It was a pleasure house-sitting for Grant and Steve! They were very kind and thoughtful by picking us up at the train station, taking us grocery shopping, orienting us to the house and dogs, and cooking a delicious dinner. Their comfortable home is atop a hill overlooking Lloret de Mar, with a stunning view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. A car would be very helpful to get into town or explore nearby beaches. It's far up a very steep hill so otherwise the only option is taxis. Archie and Iggy are so cute and well-behaved. They're both very friendly and well-trained. They know the routines and boundaries in the house and are affectionate but not needy. They can be left at home during the day and the only thing to watch out for is other dogs when walking, as they're working on socialization. The house was amazing! It has plenty of space, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a big comfy bed. There is one short morning walk and then an easy evening in the tranquil forest right by the house. We recommend this sit!
