Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Superb service by Sally and her family would thoroughly recommend. We first left our Parrot with Sally for a week after our normal sitter was unavailable, on first visiting Brinsley Pet Care and meeting Sally I felt comfortable leaving him, the set up is amazing and Sally had a nice confident way with the animals. After our Parrot visit we felt comfortable asking Sally if she would visits our old dogs and give them lunch and medication if we have to be out the house for longer than normal, they love her and she sends little videos of them in the garden having some fuss 😍. Such reasonable prices as well ~ Amazing ❤️
I've been using Brinsley Pet Care for a few years to look after my ratty mischief. They have quite spacious multi level accommodation for their stays I've had several rats that needed multiple doses of life-saving medications and this has never been a problem for Sally. They have a great time and return happy and healthy. ❤️
Sally and her family are amazing and are passionate about animals. I wouldn't leave our bird with anyone else. She loves staying there. It's nice to go away and not worry about her being looked after properly. Service is always amazing

Just collected our two rabbits from their first stay with Sally after a long weekend and would highly recommend Brinsley Pet Care for boarding your rabbits/birds/Guinea pigs/rats/tortoise!! It’s a lovely setting and clearly a place where all the animals are well loved and looked after. The cost is also highly reasonable and very good value. Sally answered my enquiry and all my emailed questions straightaway before their stay which was very reassuring when using a service you only know via FB. Absolutely fantastic service. I stumbled across Brinsley Pet Care when I was let down by another place. I am so glad they let me down as Sally was fantastic! We took our two bunnies and one hamster to board at Brinsley Pet Care for two weeks. When we dropped them off we spoke about having tried to bond the bunnies but that we had struggled. Sally offered to try and bond them while we were away. She kept us regularly updated with messages, pictures and videos. Our two bunnies are, as I type, snuggled up together in one hutch. They are so happy together, they lie next to each other and groom each other. I can't express how grateful we all are. We are over the moon they are bonded. Sally obviously loves animals and has a great affection for them. They have all had a fab time on holiday and am sure they are looking forward to going again! We have kept Sally updated on the bunnies progress since we returned home and Brinsley Pet Care will be our go to for any future boarding needs. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank-you so much.
Highly recommended Happy paws hotel! our 2 guinea pigs, popcorn and Oreo have just had a 2 week stay while we were on holiday. They were extremely well cared for. Yasmin genuinely cares for all the animals she looks after and puts so much effort into making their stay enjoyable. It was reassuring knowing they were happy while we were away. Yasmin kept us up to date with how they were doing with photos/videos. Will definitely use again for future holidays!
We have been using Happy Paws for over a year now, including three times this year alone, and we will never use anyone else to look after our two cats. Yasmin is amazing with them and they both love her. The fact that she comes to your house is a million times better than stressing out cats our by sending them to a cattery! She has looked after our cats when one was fresh out of surgery and needed medication and she gave him fantastic care. She sends pictures and text updates which are reassuring - even when we are out of the country we know that our fur babies will be safe and cared for. Yasmin has been walking our Labrador regularly for a few months now. She’s honest, reliable and punctual… and most importantly he completely adores her! He gets so excited when she arrives and is tired out enough after each walk to settle for the whole afternoon. Yasmin provides updates after each walk, with some great photos and videos for peace of mind that he’s having a brilliant time out with her. She also checks on our cat and rabbit when she visits, which helped us massively after our cat had surgery recently. I have no hesitation in recommending Happy Paws. Yasmin genuinely has a huge passion for animals and this shows in how well they respond to her.

Recently had Yazmin at Happy Paws out to look after our 3 cats whilst we were away. The cats are 1 and 20 years old and at the last minute the youngest cat required daily medication. Yazmin did all that we asked of her and more, our home was looked after and being a little OCD myself over cleanliness and security, she stepped up to the mark and was exceptional, professional, responsible and caring. She spent time with the cats to put them at ease before they were left alone with her. She cleaned up on every occasion, treated our home with respect and we have no hesitation in recommending or using her again, in fact we have already booked in her for next year.
I needed my 2 German Wirehaired Pointers walking for 2 weeks while away. I was afraid they might be a bit of a handful. Happy Paws did an excellent job with them and coped perfectly. They responded to the walker really well. Really pleased. If I need the dogs looking after again I know exactly who to contact. Highly recommended.

