We had a lovely stay in Galway at Ruth and Mark's home with their wide range of charming pets. We arrived in the evening, enjoyed a meal together, and Mark took us through feeding and walking routines for the animals. All the animals are friendly and you can tell they are very well looked after. We spent a lot of our time working online so didn't get to see too much of the surrounding area, however, you can enjoy strolls down the quiet road, there is a very nice 4-hour loop walk a short drive away along with the scenic town of Loughrea (we never did swim in the lake, sorry Ruth!). We hope to visit again!

Sarah and Michael couldn’t have been more helpful in my arrival and departure, and were available and quick to respond to any questions I had during the sit. They have a lovely home, and provided a thorough guide of information to make the sit as smooth as possible. Smudge and Tabis were a delight! Tabis is a friendly, chatty little chap. Smudge is a little more wary and spends most of his time out of doors, but is just as cuddly once he gets comfortable around you. Neither were any trouble at all and I’d happily sit for them again!
I crown Ricky the king of Baumschulenweg! I spent 8 days taking care of Ricky and had a great time. He is very sweet, smart and sophisticated. He’s a great companion if you’re working from home and is always happy to greet you when you return! Lilia was a great host. She was very communicative from our first video call, I felt very comfortable in her home as well as reaching out to her if I had any questions. The apartment is exactly as pictured, it’s very bright and has fast wifi. The neighborhood is easy to get to from BER & is very quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance (grocery stores, public transport, parks etc). I would recommend pet sitting for Lilia & Ricky to everyone, I had a great time in Berlin & will miss Ricky!
It was a pleasure spending time with Luke an Leia, they are super cute and friendly kitties. They love to be around people and snooze on the sofa next to you, it's the cutest thing. Lesley's place is in fantastic location for exploring DC. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need, a pleasure to be in. Lesley is a great communicator, she left great detailed instructions, so taking care of Luke and Leia was super easy.

The cattery at Oak Ride is brilliant! The team are so lovely, they clearly love the animals and care for them amazingly. The first time we took our cat she was quite nervous but the team gave her so much attention that she settled quickly and had a great stay. The team were also great at sending through photos and email updates to us which put our mind at rest. Our cat has now completed two stays at Oak Ride with a third booked for the summer and every time she has come back happy and healthy. Thank you Oak Ride!
My cat has stayed at Oak Ride Cattery a few times and I wouldn’t hesitate to send her there again! She had only been to one cattery before and she wasn’t herself when we got her home but after staying here she’s been as happy as she had ever been, we could really tell she’d be taken care of and given lots of love and attention. You can tell the people who work here put their everything into making sure your cats have an enjoyable stay! I also really appreciated that they sent me a photo and an update half way through our trips!
My cat Halloumi has stayed at Oak Ride quite a few times now and he always comes home happy and healthy. Their facilities are clean, well cared for and spacious. Their staff are friendly and attentive to the animals, making sure play time happens every day. I know I can always trust Oak Ride to take care of my little guy while I’m away, and I would highly recommend them to others!
I cannot commend the cattery enough. I used Oak Ride to care for my cat, Flo, whilst home renovations were carried out. She was not just cared for but loved by the team for 4 months. Paula especially took Flo under her wing. I received updates & photos & when she returned home was happy & well. Flo, had not faired particularly well in a cattery previously, so I attribute this success story to the care she received. Following that positive experience Flo stayed happily on several occasions, I think she enjoyed the attention she received more that from me!! 😁 I would have no hesitation recommending anyone. It’s in a lovely location & the staff all welcoming.
Our cat Willow stayed here for a week. She seemed very happy here and we could tell she was well looked after during her stay. She is a fluffy cat and needs regular grooming and her coat was well maintained. Such friendly staff and you can tell they all love the cats and their jobs very much. Thank you! Will definitely be using this cattery again in the future :)
A really friendly, efficient and professional grooming service. We have one of our dogs booked in for regular hydrotherapy and Oak Ride coordinated this with getting our most recent rescue thoroughly scrubbed and shampooed in their walk-in shower (during a lunch break!) as he is too big to get in the grooming salon bath. We took away a different coloured dog to the one we brought in! Very good value for money, we could never have got the same results at home or done it as safely as here. Highly recommended.
Just collected my 2 kittens from Oak Ride Cattery. They seemed to be really happy and content with their stay. They were interacted with and played with regularly, a particularly huge thank you to Hannah who took them under her wing! I had regular updates on them as I was worried because they're young, if they'd be OK. Also they had plenty of 'run' time out of their room. Will definitely use them again next time we go away!
I’ve been taking my senior Labrador ladies to Oak Ride Farm for Hydrotherapy since 2017. Its a highlight of their week. Weekly sessions have made such a difference to them, its been essential to their well being. Do we recommend Oak Ride Farm? Yes....absolutely! We travel 23 miles to get here. Rex had been lame for a while then had his operation. His hind legs were all out of kilter. The hydro therapy was great fun and they really helped sort the poor mite out. And it was fun to watch him in the tank too! Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Our dog has been going to Dog Days since he was 16 weeks old and is now 4 and a half. The whole team are brilliant and our dog absolutely loves going.
Wilbur loves his 2 days with Dog Days Adventure. He comes home happy & shattered from a day of playing with all his friends (dogs & humans!). Ben & Tom, who pick him up & drop him home are great-friendly & caring. I would highly recommend them, as would Wilbur!

