Alison
I absolutely loved taking care of the very undemanding Minou and staying in Alison's beautiful, comfortable home; I whole-heartedly recommend this sit!

Minou is what we could call in Ireland a dote :) And, yes, he seems to enjoy taking his medication unlike most - if not all - cats I've met ;)

Alison's home is really unusual so much so that it was very hard to believe that the house is in the heart of a suburban area. On wallking inside I felt very pleasantly transported :D

On arrival I had a heating issue and the weather was very cold. Alison and family's responses were very swift. In the meantime, one of the wonderful neighbours lit a fire for me and provided extra firewood (though Alison had already supplied more than enough for me visit).

The location of the house is perfect for access to Dublin city, mountains and parks.

Lynn
Lynn and Alan were so friendly and welcoming to us. They have a beautiful home with great walks directly from the house. Bailey was the most affectionate ball of energy, and a pleasure to look after.
We totally recommend house sitting here if you get the opportunity.

Emmelina
My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of looking after Emmelina and Clive’s lovely home and adorable cat, Doofer, for one month. We have been so sad to leave Doofer - she is the easiest, most relaxed and loving cat - and we’re already missing the underfloor heating and natural feel of the home & gardens.

The home is set in an incredibly welcoming village with breath talking walks through the South Downs National Park right on the doorstep. The surrounding area is steeped in history and the people are incredibly friendly. We also really enjoyed the nearby village of Petworth - one of the most picturesque villages we have explored so far!

Despite being away for her wedding, Emmelina stayed in close contact with me, ensuring we were kept in the loop with the happenings of the home (gardeners, pool technicians, cleaners and parcel collections from the house). Everyone who came to the house was lovely - in fact it was really nice to get to know them all and see some regular faces given we travel so often!

We also got to meet Foden, the dog, before we left and it’s clear he is also an absolute delight and full of cuddly character, just like Doofer! Lastly, Clive & Emmelina are truly wonderful people - so laid back, welcoming and kind!

We are so thankful to have met them and been given the opportunity to live in their lovely home for the time we did and we would be back in a heartbeat!
(Thank you Emmelina & Clive x)

Meagan + Scott
This was a wonderful pet sit! Scott and Meagan were very hospitable and made sure I was well stocked and comfortable with the pets and house.
We had a meet and greet 2 weeks before and I highly recommend doing that if the option is available for both the sitter and the pet parents.
The home was beautiful and everything was high quality and top notch in the house.
Baxter the dog was sooooo cute and he loves to cuddle and he talks a lot! Olive the cat was very sweet and quite inquisitive.
Megan and Scott graciously allowed me to bring my dog and she is a few pounds smaller than Baxter, and they just played and ran around each other constantly. The cat also was in the mix to play!
Now that we are gone my dog keeps looking for Baxter.
I highlly recommned sitting for Scott and Meagan's fur babies. A very enjoyable sit.

Ann
We have absolutely enjoyed our house sit with Sienna. We have never met a dog which is that happy all the time. Her whole body wiggles and you just want to hug her. It was nice having her around and explore the lovely neighborhood with her by our side.
The dog owner Annie is a wonderful person. We met two days before the actual house sit began and she showed us around, introduced us to Sienna, gave us tips about different hikes and answered all our questions. Her apartment is cozy and we felt very comfortable.

We hope to see them again in the near future :-)
