The staff are very professional and friendly. My puppies made themselves at home quickly. My puppies look forward to their day stay and or overnights. They are the best.

Truly our dog’s home away from home! Our dog, Dutch, is so happy when he hears “Let’s go to day care!” You can really tell the staff loves your dog as their own during their stay. I love the fact that they have a smaller capacity for dogs compared to other places/franchises because each dog gets the attention and play time they deserve without feeling overwhelmed and definitely makes me, as a dog owner, feel more confident in the care my dog is receiving. After a day at day care, Dutch always comes home needing a nap—which says a lot because he is a VERY high energy pup! Poochie’s also has PHENOMENAL customer service and communication. They answer phone calls in a timely manner, respond to emails SO quickly, and are so friendly. I cannot say enough amazing things. We treat our pets as family members and I trust Poochie’s 110%.

My two babies stayed here for several days. I had a quick hospital visit. They stayed in a spot big enough for boyh of them. Overall, their stay went very well. The owner, Sofia, is very nice and goes over the important information and what is needed for their stay. I missed them so much! They were busy as it was a holiday week, so I only saw one picture of them, but that understandable. But they looked happy. I'm glad that there is a yard they got to run free in as we don't have a fenced area available here at home. The owner does monitor by video from home, although they don't have that option of the customer to view. Which is the only reason for the 4 stars. But that would be my own preference. All the galsI spoke to were very nice when I would call in to check on them. I appreciated that. It was their first time being boarded for them and me! They were happy to get home to their familiar beds and space. Thanks again, and we will see you in the future. Hope

Sophia and her staff are the Best! We have been going to Poochie’s for 15 years and both of our dogs just love it there. You can enjoy your time away knowing your fur babies are having as much fun as you are❣️

I am soooo happy we chose Poochie’s for our fur babies stay. We came from out of town last minute and they were soooo accommodating. Everyone who I spoke to was so pleasant and sweet. I was sooo nervous leaving my baby but they made me feel good about leaving her. Also, I’m a helicopter dog mom so I called to check in on her and they were so nice and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. So happy.

We adore Poochies. More importantly, my 1 year old rottie mix LOVES this place! He’s pulling me through the door every day so he can run and play with other dogs in daycare. He gets a bath once a month as well while at daycare so it’s very convenient for us. A one stop shop. All employees are very nice and professional. Highly recommend if you like a more tight knit environment for your dog.

I’ve used Poochies resort several times in past year and I was always very pleased with the service and care they provided for my Australian Shepherd. The owner is friendly and personable with clients and has a real care for dogs. It shows! I will continue using their services whenever I go on travel or vacations.

Looking for a place you'll feel good about leaving your dog to get groomed? You can't go wrong with Kendra, Amy and the Stay Spa housed at Stay in Gordon Square. We've known Kendra for years and were psyched when she took up a grooming space at Stay (another great place for pups!). Kendra groomed our late Aussie Max and our current little rescue Oscar for awhile. Now she and Amy have taken on our puppy mill breeder rescue mini Aussie, Fozzie Bear. They are so patient, gentle and sweet with him and understand his shyness and nervousness in the big wide open world. Our experience is nothing but stellar with this team. And the fellas always come home looking good, too! Thank you so much to Kendra, Amy and the Stay Spa!

I can’t say enough positive things about Kendra, Amy, and the Stay Spa staff! They take such great care of my little shih tzu mix every six weeks for her grooming. My girl always leaves the happiest with a bow in her hair and a bandana around her neck. Plus, she smells and looks amazing! Do not hesitate on adding color to your pup’s grooming package! Kendra is an artist and will take all my crazy ideas and run with them to artify my dog into a masterpiece, especially around Halloween or any major holiday. The Stay Spa is the best groomer in Cleveland. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my dog maverick absolutely LOVE stay. The people working are genuine and have always done their job. I get little report card and they show.when they walk him or if he's playing I'll get little videos, just like if he were my kid. There are options for comfort in your dog's stay. Basic crates, cute little living room set ups. I have never had an incident. We will always be back. Oh so we can drop in or we can schedule time to come in. Super flexible. And when my dog stay overnight he never has seemed nervous to return