Baxter has been with Petpals since he was a young pup. Through his life he has always been challenging to say the least! Petpals have guided us through his behaviour and have always brought him back home safe and happy. There are very few people who he greets at the door, the Petpals team always get a “family” greeting. His level of excitement when he hears the van pull onto the drive is off the scale! Sadly, he was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the year. The level of care and love that the team show him is so heartwarming. We don’t know how long our precious boy will stay with us, but while he is, Petpals will always be our “go to” people to look after him.
Petpals took care of our two shy cats while we were away, got daily updates, even when they didn't see them to say food eaten and litter trays used etc.. Got a really personalised service as felt they didn't just take care of cats needs they also put our minds at rest. Came home to 2 happy, well fed girls and a clean space where they had been fed. Everything left neat and tidy, will 100% use again and would recommend xxxx
From puppy visits @ 11 weeks old through to pack walks now at 2, home boarding and grooming, PetPals are fabulous and wonderfully caring. Baxter absolutely adores and looks forward to his walks. Love Fiona and the team and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boy

She comes back happy and exercised, she's super excited whenever she hears the car pulling up to take her for one of their adventures. Great Facebook picture of her journeys. Could not recommend enough Just an update to say still fantastic. Their home boarding is a vital part of our life now.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The people working there are amazing. They could not be more accommodating and will always help whenever they can. Their love of the pets they care for could never be questioned. My work shifts change constantly and I know I can message them and get a reply back almost immediately saying they can take the dog that day. I also love the fact that they put photos on showing the dogs on the walk having the time of their life. I have and always will highly recommend them
We have been using Petpals (Amber Valley) since we got our puppy in July 2019. They offer a fantastic and flexible service. We simply let them know what days we need them on a Sunday for the following week by text message and they just book us in. We generally use them 2 days a week but the days fluctuate depending on work commitments. Petpals have always accommodated the flexibility that we need and occasionally we request the first walk of the day (as they have multiple walks), and they have always obliged. Our puppy loves his walks with Petpals and all his little friends and he is always very excited when they come to collect him. We love to see what he has been up to on his walks when the photos are posted as well. I would highly recommend!
Our GSD Lucy has been part of the Pet Pals pack walks for just over a year now and has also had several home stays when we were unable to take her with us on holiday. The service from Pet Pals is fantastic; prompt, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Lucy always has a great time on her walks whether she is with the 'little guys' or the 'big guys'! After a home stay she is is always very happy when we pick her up. As we do not have family in the area who can help us with dog care, finding Pet Pals has been a life saver. Would recommend without hesitation
I have used Petpals for nearly a year now and I couldn't be happier with them. They had Daisy on a daily basis when she was a puppy and now she's old enough to be left for longer whilst I'm at work, they pick her up from my house every day and take her for a pack walk. Daisy also visits if we go on holiday. It provides peace of mind for me knowing Daisy is being looked after and is in safe hands during the weekdays. Dave and Fiona and the rest of the team provide a professional, but friendly service and they were particularly brilliant during Daisy's puppy hood, offering me help and advice and reassuring me that Daisy's behaviours were normal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that required a similar service.
