Diana is a lovely hostess who made us feel welcome from the first moment we met. Her home is comfortable, well equipped and in a great rural location which is close to all amenities. Diana is very organised with clear instructions on her home and pets. Sandy is so well behaved he is a dream to be with. Bonny and Clyde are also easy to look after and friendly. We would sit for Diana again and recommend her home and pets as a sit. Thank you so very much.
Edinburgh airport is very easy to get through with good, speedy links to the city centre and we were delighted to discover that Jemina’s apartment is in a prime, vibrant area with a real community feel. Regular buses at the end of the street take you to all the top city attractions in minutes, but we preferred the beautiful walk through the nearby park allowing us to appreciate the stunning Edinburgh architecture and quirky little shops and cafes. Jemina was an excellent communicator before the sit and provided such a comprehensive welcome pack that our sit was totally hassle-free. She also let us get on with enjoying our holiday during the sit and we felt trusted and valued. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, yet cosy. All the comforts of home are at your fingertips including excellent WiFi, Virgin Media TV, mod cons in the kitchen and a lovely gas-flamed fire in the lounge. Lupin the Russian Blue cat is adorable - playful and lively, affectionate and trusting, and without a doubt the quietest cat at night, never disturbing you or nudging you for his breakfast in the morning! This was a superb house sit and I would recommend anyone wishing to discover the delights of Edinburgh to check out Jemina’s listing. If our dates match up in the future and Jemina agrees, we’ll be back.
The cats are absolutely adorable and were so easy to look after. We had fun sunning on the deck and playing with the feather toys ? Carrie was incredibly hospitable and made sure I was all set up for a comfy and successful weekend!
Isabelle and Anne are really great parents pet ! The condo was also really confortable. The 3 dogs were really friendly and easy to care :) I recommend !
We had a really nice time at Helen and Tony’s. They are really lovely people. The house is extremely comfortable and an easy walk to the shops and the middle of town. The dogs are so much fun. Wilbur is a cheeky chap and Teddy is very sweet. They are very easy to look after. There is very detailed information about the dogs needs and other helpful information about the house as well as information about the town and things to do.
This was a great experience! Jeannine was super nice and Cedric was so cute and easy to be with. He is indoor/outdoor and pretty much had his own schedule. THe house was comfortable and the whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for trusting us with your kitty :)