My heart beams for Stay dogcare. Sam, Amy, and the entire team are wonderfully geared towards individualized care and attention to the dogs. They treat them as their own. Stay is trustworthy with food and medication protocol and attuned to behavior/ moods of the animals to give them whatever they need within a reasonable framework. They are also flexible with dropoff and pickup times (24 hours!!) and you can text them for updates/changes at any time. You can bring creature comforts that make the dogs happy and Stay will accommodate. They do exit baths upon request which is a cherry on top. Their daycare updates and photos are adorable and just like obsessive fur baby parents, we will sit at a hotel on vacation and look on our phones waiting for report card updates from the day. Also you can access those photos anytime on their app which is an impressive amount of cloud storage for a local small business! I wish every service team had a sliver of the compassion and customer service acumen that Stay has. I have lived all around the country and never experienced a better animal care service.

We absolutely adore Stay! They have always been so kind and very accommodating! We look forward to seeing the pictures they post as well as the report card. Cooper is always so excited as soon as we pull up to the building and can’t wait to get inside. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Stay has been great! Both of my Siberian Huskies have made friends matching their energy levels respectively. The staff are all very much dog people and take care of everyone as though its their own dogs. Its amazing watching my boys light up when they see some of the staff. Not to mention they know just about every dog by name. Knowing my dogs with severe separation anxiety find some comfort and fun here is all i could ask of any daycare. Will never go anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog, Poppy, here for daycare and for the occasional overnight stay and I have nothing but good things to say about Stay!! Poppy can tend to get overstimulated and have her social battery run a bit low during daycare and they've been amazing with accommodating that and giving her the breaks throughout the day that she needs. She comes home after daycare absolutely tuckered (which is amazing when I'm also exhausted from work lol) and is very happy when she realizes where we are when I'm dropping her off :) The report card pictures and videos are absolutely adorable and everyone I've spoken to has been so nice - I'm so glad there's such an amazing doggie daycare near me!!

Our dog has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island and here in Cleveland. We have never found a place that our dog loves to go to more or that is more accommodating (24/7/365). The owners are amazing all of the staff make us feel like they love our dog as much as we do. This place is really unique and as healthcare providers (both I and my partner) our irregular hours make a place like Stay a life saver. Included with the review is a picture of our dog... because. Amazing staff and the only 24/7 dog daycare and boarding in Cleveland! Recently got moved back into the office after working from home and didn't want to crate my dog all day. Thankfully Stay, gave me the option of dropping off and picking up around my hours! The prices are affordable and I like being able to see my dog on the webcams while I'm at work. Anyway because this is a dog daycare enjoy the attached picture of my dog Buttercup!

I have an 8 month old very high energy puppy and at times have to work long hours. A friend recently recommended Barklyn Heights daycare. Dory had her first day at daycare today and had a great time! I was able to check in on her on the webcams whenever I wanted which put my mind at ease! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The registration process was super easy! I am so glad we’re part of the Barklyn Heights family!

Our 7 month old lab Teddy had a great day at Barklyn! Met many new friends big and small. The staff was very attentive and I felt very confident about leaving our baby with them! We will definitely be back!

Barklyn Heights’ staff is always friendly. Their facilities are clean and I enjoy checking in on my dogs with their camera system/app. Booking daycare or boarding is easy and I will continue going back.

Our little girl loves this place so much she starts whining with anticipation before we even get there and jets off to the front door as soon as we arrive! The person checking their fur friend in also gets a login to the doggy cams. This allows their humans to view a livestream of the indoor and outdoor play areas in real time. It was a great relief to see our girl playing and having fun with all the other dogs from hundreds of miles away! This is just a great place to take your four-foots for a day trip or a extended stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is cleaned and sanitized daily, and our dog at least is always excited to go there and see all her friends. Five stars without hesitation!

My dog cannot contain his excitement when we’re on our way to Barklyn! The staff is super sweet, they have really fun theme parties, and my dog comes home happy and exhausted! So glad we found them!!

