Simply the BEST.
Excellent communication prior and during sit. Very professional. Asked appropriate questions about Terra and obviously has taken care of numerous pets previously. Terra felt very comfortable around David and warmed to him immediately. House was neat and clean when we returned. Highly recommend.
We spent 2 fantastic weeks housesitting in Canberra, taking care of Titan. Kaylee was fantastic—she was kind, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She even offered us the use of her car, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even better. The house is located in a nice, calm neighborhood just 15 minutes away from the city center. There’s a mall nearby, so shopping and amenities are very convenient. Canberra itself is a great city with plenty of excellent restaurants, nature to explore and of course so so many kangaroos! Titan was an absolute joy to take care of. He’s a well-behaved and calm dog, especially at home where he loves to relax nearby with something to chew on. We had some great walks together, exploring the many nature spots around the area. Titan is crate trained and easy to manage. Overall, we highly recommend this housesitting experience. The combination of a comfortable home, a lovely neighborhood, and the wonderful company of Titan made our stay in Canberra truly memorable.
Kiran and her family were very kind and really good hosts. Luna and Marly were the sweetest, they loved to cuddle and Marly loved to play with her little mouses and other toys, Luna loved to sleep and cuddles. The house was beautiful and everything was perfect. Would love to sit again for Kiran! 😊
Jess and Charlie were fantastic hosts, very friendly, communicative and helpful. Their apartment is lovely and has everything you would need. Close to shops, public transport and Vondelpark. Jess also gave me the key to her bike but I wasn't brave enough to use it! George and Smokey Joe are some of my favourite pets I have looked after. George is very well behaved. He always comes when called, waits patiently when you're putting his harness on or cleaning his feet and doesn't pull on his lead. You do have to pay attention to what he's sniffing at on the ground though because, like most dogs, he'll eat anything. Smokey Joe loves a cuddle on the couch or while you're sleeping. I was warned that he bites sometimes but I didn't have any issues. If you're familiar with cats you'll see the warning signs that Smokes has had enough touching for the time being. Smokey Joe also loves food and will never allow you to forget the feeding schedule! I had a great stay with Smokey Joe and George and I highly recommend sitting for Charlie and Jess.
Had an enjoyable stay in Saint Gervais looking after Smudge and Kathryn and Graeme’s home. Smudge is absolutely delightful, he is well behaved, very good in the car and enjoys going for walks and especially playing in water. He is a very gentle dog and we really enjoyed his company. Kathryn and Graeme’s chalet is beautiful, it is located in a peaceful location with incredible views of the surrounding mountains and a lovely view of the town and the church below. The chalet is modern, warm, and clean. Kathryn kindly cooked us a meal when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the house. We highly recommend this sit and we hope to return for a sit in the future.
I had such a lovely sit for Kinda & Brian. I felt very welcome in their home. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of San Francisco with easy access to kind of anywhere in the city. Rumi & Lumo are absolutely adorable. Rumi is the more outgoing cat of both and will cuddle with you straight from the beginning. But when Lumo warms up with you he can’t get enough snuggles either. You get company in pretty much everything you do, especially while cooking. They love sitting on the warm stove and trying to sneak your food. All in all, I can definitely recommend spending some time with Rumi and Lumo in the middle of SF.
I had a fantastic time at Lesley’s immaculate, beautiful home, and was very warmly welcomed. Gus was wonderfully behaved! it was a pleasure to look after such a beautiful and joyful little puppy. I would thoroughly recommend this sit to anyone, especially those who enjoy spending time exploring the countryside, as the house is situated in the most beautiful area. I had a double bed with a lovely en-suite, the bed was very comfy and the room has the benefit of black out blinds. The neighbourhood is a very friendly community and should anything be needed, help isn’t far away. Lesley’s communication was detailed and helpful, allowing you to make the most of your stay.
