I've had concerns about pet-sitters in the past, but Emily and Elliott were amazing. They looked after our 4 dogs and 2 cats without any issues and they kept us up to date throughout our whole time away. They even left us some welcome home treats. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Charlie was a delight to have in our home! She was so thoughtful of our needs in returning home and ensuring our gal, Lexi was supper happy and loved. Great and very timely with communication. We came home to a beautifully tidy home and a happy doggo! Can't ask for any more than that! We would love to have her back any time she is in the country!

Rebecca and Conor were excellent sitters, very reliable, well organised and professional. The moment we met Rebecca and Conor we felt completely confident that they would take great care of our dogs, pigs, chickens and our house, which they left spotless. We would happily invite Rebecca and Conor to sit for us again and would have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent sitters.

Abigail looked after my two cats for a long weekend. She went above and beyond by arriving at the flat early in the morning before I had to leave, allowing me to show her everything in person, even though I had offered to explain it via pictures or video. The flat was left clean and tidy, and she even washed the bedding and towels, although I hadn't requested that. The cats seemed relaxed and happy (after calming down from the incident described below), so I’m sure she showered them with plenty of love and attention. However, there was a significant mishap: the kitchen window was left wide open. My cats, who are indoor cats, could easily have jumped out (and had been, as they were “wild” and Sky had a little dirt in their fur) Fortunately, it had been raining, so they were inside when I got home, hours after Abigail had left. I was shocked, especially since there are roads on both sides of the flat. I had specifically mentioned that the window should only be opened under constant supervision. I understand it was a mistake, and overall, she did a good job. However, I can’t give 5/5, as this was one of the most important things. I’m just relieved the cats were home and safe. In the future, I’ll make sure to over emphasise the importance of keeping the window closed—or secure it in a way that sitters cannot open it. 😬

I would highly recommend Charlotte to look after your doggies. She was excellent from start to finish and we were completely at ease whilst we were away. Charlotte was excellent with communication, updating us via WhatsApp with daily photos of our dogs, they looked like they were having the best time. Charlotte left our house spotless when we arrived home. We would welcome Charlotte back for another house sit in a heartbeat.

Amy and Leigh were fantastic sitters. Communication was great before and during the sit and we came home to very happy pets - what more can you ask for? They kept the house very tidy and all the animals were relaxed with them. We'd be happy to welcome them back again anytime.

Leah was completely wonderful. Very good at communicating and, once she was happy with how to best look after our dogs and home, very self-sufficient. Our house was IMMACULATE when we returned so we'd try and get her back in a heartbeat. THANK YOU LEAH!

Claire was the perfect sitter and we would love to have her come to sit for us again one day! She took the time to have a long video call in advance to find out all about our home and pets. She then agreed to arrive before we left so that we could show her a few things in person. Claire was very good at sending us lots of updates and photos of what they were all up to, and I had no doubt whatsoever that the animals had a lovely time! When we got back the house was beautifully clean and tidy. So of course we were delighted and are very grateful. Thank you, Claire!!

Angela and Greg did a great job. They genuinely enjoyed Ella and were so good with caring for her. They were very tidy and so nice!

Kayla, Matt and Piper were frankly awesome. Lovely, lovely people; conscientious, considerate, kind and tidy. We've never used a house sitter or pet sitter before and were a little nervous, but could tell from the moment we met them that Otis would have a wonderful time with them, and he did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Your house and pets will be safe and cared for with them and you will meet some really lovely people too, which is a great part of the process. Barry and Kathleen are lovely people who genuinely love dogs. They are a responsible, friendly, kind and down to earth couple. We returned home to a very tidy and clean house. They communicated regularly with us while we were away to let us know how the dogs were. We couldn’t have asked for more.
