Eileen was so lovely! Easy to communicate with, and super responsive. Cloud was barely interested in hanging out with me when I got home, which means he got plenty of love and attention from Eileen. She left the place super clean, I would recommend her to anyone!
This was our first time leaving our pet to zeewoi. I am so grateful for Leigh & Pat and the care they gave to our dog Tennessee. We put a lot of trust in them and they did not disappoint. Our dog was well taken care of and the house was left in great shape. You can trust theses two to be considerate of your home, and for your pets to be loved in your absence. I was worried because we were out of service most of our time away but they managed everything so well, just the way we would have. I would happily have Leigh return to care for our dog, who tends to run a little anxious. They even provide basic first aid as needed.
Shantoye came by the day before the sit started so I could show her around and give her the keys. She sent me pictures and short videos during her stay. I came home to a clean apartment. I appreciate that she stripped the bedsheets off the bed. My Squinty was a happy camper! She is welcome to sit with us anytime!
We had a great time looking after Benji, Kit and Ivy. They were all affectionate pets and great company! Benji enjoyed his walks and you take a long walk down to the Thames from the house. There is a National Trust property near the house with a small free garden that is nice to visit with Benji. It is also quite easy to get to central London from the house on the c2c.
We had the best time looking after Aurelia and Len’s idyllic country home, surrounded in their awesome pack of furry friends. While Lotje and Viggo, their two Bernese Mountain dogs, are huge at 50kgs each, they are both incredibly gentle, cuddly and extremely well-behaved. And just like their 5 amazing cats, each which such distinctive and affectionate characters, we totally adored them too. The horses were easy care as were the chickens. Aurelia and Len’s large home is comfortable and provides all you need. Len’s love of cooking offers a fabulous collection of spices and appliances. We took on a few satisfying diy projects around the property to keep us busy but also enjoyed relaxing outside on the garden patio taking in the local country vibe. The neighbours are very friendly and we loved our visits to Ghent, Bruges and Brussels that are just a short drive away. You will find Aurelia and Len to be fabulously amazing. They are kindhearted, caring, generous and funny as well as great hosts. We thoroughly recommend this place. Thanks guys.

Absolutely brilliant place , l cannot recommend the kennels enough , the staff are all so lovely , Ted has just had two weeks holiday , l got so many photos and videos , he was having a fantastic time , lot's of lovely walks , a day trip , and an ice cream , to see all this , makes our holiday more enjoyable , to know our pooch , is in safe hands , and having a great time . Our crazy cockapoo has been with Heartland for a good few months now and it's the best thing we've ever done for him! He goes to daycare 2/3 times a week and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with the animals and always post pictures so you can see what your fur babies are up to each day. I would highly recommend to anybody! Their prices are unbeatable too which is a bonus but they'd be worth every penny regardless!
Professional and caring. I have a well socialised gsd, but kennels can still be disorintating for her. She came back from Hertlands happy, bouncey and smelling nice too!!!
Left my cat, miles, with them while I went to holiday. Nervous as miles had never been in cattery before. The place looked very clean and the cat section was really good. Miles look well looked after, and didn't seem stress! They have taken good care of him.
Lovely boarding and grooming, staff are lovely and treat your pets really well.
Both our cats have been comming to Heartlands for several years now. It makes such a difference to see photos of your pets whilst you are away. They are a great team, who love our pets as much as we do. Our cats always come home well fed well groomed and content. A big well done guys.

Our elderly Labrador has never been in kennels. Whenever we have been going away she has stayed with relatives. Recently my daughter was getting married and the whole family were invited! No one for her to stay with! We were told about Petstay and contacted them. Totally professional! They got our requirements and put us on to a lovely family. We met them, with our Lab, we liked them and they seemed to like us. The whole experience was faultless. Forget cages in kennels. This is just such a fabulous service.
I can't praise this service enough! From the start of finding our dogs holiday family to picking him up after our break. You could tell instantly that he had everything that he needed and more. He was pleased to see us but by no means ready to leave. We are already booked in for ours, and his, next holiday.
