We were so happy to have Angela caring for our home while we were away for one month. (no pets). She communicated with us both before during and after the sit. We enjoyed meeting her. She’s a lovely person. When we returned the house was spotless. We’d love to have her care for our home again.
Amazing House Sit with Glorious and her family ❤️ would recommend 100%, the house is gorgeous and has a beautiful garden with a lovely tree house. Glorious is so cute. Excellent communication and Rosslyn is so so welcoming! Thank you!
Atlas is an intelligent, charming, and dog-like cat. He always walks on my body and paws my face for feeding around 7 a.m., lol. Because of his weight, when he ran down the stairs, it was like an earthquake. Lol. Let him stay at backyard as long as possible, so he doesn’t get bored. I miss him and am glad to take care of him again! Jill is a kind and creative woman; I like her books. And thanks for the gifts from Costa Rica!
This was my first-ever pet sit through the THS site, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Alice and Tom are super accomodative and communicative! As for the pets! oh my god! From the moment I stepped into their home, the warm welcome from these furry companions made every day a joy. Coco, when not barking for attention, proved to be a total sweetie, especially during those moments of pure affection. Doug, with his friendly demeanor, was always eager for playtime and cuddles. As for Alfie, he is the independent soul of the trio! All of them, though very jealous of each other! Especially over food or stokes and cuddles! It was fascinating to witness the playful jealousy among them, each vying for a moment in the spotlight. Surprisingly, Coco, usually the attention seeker, turned out to be the most easy-going during leash time. Doug and Alfie, enthusiastic as ever, embraced the leash with excitement. Despite my initial hesitation about having them off their leads, their impeccable recall made the experience a breeze. Now, onto the cottage itself – a haven of tranquility. House sitting for this home was a much needed peaceful escape for me. On the flip side, as already highlighted by the owners, there's no direct transportation to the center of the town. However, they went above and beyond to accommodate me, offering bikes for a 25-minute ride to the center. They even had, their friend, Dan help me with groceries, who, I have to say, played a key role in ensuring my comfort. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and the communication and support from Alice and Tom were impeccable. The understanding and flexibility shown by them were truly appreciated! Highly recommended that sit! 🌟🐶🐢🐰