Very impressed! Our pup started in November, we received photos and updates so we knew our pup was settling in well and he absolutely loves it...he’s so excited when they come to collect him and he’s suitably content when he comes home! In the few months since Hugo (sprocker) has attended he’s seen Santa paws where he received doggy biscuits, and we received a thoughtful 2020 calender featuring all the day care dogs along with a his Christmas progress report. And it’s clear form the report that they are really spending time with the dogs as Hugo’s described his personality to a T! They have always been very professional and reliable. Easy to mange everything with the online account and very good flexibility to make, amend or cancel days. Highly recommend. .
I recently had the opportunity to spend some time with the team at Dog Days Adventure and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable and it was clear just how much everyone loves what they do. It was a joy seeing the wonderful relationships they have with the dogs and so many happy pups enjoying themselves together.
We've had Bella (cocker spaniel) with Dog Days for some time now. The service is exceptional and we have had no issues at all in over six months. I love the flexibility and online booking system as well, this is something I've never come across with two other dog boarding services I've used in the past and means we only need to board Bella when we need to. I would highly recommend.
My two boys have been with DDA for over a year now and have absolutely loved every minute of it. They are very hyper but always come home tired. Everyone at DDA really seems to get to know the character of each dog. You even get a little report card at the end of the year describing your dog's behaviour over the past year - it is so cute. You can tell they really form a bond with the dogs. I am very sad to have to go elsewhere but I am moving too far away. If I am ever back in Surrey, I will be sending my boys back! I would highly recommend sending your pooches here.

Bright Days/Andy is a passionate dog walker , he takes my dog once a week and she runs out to greet him with a wagging tail and big lick , Andy makes sure she has a great walk as the dogs are well matched with other dogs on the walk. She does get muddy, but it’s worth it, because she loves it so much! I get pics/videos and the dogs have plenty of exercise in the countryside! My cockapoo always comes home tired and happy! Andy is equipped with treats, balls, and first aid to deal with any situation and he has even delivered homemade dog biscuits at Christmas which was a lovely surprise.
Andy has been walking my two dogs, 5 days a week for a couple of years now, he is very reliable and my dogs love him. I am confident my dogs are safe with Andy as well as getting a good walk at a variety of locations. I have a mud lover, Andy always hoses him down and dries him off with a towel I leave out. I would highly recommend Bright Days dog care.
Andy has a calm, caring personality and loves dogs. Our dog, who is selective in who she bonds with, absolutely adores Andy and his family.

I entrust my two Italian Greyhounds to Kew Dogs every week, and I couldn't be happier with their care. Italian Greyhounds are a unique breed requiring special attention at times, and Kew Dogs excels in providing this. My dogs absolutely love their time there, especially with Jeremy. As soon as he arrives, they bolt to the front door. Since I am often not home, I leave a key in the key box, and I always feel confident in their trustworthiness. Jeremy is an exceptional person, and Wing-Yun is equally amazing. Any request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough.
Kew dogs have been absolutely amazing. Couldn’t thank them enough. Indie is normally an extremely nervous dog with lots of energy. She not only comes home tired from playing all day, but I receive plenty of pictures of her having a great time. She adores everyone who works there and is so happy to see them everyday. Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. Our Labrador, Monty, has been coming to Kew Dogs since he was a four month old puppy. He usually goes two days a week and absolutely loves it. Wing is brilliant at accommodating extra days/change of days as needed (thank you!). He adores Jeremy who reliably collects him from our house and is very patient with him. We get daily photos showing Monty having fun with his friends! He is also boarded whilst we have been on holiday and has had a great time. Would definitely recommend!
We love Kew Dogs. Our dog has been going here for several years. They're pick him up and drop him off and he just has an absolutely wonderful time playing with all the other dogs. It's really improved his ability to interact well with other dogs when we walk him.

