Our dog has been going to Basil's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! We wanted to make sure she was in a comfortable and loving home environment as she can be nervous, and Basil's ticked all the boxes. Natalia cares for each dog as if they were her own and our furbaby is always super excited to get to daycare in the morning, and suitably worn out in the evening!

Mylo goes to Natalia for his holidays when we go on ours. The minute the door is opened he is through it!. We have used Basil’s boarding services quite a few times now and love the regular updates and pictures we get. Natalia understands each dog has its different needs and ensures their time at her house is as comfortable and stress free as possible. If they want the couch, they can have the couch. 🐾 I cannot recommend her enough and am never worried about leaving my ‘third child’, just maybe a little guilty……🐾

Natalia and Basil are great! Our dog attended weekly daycare for two and a half years, and he loved it. Early drop off and late pick up hours made the schedule really easy with working hours. Natalia works hard to ensure dogs are a good fit together and adapts to the needs of individual dogs. The small group and home environment means every dogs gets special attention.

Fantastic care for my nervous dog! I highly recommend Basil’s Doggie Daycare to anyone looking for daycare and boarding- I use both of these services. Natalia is so knowledgeable and excellent with dogs, I know my dog will always receive the best care with her. She has so much fun and gets lots of attention. Last year my dog spent over a week boarding here while I was away, she came home happy and relaxed. I received daily updates, photos and videos of all the fun and had no concerns or worries at all. I have a booked a further boarding stay.

My dog Inca loves Natalia very much, rushes into her place every time. She takes good care of Inca and send us pictures and video of cute moments of Inca and let us know how's Inca doing that day, give advices when needed.

We're so happy dropping Minnie off for day care each week, but not as happy as she is! It's definitely the highlight of her week and has socialised her so well with other dogs. Natalia sends us photos and videos during the day and in the evening we have one tired puppy! It's clear to see Natalia is great with all sizes of dogs and Minnie absolutely loves her. She also loves her overnight stays and settles as if she was at home. Definitely recommend

Natalia is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a true affinity with the dogs in her care. Tilly is happy and contented when she has a holiday with Natalia and we are happy and contented to go away leaving her in safe loving hands.

Fantastic experience of day and overnight home boarding care for our lively sprocker spaniel ‘Woody’. Woody has stayed with Natalia and Basil every year for the last 5 years (except during Covid) for our annual 2 week holiday and has also stayed numerous weeks, weekends or odd days. He is always very well looked after, well-walked and Natalia even cooked dog biscuits for him during his stay on his Birthday. Really appreciate all the personal photos and videos Natalia sends during his stay with reassurance that he is having a great stay! Highly recommend

Our doggie stayed for a few nights and when we picked her up she did not want to come home she was so happy. Very well looked after. Will be using basils again in the future for over night stays and weekly walks

We used Tracey for cat sitting when we were away for a weekend. Tracey was good at giving us updates on how everything was and asking what times would be suitable for the visit. We felt comfortable knowing our cat was being taken care of, and on the plus side, despite being a shy cat, he actually came out and even played with Tracey for a bit! Would definitely be using We Love Pets and Tracey again 😊

Our dog has been walked by the team at We Love Pets for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, we are moving out of the area so will not be able to stay with them. They have been absolutely fantastic. Tracey is really quick to respond and meets pretty much every request we have had. We have had walks around Christmas, at weekends as well as our usual weekly walks. Polo and I cannot recommend Tracey and her team enough. Not only is Tracey amazingly professional but a lovely person too. She's not only completely and utterly reliable for weekly walks she also goes out of her way to help at short notice. Her team are absolutely wonderful with Polo and he adores his best friend walkers. Tracey has also gone out of her way to find the perfect doggo walking buddy for Polo. I recommend Tracey to everyone as she treats Polo with such love and what more could you want from the person you entrust your dogs care with?!

Tracey looked after my two cats while away on holiday. She popped by beforehand to meet the cats & get oriented with their routine (feeding, letting outside, etc.). She sent us pictures & updates while I was away. I highly recommend Tracey as she provided wonderful service, great communication, and not to mention very reasonable pricing.

Tracy has looked after our Sausage Dogs on a number of occasions and they both adore her. They are quite high maintenance and demanding, she is always patient and affectionate with them. She has also looked after our cats, gerbil and Guinea pigs. We trust her implicitly and wouldn't have anyone else caring for our pets. Highly recommended.

Our nervous and often reactive Border Collie has transformed with the love, patience and care these guys show her. From the beginning they have been professional, flexible and they love my dog like one of their own. More importantly, my dog loves them right back which tells me all I need to know!
