What an amazing sit! The pet parents, Kelley and Chuck, are so very friendly and laid back. They were easy to communicate with throughout the entire sit. The house is *lovely* as well. Then you have Jasper who just couldn't be any cuter. He is such a fun dog. He has so much personality, but is also very chill when it's time to relax. We would gladly sit for them again and would highly recommend them to future sitters.
I absolutely loved my stay at Sharon and Andy's lovely home. I felt very welcomed. Communication was great before and during the sit. Pumpkin, Freddie and Bobby are super low-maintenance. Pumpkin can be a bit "jumpy" but don't take it personally. She will also overcome that behaviour at feeding time and be much more open to affection. The home is large, modern and comfortable. The tube and train stations are 15-20min walk away. A wide wide variety of shops/cafes/restaurants that are even closer by. I worked remotely from the one office space. The home has excellent Wi-Fi throughout. I look forward to opportunities to come back!
We had a lovely visit to Madelaine’s beautiful house. All the beauties were on their best behaviour and we enjoyed having Tigs sleep with us in the evening. Madelaine was a fabulous host and we had a great time with the family 🥰
Lucky us, to beable to spend time at Alice and Harleys place. A reluctance departure, as we both became very attached to Miss Tilly and foot loose Florence..beautiful natured cats. Great locations, very comfortable home with the city or beach only 20 minutes cycle away. The neighbourhood is unique, as it feels like a small village, with lots of walks on your doorstep, plus a couple of great local coffee shops. Alice and i shared chatch ups, as they travelled around and we where entertained by pusscats. Great communication, all round great sit, with thanks.
We sat for Clare and Eric from 21-28 May. The house is lovely and comfortable in an idyllic setting overlooking open fields, with no traffic noise or light pollution. The two cats, Barlow and Daisy, are no trouble at all and the chickens were fun, providing more fresh eggs than we could eat! The dogs were away on holiday during our week. Clare left us a welcome hamper with lots of info on the area too. The surrounding area is beautiful, with stunning walks along the River Itchen and to Avington Park. There's a good local pub, The Plough within 15 mins walk, and we'd also recommend the Cricketers at Easton, two miles away. Alresford, three miles away is a pretty little town with local independent shops and a couple of small supermarkets, and the very interesting historic City of Winchester, with excellent shops and restaurants, is only 15 mins. The South Downs and New Forest National Parks are very close too. We really enjoyed our sit and would love to come back! David and Debbie McDonnell
The communication with Hayden was easy-going and he responded fast. The instructions were even with pictures to avoid misunderstandings. Jake is such a handsome and friendly cat. You can cuddle & carry him around very easily. Luna is quite the opposite. She has a typical cat personality who lets you know when she wants to be petted and when not (sometimes even tried to scratch).

In case you want to feed them yourself in the am (1st day) and the pm (on last day). I feel very reassured knowing Gaylyn will be there - and now they know her.