Fiona and crew have been walking my pooch for years and I wouldn't change them for the world. The dogs are their absolute priority and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog whether it be walking services or a sleep over at their house. Drifter is always happy and Fiona is very helpful and knowledgable. The best dog walkers in the world and very lovely genuine people!
I Wasn’t going to do this review but I feel the company is not honest and have left things unanswered. My dog used to go on there pack walks with this group. One day I got a phone call to say “I’ve lost her” luckily my family was near by and was able to go where they was walking and found my dog straight away as she hadn’t ran of like they originally said she had simply hid and she was right where they left her. I never got an apology from them or an explanation of what happened on this incident. I got in touch with head office I give them credit as they apologised to me regarding the lack of communication but I still struggle to understand what happened on this day as my dog would only hide if something spoked her but no one has said what spoked her and if they was watching her they would of seen where she was and where she went to go hide as it was right by where they was. All I got told was she was let off the lead and they looked up and she was gone but this does not make sense…?I used to get phone calls and messages saying my dog would hide and they can’t take her for her walk as she’s hiding from them when they picked her up which now makes me question things as I’m using a new company and she greets them at the door with a waggy tail. Please just be alert if your using/ planning to use this company would hate anyone to lose there dog due to there negligence.
“We Love Pets Mansfield” and specifically Mandy & Jason recently cared for our two 3 year old British Short Hair cats twice a day whilst we were away for two weeks. Although outdoor cats, they remained inside and at home for the two weeks. Both cats looked incredibly well, content and had clearly been properly looked after once we arrived back home. Feeding stations and litter tray areas were immaculately clean and we were sent photos and short video clips of Belle and Blu pretty much every day. We could not have had two nicer people attending the property; both clearly love all animals, were attentive and spent time on visits interacting, entertaining and playing with our pets. Highly recommended; we will be using “We Love Pets Mansfield” again in September. Thank you so much Mandy & Jason!
Mandy and Jason looked after our young cocker spaniel for 2 weeks. It was our first time away from him but we felt at complete ease knowing he was safe and being cared for. He had plenty of exercise and fun during his time there and we got updates with photos. He fell in love with them on first meet and you can just tell they are great people. I'm so grateful to them both for everything. I would highly recommend them.
If you ever need a pet sitting service then Jason and Mandy at We Love Pets are definitely the people to get in touch with. We have had them pet sit both our cat Rio and our Rattie Norris several times this year and it’s less stressful for both of them being able to stay in their home surroundings whilst we go away. They both love Jason and Mandy and our Cat Rio who is not a peopley cat will always call us a liar and fuss round them both when they call in. Its also a breath of fresh air to have a pet sitter that will also look after a rattie as alot dont but they look after all different pets not just cats and dogs. I wouldn't have anyone else look after our Cat and Rattie ♥️
Mandy has been amazing all round. Our beloved puppy Milo gets so excited for his walks with her. When working long shifts we get regular photo updates, showing us he's safe and well looked after and he always looks like he's having the best time. 😁 …