The app is janky, but the place is lovely. They are attentive to the dogs and the dogs follow them around. You can tell the dogs like the staff. I love getting to see my baby on the Webcam while I'm away. They gave lots of info about what to expect. Customer service is next level.

Barklyn Hts is the best. My dog always gets excited to go there and can’t wait to get inside when we pull up in the car. The people there are so nice, and I can tell by the way she interacts with them that she loves all of them! I got my dog when she was still kind of a puppy, with lots of puppy energy. This was the perfect place for her to play all day and prevent that energy from turning into destructive behavior at home. Highly recommend if you have a young dog with lots of energy. And even though she doesn’t need it quite as much as she did when she was younger, we still try to go at least once a week. She’s a very social dog, so Barklyn is great for her to go and play with her dog friends and get that kind of enrichment that she doesn’t get as an only-dog at home.

Such a great place for my senior dog, she went for her temperament test today and she did great, they gave me an update when i arrived to pick her up. Love that they have cameras so i was able to check on her throughout the day. Both employees i encountered today was so nice, polite and genuinely seemed to care for all the dogs they had/have in their care. Highly recommend

Barklyn Heights has been great for our dogs! We have a 12.5 year old old man and a 2.5 year old very energetic girl. The environment at Barklyn Heights suits both of our pups! They come home nice and tired!

Cookie has been there 6 times for daycare and more upcoming schedules! I can tell that he burns his energy EVERYTIME! He definitely loves Max & Alayna's Paws Play! The staff all loved him! I can tell that they remembered all of the dogs and their pawrents! I love their photos as I can check on my puppy when he's not with me! I am sure he loves it here cause every time he runs towards the door! He learnt how to socialize with other dogs! I never tried boarding but they have a camera to show every dog that is in the boarding area, every dog have their own room, I feel it is good that he learnt how to use the elevated cot, and he is able to play with bigger breed dogs and he doesn't get afraid of them on the street and tried to play with them when other pawrents are fine with that! Saying hi to other pawrents that I posted their dogs on!

I've been taking my Margo to Paws Play since February and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. It truly IS a gift to the community and it's all because of the incredible staff. Whether I was dropping Margo off for daycare or boarding her for a few nights, Teressa, Matt, Josh, Brie, Debra and the entire team made sure she had the best time with both them and the other Paws. I can't recommend them enough and am so grateful such an invaluable service exists in Cleveland.

Bennett absolutely LOVES coming to daycare at Paws Play! The staff are friendly and accommodating and take good care of my dog! I would recommend without reservation.

We took our little one over our long weekend. It was our first trip to Cleveland so our choice was based mostly on reviews. First of all, the entire week before drop off, communication was excellent. Making sure everything including shot records was correct. When we dropped her off the entire staff was welcoming and transition was easy. Phone calls we answered immediately. The camera in the rooms were a good addition. When we picked her up, she was happy and looked great. The only recommendation I would make is to add cameras in the play area so we can see them when they are out of the kennels. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give a 10 star review, I would!!! Paws and Play take such good care of our energetic Alaskan Malamute both in day care and for the occasional boarding. We live close by and our pup can’t walk by anymore- she is too excited and thinks we’re going to see her friends there. That’s how much she loves it there- and as her owners, we know that means they’re good to her. Thank you!

Paws Play is my go to for boarding and sometimes even when I need a break. I wish I could take them every day but the drive would be killer for me. I did start taking my first corgi there when I first moved to Cleveland. They made him feel right at home and safe. And they did such a great job with my newest rescue. This place really cares and knows dogs.

My puppy Tiger absolutely loves daycare! I have also utilized their boarding service. Great employees who I fully trust. My pup always comes home exhausted which is so helpful! Prices are reasonable.

Great experience for me and my beloved pooch. We were in from out-of-town and needed a place for the dog while we took care of some business. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They sent me a photo of my doggy midway through, which warmed my heart -- and relieved any anxiety I might have been feeling!

