Our dogs love going there and the team is always so great remembering our boys and making sure we are well informed during their stay. AND having New Day Vet, Dr. Capron & team, on-site is also an added bonus. We have never in the 30+ years of owning dogs, had this great of experience with the personal care and love our dogs get while boarding there!!

We LOVE Pet Paradise in Georgetown. Our dogs absolutely love it there. The staff is excellent , they are super communicative and do such. A great job with our three dogs with three very different personalities. Love the report cards and being able to check in on the cameras during the day

pet paradise is amazing. The daycare hours are amazing for different work schedules, and there’s lots of options so you can choose what’s best for your dog. But the real shining star here are the pet paradise employees. These people are heaven sent. It is so clear that each of the employees have a genuine love for animals, and the attentiveness and care they’ve given to my dog (who is very shy and nervous) has been just wonderful. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service at Pet Paradise in Georgetown! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making both me and my dog feel right at home. They took excellent care of my pet, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and truly a paradise for pets. It's clear that they genuinely love and care for the animals they look after. Thank you, Pet Paradise, for doing such a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet care services!

When we booked our dogs’ stay, we imagined they’d be living it up, romping around with their new furry friends all day long. But to our surprise, they only get a max of 2 hours of playtime during a 24-hour stay! If you want them to have more time than that then you have to pay an additional fee on top of the $56/ night base price. The rest of the time, they’re cozied up in their kennels. Honestly, I think the dogs at the humane society might be getting more action than this. We’ve noticed that the play areas are mostly empty whenever we check in—whether we’re peeking on camera or visiting in person. With 100+ dogs supposedly booked at any given time (something the staff often reminds us of), you’d think those play areas would be buzzing with happy pups. But sadly, that’s just not what we see. The staff has always been friendly, but based on our experience, we won’t be returning or recommending this franchise to others. We were hoping for a more active, fun-filled stay for our dogs, and this just didn’t cut it.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for boarding for a few years now and overall have had an amazing experience. We recently picked up our dog and he was in such good spirits and seemed to have had an amazing time! I also love the report cards they send out. Would highly recommend!!

I have been taking my dogs to this location , primarily Kiera seen below , for years and have spent thousands of dollars boarding my dog here. Suddenly the last year after the management has changed, I have had constant problems trying to board Kiera here. Every time I would drop her off I would get a call about some new medical condition , almost as if they have no interest in watching senior dogs (Kiera is almost 10). I planned a trip home for the holidays and arranged a stay but they were booked up so I asked my mother in law to board her dog that doesn’t get along to accommodate her while I was gone. Pet paradise calls says we can get Kiera in so she cancelled and I drop Kiera off. Not even a day into her stay I get a call saying she is passing kidney stones and I have to come get her and they claim to have had no idea about the issue.Even though pet paradise forced me to take her to the vet 2 months prior , we had to provide all documentation to prove she was able to come there and I dropped her off with prescription diet food for urinary issues. Half way into a 17 hour trip, my bil had to drive 2h45 mins one way to pick her up . She goes home and not another issue was seen , which is the same case for any of the other “medical” problems she experiences every time she has gone in the past year. I will never return to pet paradise they have lost my business permanently.

This is the only place I will leave my pup when I go out of town! A friend recommended it to me a while back, and while it’s pretty far since I live in South Austin, I figured I’d give them a chance, and have now left my baby there 4-5 times for several days, and have had an AMAZING experience! They keep you up to date, send report cards, and have the most caring, animal-loving staff! My boy Rowan is very sweet but shy and takes time to warm up, and I especially want to thank Brooke who has taken time each visit to get to know him, and he even ran up to her and gave her kisses this last time we got there! Means so much to me that I know I can leave him there and he will have a great time and be spoiled and comfortable. Thank you guys!!!

Very disappointed. Costly yet you cannot talk to anyone directly. You have to do everything on the portal. The phone folks at the 800 number they make you use are rude and the desk folks cannot book for you any services. They just make you go to the portal. Who will leave a pet there for boarding and know you cannot call to check up on your pet. I will never go there again. New in Sun City so was very disappointed to find out this facility just looks good on the outside. I would never you their vet services too because I want a vet who I can call when I have questions.

I have instantly fallen in love with this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful over the phone and in person. You can really tell they care about your fluffy babies here! They listen to you and your babies needs and keep you updated on things.