Dex came for his first holiday stay & I felt comfortable leaving him with Mandy & Jason. I received photos of Dex looking happy which made me feel at ease. Any queries they had they asked. They were great being able to give him his daily medication. He came home with no signs of stress(weight loss & stress lick sores) like he has when stayed in kennels which tells me he felt happier. I'd definitely recommend and visit again.
We absolutely LOVE we love pets. Darren has been so helpful and kind since the beginning, and our dog goose absolutely adores him. We get photos from his walk each day which is so nice. And it’s so reassuring to know they’re first aid trained. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Used a dog boarding service for the first time and chose Mandy and Jason to look after Stan for a few days. Had a meet and greet before I went on holiday to get to know them, for Stan to meet them and discuss his feeding/walking routine. While I was away they sent pics every day which put me at ease. Happy to recommend their service and will use again in the future.

Our dog always loves to see Scott as she can feel his warmth and enthusiasm. Scott is always friendly and reliable, he has a lovely manner with dogs and people. He is able to give training advice without being condescending and his first concern is always the welfare of the dogs.
I had a very fearful, nervous puppy and with Scott's training and advice we've managed to really build her confidence and now we have a very happy dog. Very quick and effective training methods without the need of negative reinforcement

I would highly recommend Boarding at the Buttery to any dog owner looking for doggy day care and/or home boarding. We left our 8 month old German Shorthaired Pointer Willow, with Carolyn and her family for almost 2 weeks, during which time we received updates and photos every day to see how Willow was doing. It was so reassuring to see Willow playing with Carolyn's own dogs and enjoying family time with with Carolyn's own family. The service Carolyn provided was first class, she goes above and beyond to take care of your precious fur babies and is ao accommodating helping with pick up and drop off times. Cannot ask for anything more, I wouldn't trust anyone else to leave my Willow with.
The Buttery was recommended to me when I was in urgent need of someone to care for Mylo during an emergency admission to hospital. Not only was the offer of collecting him and taking him with only a couple of hours notice a great relief but then the regular updates and photos set my mind at rest. I have used a couple of boarders since living in the area but have continued to use Carolyn's dog walking service following my discharge from hospital. Plenty of family love and cuddles are available to boarders and I would highly recommend Boarding at The Buttery to anyone who needs their services. Thank you Carolyn, Will & family.

I would highly recommend Pooches. Amanda is amazing with our 2 nervous yorkshire terriers. She knows what type of dogs make them feel comfortable and will pair them up on walks. Shes also very flexible with being shift workers and updates us with pictures of their walks while we’re working. Honestly you wouldn’t be able to find anyone better!
Amanda at Pooches has been amazing with both my boys, and was not fazed by either of their sizes. My Kobe loves it when he goes on his little dog socialising days or when he goes to board, Amanda has been a real find and I couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else. She has an amazing kindness, a fantastic sized garden for them to run around in is great with handling all shapes & sizes of dogs. I highly recommend Anaya and Pooches and can see why she’s been in business so long. I wish I could give her more stars than 5! We also love little Buzz as he’s so good with Kobe and all his little fur friends 💙🐾💙
I knew straight away when meeting Amanda that Milo would be hooked. I wasn’t anxious about Amanda’s expertise, I was really looking forward to Milo having the opportunity to socialise with more dogs. He really enjoys going out for countryside walk and the garden play was definitely a draw as well because it’s an opportunity for the dogs to socialise in a safe environment. Having the home boarding element means that if we do ever need someone to look after Milo then I know I can count on ‘Pooches’. It’s been a brilliant experience so far and even though I’m not actually there, I feel informed with videos posted online and also photos sent to me during the walks/play days.
Pooches is the best place to send your beloved fur baby 🩷 As soon as my puppy was able to, he joined Amanda’s garden play sessions a few times a week, and has been going ever since! I really feel like this has done him wonders and helped him grow into the funny, energetic and friendly dog he is now at 8 months old. Every time I say “Amanda’s here!” Ernie cannot contain his excitement and is straight out the door 😄. He is always exhausted when he returns which is great for me😅😴 Amanda is one of the loveliest people I’ve met and you can 100% count on her to look after your dog and give them an hour full of fun🐶🩷 she also takes amazing photos and posts updates on facebook!!
I could not recommend Amanda enough! We have a VERY bouncy but playful spaniel pup and she honestly loves Amanda more than us. She’s super happy to leave and go off to doggy daycare, comes back exhausted from the best day of running around. So well-loved and looked after during overnight stays too. We left our shih tzu with Amanda for a week in December. We had regular updates in the morning, through the day and in the evening with photos, videos and commentaries on activities. Our pooch had a holiday of her own - socialising and having a lot of fun. She was walked, fed and cuddled in front of the fire. We had a photo 15 minutes after she was collected and I knew then I can relax . Amanda is super approachable and amazing person who knows dogs, her daily updates were a lot of fun - I would wake up early (on my own holiday) and wait for photos & videos to arrive 😊 your pooch will be in super safe hands.

Amazing, friendly staff. I have been bringing my rabbit here for a couple of years now. I wouldn't look for any other. Easy to find. I park across the street in the shopping area. Lots of area for rabbits the play and stretch. 100% recommended. 😊🐰
My cats were really well looked after . I'm quite a fussy cat owner and they were brilliant . They visited twice a day and it's the first time my cats hadn't fallen out with us when we got bk 😄. I will definitely use again . …
Really excellent place and the rabbits were looked after extremely well. It was our first time leaving them in boarding but we didn’t need to worry. We’ll definitely recommend to people.