I live in California and recently attended a wedding in Cleveland. I wanted to bring our dog but needed to board him for a few days. It was the first time I have ever boarded him and was definitely nervous. I researched so many dog boarding places and didn't feel that any of them were right. I finally found Paws Play and I'm so glad that I did. From the first call I made to them, I was given incredible customer service. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and their communication was above and beyond. My flight was landing outside of their drop off times, but they allowed me to drop my dog off during their nighttime walking hours, which I really appreciated. The facility was also really great — Zeppelin is a medium size dog and I was really happy with the amount of space/room he was in. I highly recommend using them for your boarding need!

My dog loves coming here and they take great care of him!!! He has so much fun every time. They send me photos of him so I know he is doing well. Every time I go for a walk with my dog, he leads me here! That’s a sign that he loves it!!!

We live in Seven Hills and ALL NIGHT LONG ALL WE HEAR IS DOGS BARKING/YELPING!!! WE have a dog and the barking/crying disturbs Not Only him but ALL my other children as well as us parents. It is 7am now and All you can hear is A Dog Barking from your place!!! Please Do Something About that!! We would All Appreciate it. Thank you.

Our dog was boarded for 10 days at Beacon Hill and had excellent care there. When we picked up our dog he was clean and thrilled with how he adapted to being in a kennel for the first time. We will use them again when needed!

My family has been using Beacon Hill since the 1970's!! I trust my dogs to almost no one, but I rest easy when I'm away knowing they are in a clean facility with people who know dogs and are passionate about this family owned local business. Can't recommend it enough, and probably shouldn't lol, bc I never have to worry that they can't take one of my dogs, last minute. 5 stars! And my furry friends are always happy and never upset about coming or going!

We have been taking our Pups to see Jen for years. We would not trust anyone else. I leave two happy puppies and I come back to find two happy puppies. Jen treats my girls like that are hers. She has a great facility and keeps it impeccably clean. I would 100% recommend Beacon Hill.

I have boarded here before a couple of times with 2 dogs. Even have recommended kennel to other dog owners. Kennel owner was very attentive. He even told me the last time I boarded my dog that he did not poop while at facility, since he wouldn't poop on cement. Owner was worried for my dogs' health. Which I was VERY APPRECIATIVE that he was so attentive and concerned. Just tried to book again at facility with my 3 dogs, having a back up of my step son coming to walk dog if needed so my dog would for sure poop, and was turned away. Was told to go to another kennel because it would be too disruptive. Very disappointed.

Great owners, you can tell they really love dogs. Mine came out after a week with them and looked almost sad to leave! Nice price, too.

Great people!! Always clean and care for the dogs like they are their own. Our dog had a medical problem while in their care, they saved his life! Thankfully they are very watchful.

Bill was wonderful! My Great Dane, who is picky about his people, loved Bill too! He did everything and more that I asked for. He came three times a day, walked Ramsey, threw his ball, fed him, gave him treats and lots of attention. He sent me pictures as well. I could not have asked for a better caretaker and will def use Bill again in the future😊

Got caught in a pickle when my job asked me to go to New Jersey for 5 days. Found Bill online with glowing reviews and made an appointment to meet. Bill came to my house, and even though one of my dogs is extremely shy and introverted. He warmed right up to Bill. My other dog loves everybody and also loved Bill. When I left, Bill walked my dogs three times a day while I was gone which is more than what they get when I’m home . He sent me pictures and updates and responded to any messages that I sent him asking how the dogs were doing. The peace of mind, knowing that you’re beloved, animals are in fine and competent care is huge. Now I know that I can go anywhere and not worry about my pets. Bill is amazing and responsible and truly cares about the immense responsibility entrusted to him with our animals. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Thank goodness we came across Dan and Bill! Six years ago we called them not really sure what to do with the two little dogs that were dropped in our laps! They were at our place in minutes and walked our pups ever since! They are so knowledgeable and kind, they’re the only people we’d ever trust with our pets. They are always there when you need them (seriously, dinner running late- Christmas, anytime). We appreciate them so much, they’re a part of our family. Definitely choose them.

