It is hard to put into words how wonderful Edina and Casemiro were in taking care of our home, our dog Tucker and even ourselves as we had a few days together with them during the before and after sit. In fact, they had to rearrange their travel plans to avoid the hurricane in Florida and ensure they arrived in time. They are an amazing couple - extremely respectful, kind and compassionate. They shared pictures of Tucker every day and we could tell he was having the time of his life with them. He really grew attached during the three weeks and was so sad to see them go. Our house was left immaculate and they even cooked several meals for us after our long journey home for Europe, arriving in the middle of the night and taking time to readjust to time change. We absolutely love this couple and can recommend them to others without any hesitation. You would be very fortunate to have them house and pet sit for your family.
We were lucky enough to have Kara look after our home and Mavis while we headed overseas for two weeks. Right from the start Kara’s communication was clear and upfront. She was keen to understand the nuances of our home. Kara was also keen to learn about all things to do with Mavis. While we were away Kara communicated when required, and also sent us some lovely updates and pics of Mavis. On our return, we were super pleased to find our home spick and span! The place sparkled and it was obvious she cared for our home like we do. We were delighted to see how calm, happy and content Mavis was. Kara clearly enjoyed being here with Mavis and we thank her for her time, care and diligence. We have no hesitation in recommending Kara and hope to be lucky enough to have her sit again in the future.
Trinity and Taylor were easy to deal with, communicative, reliable and always cheerful. They left the house super clean and tidy and had even put fresh bedding on the bed for us when we got home. They fed the birds and the fish, as well as looking after the dogs, and were happy to water our plants if necessary. While we were away our dog Sid had a small health problem. Trinity let us know early on and sorted everything out with the vet. We felt very confident that the dogs were well taken care of and loved receiving the photos of them. Unusually the electricity tripped during their stay, and by the time we heard about it they had contacted the local friends we put in the welcome guide and had it all sorted. Trinity was very capable and cheerful dealing with these issues. We highly recommend these sitters, it's been a pleasure to meet them and we are very grateful for the good care they took with our home and pets.