The BEST service for pet care. Jen and Jennifer have both helped us while we are out of town and our dogs love both of them. They come 3x a day for food, potty, and playtime and our pups get to stay home where they are comfortable instead of having to board for days at a time. I adore this place so much. I moved to Austin for work, and don’t know many people. I have to travel for work, so I needed help with taking care of my girl. She’s senior, and can be a little cranky at times. Lilly loves Walk! Everyone takes good care of her, and she literally runs to the door as soon as we walk up. I’m grateful for the help, enrichment, and love they provide my girl.
I have tried many different doggie daycare/ boarding facilities and nothing compares to WalkATX. I have used them for about two years and I even moved to Cedar Park and I make the drive to take my dogs here when I need boarding. The staff is super friendly and I know that my pups are in good hands.
We have loved using Walk! ATX to help care for our pup when we are out of town! It is so convenient and the pup caretakers are awesome. We use a lockbox on the door so the caretakers can use a code to get our key out, and then lock back up when they are done. Every time your fur baby gets walked, the caretakers send pictures and an update on how the walk went. They even refill food, water, and give your pup medicine if needed! You can pay for different amounts of time for the walks, and they have other services as well like boarding which we haven't used. Overall, I highly recommend using Walk! ATX.
I have been a customer of Walk! ATX since I got my dog 2 years ago. I've utilized their dog walking services, daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming services. I've experienced nothing but fast, friendly, and impeccable customer service from them. They do a great job of communicating quickly and sending me lots of updates, including countless adorable pics of my dog! My lab loves WalkATX! We did a board and train shortly after I adopted her and have continued with training and boarding services. Shanti is our trainer and I can’t say enough good things! Walk! ATX is a true Austin gem. My pup Goose gets to hang with them for both their day camp and for overnight stays when I am out of town. When he is in their care, I know I have nothing to worry about. They love and care for dogs so well and he LOVES their staff and the puppy friends he makes there. Walk is the absolute BEST! When I drop my pup off in the morning for camp he can't wait to get out of the car and to their door. He loves playing with all of his friends, taking long walks, and playing in their kiddy pool. Plus they send me photos of him playing and he always has a huge smile on his face. Sometimes I'm busy with work or I'm out and about and they'll pick him up and Iblove watching him on the Ring camera when they get him. They've also helped to get him trained and teach him good manners. He's always so happy to see him. When he gets home he's so tired that all he wants to do is cuddle and I love that for me. A tired pup is a good pup and a trainable pup and they sure tire him out.
We are so lucky to have found Pups & Pals just recently! I wish we found them sooner!! The entire staff is incredible. You can just tell that they love each and every dog so much! Our pup, Ravioli has been going 2x a week sometimes 3x and he has so much fun with all his buddies! Once we get home he is POOPED and it’s so nice to know he got plenty of exercise and enrichment while we’re at work. We can’t recommend them enough!
I bring my babies to Pups and Pals Oak Hill and I could not be more grateful for the staff and this place! We actually brought our first to Pups and Pals South Park when she was a baby to socialize and get to be around other dogs and they were perfect with her. We moved to Dripping, now use the Oak Hill location and are just as happy! My second I started bringing to continue to socialize and get him out of his shell and he is really starting to do so thanks to Pups and Pals. Zander, Liz and Ashley are two of the most incredible staff that P&P has. They both take incredible care of my dogs, update me on the day, make sure they are safe and comfortable throughout the day and will always give me an update, if needed! We are going to board for the first time next month and I am very confident my two will do awesome thanks to P&P Staff. The best company for puppy day care or boarding! My dog always cries when we leave because he wants to go play again! The staff are all super sweet and passionate and everyone takes safety very seriously. Your dog *must* pass an interview process to be considered and staff always notify you if they notice anything off (like a weird bump or any joint soreness). Daily pictures are posted of every dog so you can check in on your babies. Bottom line, take your dog here. I've added a photo taken by the team to show just how happy my little old guy is when he stays!
We love Pups & Pals! Buddy is always thrilled to go, has a blast, and returns home happy and content! The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet, and always provide updates on his day. We also appreciate the tons of pictures they upload every day. Highly recommended for a happy pup!

I could not be happier with Pups & Pals Oak Hill. I came to find them because of their proximity to my house and hoped for a place to help run off my dog’s energy. Boy, did they deliver! Frankie could not have a better place to be while I’m at work - he is always bursting with excitement to be dropped off in the morning and spends the nights recovering from all the daytime fun! The staff has been incredibly responsive to his needs and have created a space for him to be himself! They are the best!
I whole heartedly trust the amazing staff at P&P Oak Hill to take care of my dog, Molly. Molly, likes being at P&P doggie day care more than she likes being home! I have tried several other doggie day care places closer to where I live, and she will go the first day, but come the second day, she refuses to get out of the car, often making me late for work. Molly is very stubborn. She only allows P&P to cut her nails, I have tried, her vet has tried, with zero success. The staff at P&P are incredible! All of them! Honestly, I am not one to post reviews, but I feel compelled to share P&P with you because they are absolutely amazing! They are reliable, communicative, and mindful to the pack to make sure all dogs thrive there. They just do a great job. Plus they’re great about posting pictures of daily happenings at daycare so you can be envious of all the fun the dogs are having in the sun. We Love Pups and Pals (oak hill) and highly recommend them!
We take our two Labrador Retrievers here whenever we go out of town (couple nights) or on (week long) vacation and we’ve been doing so for a couple years now, so this review is not after one or two visits, this review encompasses many, many stays and many, many hundreds of dollars in boarding. This service and the folks who work there are so great and so professional. We have never once had to worry about our dogs and our dogs have never not been well taken care of. They’ve never come home sick or injured or showing any signs of distress. The staff take pictures of the dogs and post on Facebook so you can see what a good experience your dogs are having. I cannot recommend Pups and Pals highly enough, just wonderful folks who love dogs, take pride in their work and their facilities.