Nicole has been walking our dogs (3) for 6 months now every weekday and on some weekdays 2x and she is a pleasure. The dogs love her. Every time she comes by they run to the door and are eager to get the love and attention. She is very thorough, considerate and always goes the extra mile. She even brings packages in for us when there is something at the door and has been known to put our frozen dog food away if it gets there before we get home from work. If you are looking for someone reliable, friendly, professional and to always be there look no further.

Bill has been taking care of our 2 cats for a few years. He always takes wonderful care of them, plays with them and keeps us informed after the visit. We couldn’t be happier with anyone else taking care of our family members while we are away.

I moved to the area with little to no support and found myself needing pet sitting services for my dogs and cats. I have two senior dogs, one which is very anxious. Bill came over, met the pups, was very friendly and I have used him multiple times since then. The relief I have knowing I can leave and my animals are in great care is amazing. My house is always spotless, the dogs and cats well taken care of and he updates me while I am gone about them. Thank you Bill and Daily Dog Walkers. They are the absolute best. I had to go out of town for a family emergency. Within 20 minutes of calling, Bill showed up for a meet and greet. He delivered on every aspect of their services. I have two indoor/outdoor cats, three dogs, an Amazon Parrot, and an African Grey. They were well taken care of, he took pictures daily to make me feel at ease. I highly recommend them. Call them today.

I never have any concerns about leaving my dog, whether it be for a day or overnight at this establishment. All of the staff are caring and responsible for the pets. This particular visit, I added a bath to her stay Marissa was the one that handled Sophie for that add on service. It was the best bath Sophie has ever had. Marissa took great care to clean under her eyes, and then even had pictures of her playing with Sophie in her unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, nor will I ever hesitate to take Sophie for another stay

My dog is very nervous around new people but the staff were completely amazing and loving and took care of her so well it made me so relaxed being away from my baby ❤️ thank you so much to all the staff especially for fitting us in around the holidays. I was disappointed in my dogs first stay here. It was his first time ever being away from us. At drop off, a girl came to take my dogs leash and lead him to the back while I continued to check in. I assumed they would take me back after I finished check in to say goodbye. However, they seemed to find it odd I wanted to go back there. At first they didn’t open his kennel door for me and my dog was so nervous. I was asked “did you want to give him a hug or something” and was finally allowed to go into the kennel and say goodbye. At check in, I had requested and agreed to pay for additional phots/texts (4 a day). However, his first day there, I received one update in the morning and no other updates were given despite me calling and texting throughout the day, I was so sad all day not knowing how the day went. I was also upset that the vet had adjusted some medications for him while he was there and no one called to inform me of this. I’m very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for my dog to be there at boarding and I also go there for my veterinarian visits and grooming. I’m not sure I feel comfortable having my dog stay there again.

My pup is a new member to Paws at Play Daycare as of recently. I feel like I have checked out every doggy daycare in a 20 mile radius. I am so pleased with both the staff at Paws at Play for there time in answering questions, there knowledge and the kindness and professionalism they show both to humans and to our four legged friends. I love the report card and pictures I received on the first visit after a few hours. I also really liked that when I picked up my dog I got a small tour of the facility. That meant a lot to me !!!!! Most importantly my dog was happy and tired and had a doggy smile ! I’m excited to get him back soon. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our 9 month old Doodle pup, Henry, here for about four months now and couldn't be happier! When we first started going, the owners gave us a tour of the facility - it's super clean! He gets so excited when we pull up to the location and, to no fault, it's hard getting him to leave! We've been super pleased with everyone's kindness. We're able to schedule in advance via phone or email. We've even called last minute for day care options and they're so flexible! I highly recommend!

I was worried about finding a new doggy day care / kennel for Jax. We tried one closer to home, but it wasn’t a good fit. Jax loves Bed & Biscuit!! They have small dog day care 2 days per week. This place is immaculate and the owners are very hands on. Both day rooms have their own attendants. And the space has separate outdoor areas for little and big dogs. So happy Jax found such a great place. I’m happy to see him run inside every week wagging his tail.

