Sabrina is an excellent house sitter! She has completed several sits for me, and I would gladly ask her again—and hope she’s available. My two critters, Anna and Tortie, love her. These two have very different needs: one active, happy large dog and one finicky, geriatric small kitty. She takes great, loving care of both! And sends me updates and photos. In addition to her excellent pet care, Sabrina is very organized, leaves my home clean and tidy, follows my written care instructions perfectly, stays in contact with me during the sit, and is an all-around great human being! I unhesitatingly recommend her!
Kit was wonderful with Milly and is a great lover of animals and adventure. She is super friendly and outgoing and sent great updates. The only reason I'm not giving her 5 stars on everything is because there were a few issues with plant care - I asked Kit to use a certain jug to water only 1 plant and mist some others. She took a jug that I had set aside with sugar water in it for my hummingbird feeder and watered ALL of my plants with sugar water and then took a clipping and planted it in my watering jug. She also bought outside plants for me and put soil in a plant that I was letting die. I purposely didn't plant anything outside this year because I am away so much and knew they would just die. I know she did these things out of kindness but it felt a little intrusive and like she didn't listen to my plant care requests. She also used a very strongly perfumed product that gave me a headache and nausea when I arrived home. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but it felt a bit like bad boundaries and perhaps a little judgement around my plants that I said I was going to deal with.

Absolutely brilliant place , l cannot recommend the kennels enough , the staff are all so lovely , Ted has just had two weeks holiday , l got so many photos and videos , he was having a fantastic time , lot's of lovely walks , a day trip , and an ice cream , to see all this , makes our holiday more enjoyable , to know our pooch , is in safe hands , and having a great time . Our crazy cockapoo has been with Heartland for a good few months now and it's the best thing we've ever done for him! He goes to daycare 2/3 times a week and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with the animals and always post pictures so you can see what your fur babies are up to each day. I would highly recommend to anybody! Their prices are unbeatable too which is a bonus but they'd be worth every penny regardless!
Professional and caring. I have a well socialised gsd, but kennels can still be disorintating for her. She came back from Hertlands happy, bouncey and smelling nice too!!!
Left my cat, miles, with them while I went to holiday. Nervous as miles had never been in cattery before. The place looked very clean and the cat section was really good. Miles look well looked after, and didn't seem stress! They have taken good care of him.
Lovely boarding and grooming, staff are lovely and treat your pets really well.
Both our cats have been comming to Heartlands for several years now. It makes such a difference to see photos of your pets whilst you are away. They are a great team, who love our pets as much as we do. Our cats always come home well fed well groomed and content. A big well done guys.

Our elderly Labrador has never been in kennels. Whenever we have been going away she has stayed with relatives. Recently my daughter was getting married and the whole family were invited! No one for her to stay with! We were told about Petstay and contacted them. Totally professional! They got our requirements and put us on to a lovely family. We met them, with our Lab, we liked them and they seemed to like us. The whole experience was faultless. Forget cages in kennels. This is just such a fabulous service.
I can't praise this service enough! From the start of finding our dogs holiday family to picking him up after our break. You could tell instantly that he had everything that he needed and more. He was pleased to see us but by no means ready to leave. We are already booked in for ours, and his, next holiday.