My Shiba-inu loves this daycare, always so thrilled to be picked up and exhausted when he gets home, suggesting he’s had a brilliant time! Most importantly, he always comes back clean. Wing and her team are super helpful when it comes to answering some of my questions as a first time dog owner, very supportive and empathetic when my dog had behavioral issues (which is now improved), and just so friendly and reliable. Manu always has a brilliant time at Kew Dogs we couldn’t ask for a better service. He comes home absolutely exhausted after each session and has made some really good buddies. We always receive great photos of his fun filled day! We had to change kennels as our dog was reluctant to go in. We tried Appletrees and have been taking him ever since. He is now happy to enter the kennels and the staff take good care of him. I love the fact they have a large field to exercise the dogs.

Jane has been fantastic looking after my two cats. She is reliable and has been very patient will my timid girl. Jane is very flexible and has helped us out at short notice due to a family bereavement. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always available when needed. I highly recommend Jane.
We have a gorgeous but very large DDB puppy and a 4 year old Frug we spent ages trying to find dog walkers who could accommodate both of them. We are so so lucky to have found Jane, Meg and Andrew from Welovepets Guildford. Not only do our dogs love them they are reliable, great communication and take our puppy for the best walks, they both listen to what you need and want and absolutely accommodate this. Our Frug is very difficult to walk so we do that but they give him so many cuddles, play and wee stops. We couldn’t be more grateful too them all.
Jane and her team have been fantastic from day 1 and throughout, managing the changing needs of my dogs and everything from regular walks, pop-ins, late feedings, overnights/housesitting - really anything you and your pup might need. Initial sign-up process was extremely quick and efficient, they started straight away and they have been reliable, efficient and flexible throughout. Forgotten to book in? Needed to book extra bits last-minute? Need to cancel or add in extra walks? It's never a problem. I get photos as standard after every walk, it's cost effective and reliable and has given me such peace of mind. Jane and the team have been absolutely fantastic for me and my two dogs. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Would give six stars if I could!!!! Eleven out of ten! I know I have said it before but thank you so much again Jane for EVERYTHING what a lifesaver. Jane from We Love Pets Guildford supplied a fantastic twice daily service to our cat whilst we were on holiday. She also watered the plants, collected the mail and took the bins down. It was a very reassuring feeling knowing she was there and attending to our cat's needs and our property - we would definitely use her again!
We have been using Jane at We Love Pets Guildford since our puppy was 16 weeks. She has been great, going above and beyond to make sure our little boy (who was quite nervous initially of new people) was comfortable and happy. Alvin absolutely adores Jane and is so excited to see her every week.
Well what to say, We Love Pets Guildford were a life saver for me when we were let down with a dog sitter for an event we were attending. Jane was quick to respond and organise a lovely lady, Meg, to look after our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy for the day. For me, what stood out the most, was the time Jane took in ensuring all parties were happy. Jane & Meg came round a few days before to meet our dog and get to know each other. It is clear that Jane is extremely passionate about what she does, and her love of animals, and I felt completely confident in leaving our puppy for the day (bearing in mind this was the first time he had been left without us). I had never used We Love Pets before but I will not hesitate in using them again. The service was impeccable and our puppy was so well looked after, Meg made sure he was walked and had lots of cuddles throughout the day. I’m so glad to have finally found a reliable dog sitting service!
Jane has been a real find, allowing us to be away knowing that our cat Herbert is well cared for. She is always willing to help out in other ways e.g. sorting mail and watering plants. And what’s more Herbert seems to like her more than he likes us! A very reliable and friendly service.
Fantastic and personal service... Jane walked our Lhasa Apso (Laurie) prior to us moving house this year, and was amazing with her. They really bonded, and you could see the happiness in Laurie when Jane arrived to pick her up. Since moving home, we have used Meg as a dog sitter, and Laurie was instantly at home with her. The pictures and videos that they both sent of Laurie out on walks or relaxing at home are a wonderful touch.
Jane has been cat sitting for us for around a year and we throughly recommend her. She has made every attempt to befriend our extremely timid elderly rescue Mainecoon cat and keeps us upto date by video and photos whilst we are away. Jane always confirms prior to our travels and is flexible, recently additionally taking on feeding our pond fish. We find her reliable, affordable and friendly and will continue to use her services.