We tried Cleveland bed and biscuit on the recommendation of a friend, and could not be happier! The owners and staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. My dog Jake has been amazing since he started coming, no more crazy energy at home. He meets lots of friends and is always exhausted when he gets home. Whenever I pick him up I get a solid report, and they are always accommodating if I am there a few minutes early in the morning. I could not recommend this place more, definitely a hidden gem! Reasons we have been going there for a few years and won’t trust any other place with our Yorkie -They gave you a tour of the facility on your first visit - You bring your pup in for a day stay so they can assess how they behave around with other dogs - Big dogs and small dogs are separated to ensure safety and they have their own play area outside - Each dog has their own suite instead of being caged - You can bring in your own dog food, treats and medication, they will feed your dog according to your instructions - Very accommodating in terms of scheduling, drop off and pick up times - Quick response through phone, email or instagram - Pool and sprinkler to add to fun times during the hot days, birthday celebration and playing dress up for Halloween - Videos and pictures are available pre request so you can check up on your pup during their stay

Wonderful daycare for our dog. The owners and employees are very friendly. They take great care of our fur-baby and take pictures on a regular basis.

Our family loves Cleveland Bed & Biscuit! We just had our Charlie Brown booked for a 6 night stay while we went on a trip. We have never boarded any of our pets before because most of our trips were a car ride and they come with us, this was a plane ride to the west coast. We made arrangements for him to have his trial day as well as 2 full days of doggie daycare before his 6 night stay! Best day care and boarding facility in Cleveland, hands down. Tidy, clean, secure, and spacious facility with a beautiful outdoor area that allows plenty of shade for hot summer days and room for play. The staff is wonderful and pricing is very reasonable. 100% would recommend.

The owners are wonderful and the staff takes such good care of our babies. Your dog will be well taken care of and enjoy himself. This will burn off the extra energy a young dog needs and all while making new puppy friends. I Love this place it is kept very clean and safe.

I’m on 2 year secondment here in Ohio and had to return to Europe at short notice and had to leave our GSP Pepper at Bed & Biscuits. We cannot fault the service and care our dog received whilst we were away. She seemed really content and well cared for and we will certainly use again when we holiday in Europe at Christmas. Cleveland Bed & Biscuit is the only place to take your dog for daycare or boarding in Cleveland. I’ve used a few in the area and no one will treat your dog like their own like B&B. The price is very reasonable - comparable to all surrounding options. There are safety rules in place that we respect (see requirements on their site). These things are there to keep everyone safe - dogs and humans alike. Cleanliness is one of the main reasons we love it there. When I pick up my golden retriever after a long day at work, I don’t want to have to feel like he needs a bath. B&B even offers baths and if they bathe him, he’s kept clean until I pick him up. The owners keep their own dogs onsite with them. If they’re willing to have their own pups spend their days there, that should tell you something. 5 stars without a doubt.

I wish I could give Process Canine 100 stars! The Corrs are the absolute BEST!!! We've been working with them for 2 years for training, boarding, daycare, and specialty training (compass canine), from puppyhood to adulthood, and plan to continue working with them. I feel so lucky and grateful that we were recommended to them. They're always there to listen and offer realistic solutions that work. They're so passionate about helping and are the best people, who genuinely care about you and your dog. The whole 2 years we've been going to process for daycare, it's basically been the same staff, and I have no doubt it's because Amanda is an amazing and fun boss, and people want to work there. My dog literally jumps and cries with excitement when she realizes where we're at. Find yourself someone who looks at you the way my dog looks at Amanda! haha She LOVES her so much! When it's time to board, she runs off and doesn't even care we're leaving. When we pick up our dog, she's like "oh, you're back, cool, I guess....". It makes me feel SO comfortable leaving her. I have peace of mind on vacation that she's having her own little vacay with friends, too! I would trust Amanda and her staff with any decision regarding my dog. We drive 40 minutes one way to take her to daycare a couple of times a month because we know how much our dog loves it, how well she's taken care of, and we know she'll get lots of play time in! I could go on.... just bring your dog to process!!!

