This was our third time having Frank take care of Ritchie - we were alway for 2 weeks out of the country so trusting Frank with Ritchie’s wellbeing was very important to our ability to enjoy and relax on a much needed break. As always everything went really well and Ritchie was so well cared for and happy when we got back. We cannot recommend Frank highly enough to anyone who cares for their pets as much as we do.
Ilka was a delight. She was easy to communicate with, friendly, and funny. She was quick to communicate some issues we were having with a light fixture, and went out of her way to re-arrange her schedule to be home for a surprise delivery of flowers. Most of all, she was able to coax connections out of our shyest cats Anastasia and Bastet, and clearly connected deeply with our sweetest one, Zelda. The photos and videos that Ilka regularly sent meant that we were sure our cats were happy and that we could enjoy our vacation without worry. Without hesitation, Ilka is a wonderful choice to trust with your fur babies.
Lesley was a joy to work with--easy to communicate with, responsive, left the apartment neat and clean. I would be more than delighted to have her return again. Noone should have any hesitation about having her and Tim house sit.
