trusting me with Shadow and your home!
Darcy was a complete darling to look after. She is so good natured and affectionate. She loves her walks as well as a wander around her garden. Marc and Lesley were very welcoming and friendly including lifts to the station as I don't drive.
Coco & Lola are adorable kittens that are friendly, fun & easy to look after. Lori & Mike's home is wonderfully comfortable, cosy and fully equipped for housesitting. Communication was brilliant before and during the sit and Lori had prepared all the necessities for pet care. I would highly recommend this housesit & would love to stay again. Missing the little sweetpeas already!

Laura is wonderful! I’ve gone on several week-long trips and she has reliably fed my cat and given her snuggles, while giving me individualized report cards and photos. I’m also very particular when it comes to my cat’s feeding schedule and my home door lock/security system can be finicky, but Laura handled both like a pro. Highly recommended!

Max must have been a very happy camper. He scarfed up every bite of food left for his 2 week stay and seems to have checked out the other guests at the cat resort. His person was relieved that he had behaved politely, enjoyed his stay among other cats and was also glad to enter his special travel compartment. As for Max's human, I am most grateful for the kind attention, the care in administering his meds which required tinkering with his food and the very reasonable cost of these services. Thank you Heidi for your gentle pet Care, with a capital C. It's so good not to feel guilty about leaving your pet on the holidays.
Heidi is awesome! We’ve been taking our cat there for years. We’ve had our cat there for a long weekend and for a week. She is so accommodating and very flexible. We had to change dates a few time for our cat to stay, and there was no issue. One of our cats passed away that we use to take to Cornell’s and Heidi sent us a card in the mail. She is so personable and caring for the cats and I can’t see us taking our cat anywhere else.
Heidi took wonderful care of our cat while we were away from the Capital Region. The first time I called her, she cheerfully answered the phone and made me comfortable right away, offering me the chance to come and get a tour of her facility. Upon touring, we quickly decided to enroll our cat in boarding, which was a very simple process. I felt very comfortable our cat was in good hands throughout our trip. When we picked her up, she wanted to stay! Heidi made sure our cat liked the food given, too, and showed she really got to know our cat. Thank you, Heidi and Cornell's. We will be back!
My cat is quite the picky girl but she absolutely loved her stay. She was a little stressed being away from home for a two week period but they took excellent care of her. They acknowledged her stress and catered to her needs with no issue. The cats are let out for daily exercise and they have no issue with a pet mom checking on the fur baby. Highly recommended.
We had a very good experience boarding two cats with Heidi. We were referred to her by our Vet. She provided great care and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Cornell's Cat Boarding.
This place is NOT closed! My cats love it here. Google dishonestly listed them as closed after the owners declined to pay Google for extra advertising. Greedy, greedy! Later: I am pleased to see that Google relented and put them back on the active list again. My cats love this place. They used to complain about getting in their carriers (meant a trip to the vet). Now they hop right in and don't even complain in the car, because they think (usually correct) that they are going to Cornell's.

Cornell's Cat Boarding Where we where looking at we wanted to board our 2 cats there but the place was too small. They didn't have an area where the cats could play in. Too narrow cages but price is right!