Brought our dog in for a trial day and it wasn’t the right fit. Amanda became upset and defensive when asked questions related to safety (ex: what are the policies/procedures in the event of a fire, severe weather, etc). She made brash assumption because questions were asked and was unprepared to answer the questions. While we understand that she has an operating license with and passes mandatory inspections, that doesn’t mean it’s okay to assume people won’t ask questions. It’s also not acceptable to state that the questions are unwarranted or inappropriate because having a business/occupancy license means that those questions, to her, have already answered. Other things to note were that the dogs don’t wear their collars (which is neither here nor there but in the event of an emergency could allow the dog to be reunited to its owner), and the boarding is on an upper floor with only one entrance/exit. No attempt was made to show boarding facilities or tour the business (though we didn’t stay so maybe that would have been done later in the process). This facility may be the right for some people/doggos but wasn’t the right place for us.

Amanda and her crew are absolutely fabulous. They truly go above and beyond! Our dog, Sadie, LOVES day care there and staying overnight. We use them for our busy days, short vacations, and even a week long away. It is hard to be away from our pup - but we know she is having a blast (running the yard, playing with the toys and other pups, and "looking" at the pool, since she won't get in). It's also fun to see her sometimes pop up in their IG story! We recently used them when our daughter was born. We unexpectedly had a 12 day in the NICU with her afterwards, and Process Canine was extremely helpful, accommodating, and understanding to our change of circumstance. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

If you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!

I was looking for grooming not boarding but the owner was kind enough to spend sometime on the phone with me and give me a few recommendations. She recommended an amazing groomer and when I go out of town I will be certain to board my dog with her! Excellent service!

Amanda and her team are amazing! Would highly recommend bringing your furry friend here for a overnight stay or training!! Process Canine is a client of our electrical company and we get to see behind the scenes what others do not, the whole facility is clean, very organized, and all of the team members are very knowledgeable and treat the dogs with extreme respect and care as if they were their own furry family members! We only want the best for our dogs and if you bring your pet to Process Canine they will be well cared for!

Amanda and her whole team are truly the best. My dog Loki sometimes has a hard time getting used to new people, but honestly seems to trust everyone at process. He’s been going to daycare about once a week for five years and also has the occasional boarding. I wouldn’t feel safe taking him anywhere else for boarding and love that someone is at the facility 24/7. So thankful to have them on the east side!

This was our first time ever boarding our frenchie. We were out of town and in a bind. Krazy Dog Lady LLC answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby for the first time! She kept in touch the entire time and sent us pictures/videos. She answered every text I sent when I was checking in while we were away. Pricing was super reasonable! I felt like I was leaving my frenchie with family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be repeat customers.

Britanny was amazing with my dogs! They always had the best time while they were at doggy daycare. In the mornings, they’d cry (actually- my aussies love to talk) whenever they saw the street we were turning on and they came home ready for bed! She responded quickly every single time I’ve messaged her and sent me photos every single day! My pups always had so much fun! If I was in Cleveland again, I’d totally be taking them there every day! 10/10 recommend the Krazy dog lady!

Britanny was recommended to us by a friend that used her services for her dogs. She did an incredible job with our lab, Finley, and was so welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated her communication and the meet/greet before Finley was ever in her care. She’s our go to provider whenever we go out of town. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my dog! Brittany and her husband are so kind and genuinely care about each dogs comfort! I’m pretty picky with who I trust my dog with because I’m a professional dog trainer so I am very cautious, however I truly trust them and can always tell my dogs happy and well exercised there. I also did training with some of Brittany’s dogs and I loved her and her husbands eagerness to learn more and apply it to their boarding business. Such great humans 🫶🏻

I was putting off writing a review until we were several months into the company’s services. I’ve been with them for four months, and don’t have a single bad thing to say. Britanny is always on time, quick to respond to texts, acknowledges any of my concerns or changes, and I can tell my dog is well taken care of. After every walk, she sends me detailed care information about their outing, with the cutest pictures of our dog. I definitely recommend Krazy Dog Lady for any dog walking needs!