Nanette has been grooming our Black Labrador for the last year. Our dog has a bath, dry and brush every 8 weeks and always looks and smells so good after! You can tell she really cares for the dogs she grooms, she’s always on time and I think her prices are very fair for the top quality service she offers. I recommend her to anyone and wouldn’t take my dog to anyone else
Cannot recommend Nanette highly enough. She deals with my very elderly Border Terrier so well and often also clips the nails of my 3 Lab girls at the same time. My BT always comes back looking super-smart and happy. She seems completely unflappable too and is so kind with the dogs. Definitely a 5-star service!
My two hounds (a Brittany & a medium sized mixed breed) love to find the muddiest places to walk and moult like there is no tomorrow. Their visits to Nanette make such a difference... They come back happy, clean & tidy, smelling sweet and not shedding hair everywhere.

Edita is absolutely brilliant dog walker and dog boarding service provider. Our dog Betty loves staying with her and other dogs she is looking after. The best "features" include drop off and pick up and fact that our dog has company of other hounds as she is very social and playful. Edita is a dog whisperer and can handle even most "independent" pups. Highly recommend!
Our Labrador absolutely adores Edita. She gets so excited when Edita collects her and always heads off happily. She has spent quite a few holidays there now and Edita is great with her and so it feels like a home from home. We receive regular photos and updates and it’s great to know that she is happy and being well cared for. We don’t book a holiday now without checking with Edita first.
Edita has been looking after my dog, Penny, for over a year and a half, and she’s amazing! Whether it’s daycare or boarding, Penny gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to spend time with Edita. She always comes back tired, happy, and clearly well taken care of. Edita is fantastic with our Labrador. Cosmo has been boarding with Edita for over a year now (since around 6 months old) and loves every stay, particularly the long walks and being in the company of other dogs. I would highly recommend Edita to any dog owner!
Edita has looked after our miniature dachshund several times. She is incredibly accommodating, trustworthy and good at what she does. We never feel worried leaving our dog with her, it’s very heartwarming to see how excited our dog gets whenever she sees Edita. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

My dog Lulu can be a bit tricky and with my wedding coming up, my usual carers won't be available. So I turned to Home From Home Dog Boarding to start building a connection with a capable carer. We were introduced to Monika and Alessandro who turned out to be more than perfect. They have great experience with bigger and stronger dogs. Lulu had a great weekend and I didn't worry once whilst I was away for the weekend. They sent great updates and took Lulu out for day trips and were so accommodating when plans changed and I needed to pick her up later than planned. She had a great time and is already booked in for more holidays and I can know that I can focus on my wedding next year and not worry about Lulu enjoying herself as well!

Ive used Home from Home dog boarding for years now and can honestly say they are the best. The usual carer they went to wasn’t available so they stayed with Natalie and her husband H. Such a lovely couple, who adore dogs and have lots of experience. I got daily updates and went away knowing they’re being looked after. If anything happens to one of them there’s 24 hour support from Home from Home. Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

We cannot thank Home from Home Boarding, and especially Nicola, enough for the amazing care she provided for our 7-month-old dachshund puppy, Remi! This was our first time leaving her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The company was incredibly efficient and quick to get in touch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Knowing that Remi was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared for her and gave her undivided love and attention 24/7 was such a relief. Nicola was FANTASTIC! She made us feel so comfortable from the start and kept us updated with the most lovely ‘pupdates’ that brightened our days while we were away. It was clear how much Nicola cared for Remi, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands, if anything Remi has been returned better behaved than when we left! This is the second time Eddie and Vera have looked after Tiago and despite there being a year in between stays he was so excited to see them and return to their home. It is so reassuring for my wife and I to know that he is happy and well cared for by them and we are very grateful that he too had a wonderful holiday! Thank you Eddie and Vera! The Home From Home booking experience is straightforward and easy and we are very happy that it provided us with great carers for our dog.
Excellent, efficient and friendly service from Home from Home. The lady they found for us (Pat) is delightful. So lovely with our dogs and has a beautiful garden which they loved. Can highly recommend, thank you.
We visited the family first before committing to the booking, and that made us confident our dog would be in safe hands and well looked after. We delivered the dog with all the bedding, food, toys, meds, treats. And when we collected her after the boarding, it's clear there was an affectionate bond between the dog and the family (both ways). She was very well cared for, and I'd say she had a fantastic time. Wendy send us a few photos over WhatsApp too — lovely to see. Will be booking again next year.