We love Damson lodge so much, we wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our rats. They are always clean, fed, content and so happy when we collect them. I couldnt recommend them more; they're friendly, welcoming and professional. Amazing value and an amazing service, Damson lodge is our rats second home and a fantastic one.
Boarded our pet tortoise for a week and was really pleased to have found Damson Lodge. They kindly showed us around before hand so we could see where he would spend his week and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!
Marta and sue are really friendly and helpful. I know my animals are cared for and well looked after when I go away. They offer so many services and personalised to meet my needs, like home visits for my cats while I'm away and home boarding our rabbit too. Highly recommend.
Looked after my Syrian hamster whilst I was away for a few weeks. The building they have for the animals is a good size and kept at a good temperature.
Great place for boarding house rabbits, very flexible with dates. Take really good care of my two rabbits on the occasions they have stayed there. Accomodation warm and clean.
We had to travel due to family emergency and was looking for a place to drop our pug. Spoke with Richard who was super friendly and very reasonable keeping in mind last minute drop off before school holidays. Through out our time we left candy around 20 days with Richard he always keep us informed with messages and pictures. Candy came back healthy and more energetic then before. Richard is such a gentleman and polite person i have ever seen in my life. I will definitely use richard again when going on holiday and personally recommend to all my friends and family. Will also recommend at work place as i believe Richard deserve shout out for being amazing. 🙏🏻
Absolutely amazing. Richard has been phenomenal in helping me and my family by looking after our 2 dogs during a stressful move. He went above and beyond, we couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend seeing if he has the space to look after your pets while your away. You will not be disappointed at all, I guarantee it.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS PERSON. Accepted our booking and then kept avoiding a meet and greet to only cancel with 12 days until the date to cover my wedding and honeymoon! What sort of person does this to someone? Nowhere has any availability now and looks like we can’t go on our honeymoon and will have to have a guest look after our dog during the wedding instead of attending. So so upset. Avoid at all costs!!
Very disappointed that the owner (Richard) was keen to accept our booking but then decided to not communicate with us after giving us the price for our dogs. Even when I contacted him he made contact immediately but when he realised I was asking about the original booking he stopped communicating with me, god knows why. Common courtesy doesn’t cost anything.
An argument ensued when we phoned to request to cancel our booking and pick up our pooch early and were told this was ok but on collection were asked to pay full rate for the planned duration. Could of been easily resolved with a polite and rational conversation but after being quoted 3 different prices and mansplained to / having received a very passive aggressive and smug attitude I decided to leave before the guy pushed the argument further, as he seemed to be enjoying winding me up. All after we overpaid and tipped generously the first time we used them. Ultimately all I can say is this guy rubbed me up the wrong way, and he seemed to get off on doing so by the smug expression on his face.
Always nervous about leaving my house bunny, Lewis, with strangers, I asked many questions prior to booking, all of which were answered promptly with lots of patience and understanding. I was delighted that Dovecote were happy to meet my specific requirements for Lewis's care, and felt reassured about their close relationship with the local vet - just in case! When we dropped Lewis off Bryony was friendly and enthusiastic, and put me at ease. I was thrilled to recieve a text that evening confirming that Lewis had settled in well, and further texts and a photo on email during the week that made it much easier for me to enjoy my holiday guilt free. On collection Lewis was freshly cleaned out, and looking very happy and well cared for, it really was a home from home. He also settled in very quickly when we got him back home, where normally he would be a bit mardy and make us suffer for a few days for leaving him. I can only assume that he enjoyed his holiday too, and I will definately be taking him back to Dovecote for our next break. All in all, a huge relief, and highly recommended.
Very friendly, Richard was flexible about timings , which helps on a day out. Bella had a happy day playing with her new mates.

Our girls seemed to love it here, happy faces and waggy tails. Its alot less stressful than kennels. Just waiting to hear back on next booking.