Our little 3# Rita evidently fell in love with Brittany and family, since she barked at me when I picked her up. She defines covid pup, but upon meeting Brittany, allowed here to pick her up within a minute. I brought home a happy, healthy pup who in the end, was giving me lots of puppy kisses. A great experience for all!

Brittany is a wonderful person I trust with my dog. She is knowledgeable about dogs, kind, caring and my dog gets EXCITED to see her and her family (dog & humans)! She send photos when I’m away on vacation and for daycare. If I need her last minute she accommodates us. My dog Ash always has so much fun!

I’m pretty particular when it comes to the care and love of my Boss Hogg! You can say I AM THAT DOG MOM!! There are many details to not only my home but Boss himself (see he has mast cell tumors👎🏽👎🏽 so that complicates things)! Britanny comes over to hang with my guy, let him potty, play and give him lots of scritches and love! They play many games of hide and seek or “let’s spoil Boss Hogg today” as I like to call it! She has shown so much respect, love, kindness, silliness, compassion, care, attention and gone above and beyond for my big lug! I appreciate the daily updates and pictures! Thank you Britanny! We came across this dog sitter on an app and are so happy! They are very responsive, caring, and our pups always come home exhausted! Whenever we are heading there our pups always know and get so excited. It’s so nice to know we have someone available to take care of our dogs so we can leave town. They even offer baths and send pictures ❤️I would recommend to anyone!

I love Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights. Calvin, our very energetic GSP puppy attends daycare several times a week. He is always excited when we arrive and practically pulls me into the building. We also use boarding services which is great too as it comes with daycare. The employees are all amazing with Calvin and are so friendly. Ten out of ten recommend!

My husband and I started using this camp branch when we moved to the are, and our Langston loves it here all we have to say friends and he knows it’s playtime he’s even made their dog spotlight for the month we leave him in great care the staff loves him and he loves them

The camp counselors at CBW are always so friendly and patient. They love my Maxx and are very personable and caring towards him all of the time. This camp bow wow is amazing and a go to when I am home with my energetic boxer puppy!! The staff is attentive and knows the personalities of their campers!! I had an medical emergency last time I was home and they were gracious enough to make space for my puppy over the holiday weekend! If you want to know that your four legged child is in good hands, send them to camp bow wow in Bedford!!

Our dog Elvis needed to stay at Camp Bow Bow over the weekend and I can't say enough good things about the staff there!! As it was his first time, they reassured me he would be fine and gave him extra cuddles and attention!! Thank you again!!!

I have referred two people whose pet still attend Camp Bow Wow. I love the staff at this facility. They know each dog by name and his/her personality. The help remind me when shots are due or if my pet is having an issue like scratching ears to much. Most of the time when you enter the facility it does not smell like animals. They keep it nice and clean.

After two years without a trip, we finally went on a trip last week. Our dog remembered Camp Bow Wow! He was so excited to go. And the caregivers remembered him too! He gets the right amount of play time in the play areas and quiet time in the cabin. We also like that we can check on him with the cameras. The app is very easy to use. We also like to get an exit bath, so that he is nice and clean when we pick him up! Highly recommend

My dogs absolutely love camp bow wow! In the past my husky mix has been anxious at other boarding facilities, he has a great time at camp bow wow and I never worry about him when we are away.

We've only been here twice for day camp, but so far my dog loves going here. He's rather large, and one time, he stood balanced on his hind legs to look over the gate in his eagerness. He only does that with things he really likes. I wish the play areas were a little bit larger, but my dog doesn't seem to mind, so I guess my opinion doesn't matter!

My dog's have always loved Camp BowWow and my rescue dogs come back to me a bit more socialized and happy with every visit. They never fight going back which makes me happy to see how eager they are to go play. I recommend them every chance I get. Many of my friends already take their dogs here for the same reasons. The staff is so loving and caring and treat the dogs well. I love checking up on my girl when I'm away via the Camper Cams. If I see something I want changed (once) I contact them and it seemed within minutes my dog was in the other section where she could go outside.
